Outstanding service

Serge Promise Concept had great packages! We brought their biggest package, and it was perfect for us. They will work with you all the way through, whether it was package information, venue tips (location), decor, lighting, etc. They wanted to make sure your pictures and videos would be everything you dreamed of for your wedding day. They were great with communication, and responded very quickly. They answered any questions you threw at them. Our bridal party and guest LOVED Serge!! He's professional, and knows how to make it a good time and comfortable for everyone. Highly recommend them

Thorough and collaborative

We loved working with Serge and his team to capture our wedding night. Serge made sure to get every pose we talked about and was extremely professional through out the night. We shot in a variety of locations and he worked endlessly to make sure all of the best moments were captured. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Professional and prompt

Serge was punctual, enthusiastic, pleasant and overall just really easy to work with! Both before and after the wedding he was very prompt in responding to questions we had. He did our wedding videography for us and captured all the beautiful moments together to create a forever memory for us. We loved the extra touches he added from the area inside and outside the wedding venue, and the most beautiful was when he captured the time of the ceremony. We loved his professionalism, prompt communication, and flexibility he showed us to make things easier. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family.
