Beacon Hill Manor

Beacon Hill Manor is a private estate on 55 acres in Loudoun County, Virginia, an easy drive from Washington, DC and Dulles. We host one wedding a day, never two, so the entire estate is yours: the lawns, the terrace, the Manor and the Grand Hall. Say your vows on the lawn, gather for cocktail hour in the Grand Hall with its balcony, sweeping double staircase and grand piano, then dine and dance under crystal chandeliers in our frame tent. And instead of sending your closest people to a hotel, up to 10 overnight guests sleep in the Manor itself, in six king bedrooms, and wake up where you celebrated.

Facilities and Capacity
Celebrations of up to 150 guests, with packages for micro weddings under 50, traditional weddings of 51 to 100, and grand weddings of 101 to 150. The 40 x 80 frame tent is included and dressed with crystal chandeliers, string lights and white drapery, with sidewalls that open for 360-degree views, floor fans, and your choice of dance floor. The Grand Hall seats up to 100 as a built-in rain plan. Overnight lodging for up to 10 includes three kitchens, a media room, billiard room, sauna, steam room and fire pit.

Services Offered
Packages include 8 to 12 hours of estate use with the option to add time, and the same price all year. Bring your own caterer, florist, planner and entertainment, with no food-and-beverage minimum. Included with every wedding: 200 white ceremony chairs, 200 Chiavari chairs with cushions, 16 round, 16 rectangular and 10 cocktail tables, a luxury restroom trailer, on-site parking for 50 cars, and a day-of venue manager. Enhancements include overnight stays, early check-in or late check-out, tent heat, a clear tent top, and table and chair setup by our team. Private tours by appointment.
