Matt Sent on 06/07/2016Newton White Mansion is the PERFECT location for a wedding. Beautiful outdoor and indoor locations for both ceremony and reception. We had our ceremony outside and our reception in their amazing atrium. As the old cliché goes, when you find it, you'll know. That's exactly what happened with my wife and I. When we visited for the first time our jaws hit the floor and we'd decided we wanted to get married before we even saw the entire venue. Worth every cent and more. I can't imagine having had my wedding anywhere else in the world. -
User2047820 Sent on 02/22/2015I loved this venue. It's gorgeous. You get the entire mansion for a great price. They were easy to work with. The only downfall to this venue, in my opinion, is the parking. The lot is a little far from the mansion considering you more than likely have women in heels. It was especially difficult because it was snowing during our reception. Other than that, everything was great. -

The staff is very helpful, courteous and professional, they didn't interfere with the wedding or reception but we knew they were there if needed. At the end of our evening they sent us off with smiles and congratulatory remarks. -

Katie Sent on 10/12/2013Such a beautiful place, staff is very friendly. i'd advise to have 100-150 guests if you are to get married here due to the dance floor size in the atrium. i had about 200 guests and some how everyone ended up doing soul train by the end of the night it was perfect! -

Diamond Sent on 10/17/2013When thinking of having a wedding in PG County Maryland, Newton White Mansion leads at the top in my opinion of one of the most elegant locations in that area. Being a PG County native, when my husband and I visited Newton White Mansion, we were sold. It was the last venue that we looked at after seeing about 10 other prior locations. It didn't take much to convince us in having our wedding here. It spoke volumes to everything we wanted our special day to be and more. From the upstairs bridal room, to the beautiful outdoors and fabulous fountain, this was the perfect location to have our wedding. Our wedding day was a beautiful day. Our ceremony was outside, coctail hour was inside, and we had a beautiful reception in the gorgeous atrium. This venue made our entire wedding complete, and we had an amazing day. The staff is truly accomodating, they answer every single question and detail that you have, and they specifically cater to you as if you are the only person to ever have a wedding there. Our wedding consultant at Newton White Mansion was Allison, and she was truly the best. She made sure we had everything we needed and more for our special day. She handeled every crazy bride question that I threw at her, and because of her, I truly believe our wedding was something special. Newton White Mansion is very accomodating to all of your special requests, and every event had there always is beautiful! My top choice in event locations by far! -

We were looking for a venue that would allow guests to flow freely from room to room throughout the night, and Newton-White fit that perfectly. The staff were friendly, helpful, and flexible. The grounds are gorgeous, and the atrium allows weddings to be covered from the elements, but still feel as though they are outside. All of our guests raved about the mansion and it's uniqueness. -

Peeka Sent on 05/28/2012The staff are so helpful. Having the ceremony and reception in one place made it so easy for everyone. The mansion provides an elegant tone to any event. I'm so glad the weather was beautiful on our wedding day! There are discounts for PG County residents and cheaper rates during the week.
