My sister is a photographer and we chose Katarina because of the brightness and softeness of her photographs and her very affordable pricing that includes a second shooter. She far exceeded all of our expectations with her attention to detail, her wonderful personality and her help in guiding the day.

Katarina was very organized, even before the wedding day as she offered a detailed schedule and offered to scout locations for the formal photographs, which was very helpful as I was planning the wedding from the West Coast. On our actual wedding day, she helped us all to feel relaxed and natural and found wonderful locations. We have a very large family and her organization skills helped to keep the formal photographs moving so that we could all enjoy the party. She was cognizant of our time and really excelled at capturing the moments quickly and beautifully. She prioritized the pictures we wanted as a couple and really worked to capture all of our little moments and details. My mother and sister created our flowers and she made sure to emphasize our appreciation of their hard work in the photographs.

She provided us a sneak peak within a few days and we were blown away. We had an overcast day - perfect for photos - but her shots really highlighted the colors and beauty of our location. Katarina was an absolute joy to work with and we are so pleased that we chose her for our wedding photographer. We can't wait to see all of the rest of the photos!

We had such a great experience working with Katarina for our wedding. From the start, she was incredibly organized and helped us put together a timeline that made the whole day run smoothly. We didn’t come in with a lot of photo inspiration or a clear idea of poses, and we’re not the most natural in front of the camera, but Katarina made us feel so comfortable and gave us great direction the whole time.

She was also super flexible with the flow of the day, which we really appreciated. Weddings can be a little unpredictable, and her calm and accommodating attitude made a big difference. On top of all that, she went above and beyond by getting us a sneak peek of our photos within a day. It was so exciting to relive the day so soon.

I was a bit nervous about finding the correct photographer since my husband and I are so shy in front of a camera. However Katarina made us feel so comfortable and absolutely captured everything about our special day. As a bride I missed out on a lot, especially during the ceremony. Receiving our pictures made me relive my wedding day and see how absolutely perfect our day was. I was also nervous due to having such a big wedding party and huge family. Katarina was absolutely wonderful and extremely professional! From the first inquiry to the our wedding day, she was always prepared, on time and organized. Our engagement pictures are beautiful, and she continued to rock it with her light, airy and romantic editing of our wedding pictures. On the wedding day, she and her second shooter Taylor came a bit early, worked super hard to get all the photos they needed, and made sure to not miss any family or wedding party member on our list. We never had to wait for long for our photos to come back. In fact, our sneak peaks were available in less than 2 days!!

Katarina photographed our wedding a few weeks ago and I am blown away from our sneak peak. She was so incredible to work with and made us so comfortable. We aren't the best "posers" for pictures but she gave us great cues to work with. She was so professional, responsive, and organized throughout the whole process. We have had the pleasure of using Katarina Photography for three different sessions: an engagement session (4/2022), a couples session (10/2022) and our wedding day (11/2022).

I am extremely picky with photos, especially of photos of myself. I spent weeks searching online for photographers and came across Katarina Photography. I was drawn to her work because of the lighting and colors her photo portfolio portrayed, making them look bright and timeless. I was slightly nervous, as she didn’t have as many reviews as others did, but took the chance anyways and I am SO glad that I did!

Katarina Photography offers three different photography packages, and we picked the middle package that included 8 hours of coverage and an engagement session. We scheduled our engagement session for the end of April, but I could not decide a location. Katarina gave me a list of suggested locations and we met at the Boston Public Garden. The week leading up to the session, we realized our scheduled time would be raining, so we easily rescheduled our session one day later when it was warm and sunny. Even on a busy spring day in the Garden, Katarina captured absolutely stunning photos of my husband and I... who are slightly awkward taking pictures!

In September, I reached out to Katarina about doing another session with her to get ourselves more comfortable with her after only meeting her once six months prior. We did an afternoon session at Appleton Farm in Ipswich, and again, Katarina worked her magic. We went towards sunset and the lighting was just incredible!

During the weeks leading up to our wedding, Katarina asked for a timeline of our day. I will admit, I had no clue, and kept her waiting until the week of to nail down those details. She was very flexible and helpful during this time. She also asked for a shot list for the wedding day, and I highly suggest any bride make this. The day of is so overwhelming, and it made it easier for her and her second shooter Emme to call names for people that needed to be in the photos. Katarina and Emme were wonderful to work with on the day of the wedding. I hired Katarina to stay for the an extra 90 minutes of the wedding and she was happy to do so.

In summary, Katarina was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely recommend her to others. Communication with her was easy. Most of it was done through email, with a few phone calls and texts along the way. She is pleasant, highly responsive, organized and wants the best for her clients. We will definitely schedule another session with her for other possible events in the future!

I would strongly recommend Katarina to anyone looking for a wedding photographer in the Boston area! I hired Katarina for my November 2022 wedding, and we took engagement photos during the summer. My husband and I are not super comfortable having our photos taken, and Katarina's kind nature made it a fun experience! Working with Katarina was very easy -- she was very responsive throughout the planning process and was helpful in providing suggestions for first-look locations and thinking through the wedding day schedule. Most importantly, we were so happy with how our wedding and engagement photos turned out! They are beautiful and we will treasure them.
