On our wedding day, they arrived fully prepared and kept us feeling calm by reassuring us that everything was on track, so we never had to worry about our timeline throughout the day. They were also so accommodating with extra photo requests, last-minute family combinations, and even stayed later than planned to capture additional special moments.

One of the things we appreciated most was receiving a highlights gallery the very next day. This was a special request from our family so we could share the photos at our second cultural wedding celebration that same weekend. We had an amazing time working with Weifan on both our engagement photoshoot and capturing all the moments of our special day. Early on he was so helpful with giving us options on how to maintain our budget and we couldn't be happier that everything worked out. My wife and I could not be happier with our experience with Summer St Films. Leading up to our court house wedding date Weifan had us make a mood board of wedding pictures we liked to get a sense for what vibe we wanted, and as the day approached he was very responsive with any questions we had, putting our nerves at ease.

What we expected out of a photographer was just someone who was trying to complete a job as quickly as possible, but what we got felt so much more personal and thoughtful. Not only did he make sure to capture the moments that were important to us, but he also helped guide us to shots that incorporated things from our mood board. In a way it felt like we also hired a director!

The entire experience felt like hanging out with a friend and working on a project together, and we can truly say that by the end of our shoot we were sad to see him go! The pictures came back quickly and they were stunning. It was everything we hoped for and more.

We asked Summer St to take our city hall wedding photos, and I can’t recommend enough! Before the day, they communicated with us to check which style we like, and on the day they were so helpful and professional, they guided us how to pose and the pictures look amazing! They look like from a film and the pictures captured really candid moment, they did such a good job documenting our special day

Weifan was absolutely amazing. We took our engagement photos in December and he was so patient and kind. We are not a couple that is typically comfortable being in front of the camera and he made us feel at ease. He was very patient and never made us feel rushed. After seeing our engagement photos we knew we made the right decision.

Again, during our wedding day he was flexible and went with the flow with the many personalities in our wedding party. While photography was our priority, he also encouraged us to enjoy our cocktail hour, which we appreciated.

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Weifan did an amazing job of capturing our special moment without making the photos feel too staged. We would recommend him and Summer St. Films in a heartbeat.
