Raspberry Plain Manor

We got married here in Feb 2022 and truly can't recommend it enough! First, our month-of coordinator through the venue, Lindsay, was a dream to work with and phenomenal at her job. She took control of the event and went above and beyond to ensure that our guests were happy and everything went smoothly. She truly thought of everything, was extremely professional and attentive, and was a calming presence throughout the wedding planning process. They were also super flexible and accommodating with last-minute changes to guest count due to COVID, etc.

Second, the venue itself is truly STUNNING. All of our guests commented on how beautiful it was. It was perfect for hosting a winter wedding because of the the huge indoor space with great light. It was also really nice to have the indoor mansion space, especially for older guests who wanted to take a break and sit away from the band where it was quieter. The space is so gorgeous that you don't need to do much in terms of decor. It's super convenient that chairs, linens, etc. are all included in the cost of the venue.

Third, we did the Gold Package and catering through Gala Cuisine, and we were very happy with the decision. The food was great and got a lot of compliments, and the whole process was super smooth and professional. We opted for a buffet since it would have been an additional 4k+ to do plated, but guests were happy with it. We were very happy that the venue allows you to bring your own alcohol from Costco, which really helped us save on costs.

I will note that there are additional upgrade charges for certain things (upgraded food options, extra hours in the venue, etc.), but we found all the costs to be super transparent in the contract and honored fairly throughout the process. Just make sure you read the contract, and you definitely won't have any issues. (And in our experience, the venue was flexible and even more accommodating than the contract indicated.)

Overall Raspberry Plain Manor is not exactly the cheapest option, but we found it to be a really great value considering the level of service and everything that is provided. (We also got a discount for hosting a wedding during Jan/Feb. Winter brides, look no further!) Of all the decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process, choosing Raspberry Plain as our venue was definitely the best one.

Nicholas Suarez is such a pleasure to work with! He's friendly, professional, and knowledgable with a great sense of humor. He communicates well, responds quickly, and is willing to answer any questions. Nicholas gave me and my fiancé an in-person tour yesterday, and he was very helpful from start to finish. The venue itself is elegant, beautiful, and spacious with high ceilings and glass windows. The view is also beautiful with rolling fields and greenery in the background. We were so pleased with our experience that we ended up booking a date with Nicholas at Raspberry Plain Manor the same day! We're very excited to work with the RPM team.

Working with Nicholas and the team as Raspberry Plain Farm has been so great! Nicholas gave us a great tour of the venue and area, and gave us a full layout of what the day could look like and really listened to our ideas and thoughts on what our perfect day could look like. We were sold right after our first tour, and haven't looked back since. Everything just felt so right as soon as we pulled up to Raspberry.

He has been super helpful answering our questions after booking, and has again truly listened to our vision and gave us many different ideas on how to make our vision a reality. We really appreciated when we shared our input on one of the preferred vendors that we reached out to, and shared other recommendations. His answer was always YES so anything we asked, and gave us the confidence to make our day a reality.

We have been so blessed to have found the Raspberry Plains wedding location but more importantly to find Nick who has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better pre-event planner/leader than Nick. From the very first phone call, it was clear I was in expert hands. He took time to listen to our vision and immediately offered thoughtful suggestions that aligned with our style and budget.

The venue tour was a highlight, and he guided us through each space, helping us visualize the flow of events and providing insight into how we could maximize the venue’s potential. His attention to detail and ability to anticipate our questions before we even asked them was incredibly reassuring.

Throughout the entire planning process, he was responsive, professional, and endlessly patient. Every question we had – no matter how big or small – was met with a clear, confident answer. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and fun.

Thanks to Nick, we feel fully prepared and excited for our big day. He truly went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for his dedication and care.

This venue has been a dream so far! We happened to come across the venue on a search of places in the area- I saw the pictures and fell in love! The huge windows are just stunning, and the outside ceremony space is exactly what we were looking for. We scheduled our tour and Nicholas was beyond helpful. When we arrived, he helped us feel at ease and answered any questions we had. He shared links for pictures and videos of him giving the tour so we could show our families and help them feel like a part of the experience! He’s been so responsive and has helped make this an easy choice. They even allowed my fiancé and his mom to take a quick tour one day while he was in the area. We are beyond excited to celebrate our special day at Raspberry Plain Manor.

We’ve had an amazing experience with this vendor so far! Nicholas has been great since the very beginning. We had just recently started our venue search and Nicholas made our decision to choose this venue so easy. He was well prepared with videos/pictures of dining layouts, catering options, and was very knowledgeable with any questions we had. I also have a gluten allergy so he made sure to print me out a gluten friendly menu for catering! He gave us a tour of the venue, which was absolutely stunning. A ton of natural light, gorgeous chandeliers, and amazing options for indoor or outdoor ceremonies. Nicholas has also been extremely responsive even before we had our tour. All of this made choosing this venue a no brainer. Can’t wait to celebrate our day in 2026!

We were pointed towards Raspberry Plain Manor by our wedding planner and we were met with a wonderful and professional experience! We had the pleasure of working with Nicholas and he was very pleasant with us. He made us feel comfortable when we asked our multitude of questions and was quite accommodating towards what our vision of the wedding looked like. My husband and I could not have asked for a better wedding venue! Lindsay, our coordinator, was exceptional in every aspect. She captured every detail in our vision that we wanted for our big day. We could not have had our perfect day without her! The Gala cuisine catering company was a hit! Especially the mini grilled cheeses and tomato soup shooters. The venue had perfect lighting and gorgeous windows for a lovely indoor ceremony. We would recommend this venue, especially in the fall.
