Beautiful wedding and planning with Josie Michelle Events
Josie Michelle Events were lovely to work with and our wedding day was perfect!! They listened to our vision and provided examples and suggestions to help us execute it. Every step of the way they were with us to ensure we were on track and organized, and the final event (the wedding) was amazingly beautiful. The vendors they work with are top notch and very modern and elegant. We are located in California, and they managed our wedding from NY, and in only four months time! We simply could not have pulled it off without them, we couldn't be more pleased.

Crystal and Vidals wedding
I spoke with Michelle via zoom during the pandemic and she went through the process in great detail. We went through what I wanted. I began to meet with Josie and Michelle via zoom prior to wedding date and they were so helpful. The Mehndi, haldi night, wedding ceremony and reception was great because they handled guest and all my vendors prior and on the date. They were super helpful with transportation of favors and items that needed to be taken to the venue.

The most genuine team work with!
Josie & Michelle and team have been by far the best to work with. Without them, my wedding day wouldn't have gone as smooth as it did. Get yourselves a Wedding Planner/Coordinator
JosieMichelle were amazing for my wedding. I hired them as DOC, but any and all questions I had, even before the month of my wedding, they answered. They handled all my vendors leading up to the wedding to make sure everything was confirmed and taken care of. On my wedding morning, came to my hotel suite to make sure everything was running smoothly, but what they came across to was a torn piece of my dress sleeve. They hopped right on it and started sowing the piece to my dress. Life savers! They made sure I was relaxed and comfortable on my wedding. The JosieMichelleEvents Team were great and I'm glad to have hired them for my special day! :)

Wedding planning
Our experience with Josie Michelle events was amazing. We can’t even imagine what our stress level would have been if we did not hire them to plan our wedding. They took care of everything, and went above and beyond to find us the right vendors, keep us under budget, answer all our questions, clear up any confusion, and make creative suggestions. They even attended our appointments! They were also there for the entire wedding day, morning to night! Wedding planners are a dime a dozen…what really separates Josie and Michelle is their deep level of care for their job and their couples. Their passion for what they do is inspiring. And best part of this whole thing - we all became friends!!!

Best Planner Ever
Our experience with JME was simply excellent! As someone who works in the wedding industry, I have spent time in the most prestigious venues and with the most high-profile planners in the NY Metro area. I would absolutely recommend JME to any one of my clients, friends, family members and everyone in between. My wife, who has no experience with weddings was very intimidated by the planning process and Josenny was able to help her feel confident and relaxed every step of the way. She was also able to match us with vendors that understood our vision and made the day come to life. Katie designed an utterly stunning template and was flexible with all adjustments we needed. Michelle was a blast to work with and very encouraging as things got into crunch time close to the date.
Additionally, the team was so great at making our 8-year-old daughter feel special every step of the way. As she had assumed she would be the wedding planner (lol), they made sure she felt like not just a princess, but also like she was in charge!
On the day of JME was able to everything easy and stress-free for us. We didn’t need think about or manage anything and we were able to relax and enjoy our special day. Not to mention it looked GORGEOUS !!!
We are so thankful to have found such an amazing, loving, and hard-working team that clicked with us on every level; we really couldn’t have asked for more.

Sweet, organized and just wonderful!

Will be Hiring Again for Future Events!
After postponing our wedding, we knew hiring wedding coordinators will be extremely insightful and we were fortunate enough to book Josie Michelle Events. We are extremely glad we did! Our day was seamless. If there was anything that went left that day, we didn't know about it (which is exactly what we wanted)!

The first call I had with Josie was everything I needed. Talking to her reassured me that I did not have to worry about things, whether it be big or small. Josie and Michelle both were very organized and also asked us questions that we didn't really even think about at the time. Was so pleased to work with Josie & Michelle. They were always professional and on the ball, especially when a few months prior to our 130 person venue wedding we had to shift to a 30 person backyard wedding. Prior to the wedding they made sure to contact and make arrangements with all of our vendors to ensure that things went smoothly on our big day. As a bonus, they brought an extra team member, who was constantly checking with the groom and I to make sure that we didn’t need anything. Hiring a business owned by women of color was also important to us and I’m glad we found them. I would highly recommend them for your next event.

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration
Our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration was absolutely perfect! Every specific detail that I requested was followed to the letter. The team showed up three hours prior to the event and were meticulous in the execution of our specifications. Josie and Michelle are Wedding Angels
Josie and Michelle started helping us plan our wedding from the very beginning (almost 2 years in advance) and found all the vendors to make our vision come to life. Once the Pandemic hit, they were so flexible and talked us through options. We finally decided to have a small intimate wedding and they took control to put everything together and took the burden off of us during such a stressful time. We asked for an epic wedding and they executed! It was the best day of my life and we couldnt have pulled it off without them.

Absolutely Amazing!
Josie & Michelle were a God send! They were very responsive, and so helpful! They organized everything so that by the time the big day arrived, everything ran smoothly - well at least to me it did! They were able to handle so many of the little tasks that would have been distracting the day off. They also were amazing at helping to bring my vision to life. I struggled with the sweetheart table, and after a single conversation they were able to find exactly what I was looking for. I could go on and on, but long story short, I recommend them to everyone! I look forward to having another party so I can work with them again!

Amazing service!!
We just got married and had a multi cultural wedding. Josey and Michelle were beyond flexible. They went above and beyond any typical same day coordinator. They met with us, picked up the phone when I had a question and went above and beyond on the day. They even went as far as to drop our bags at our hotel!!! They stayed until the end and just supported all we needed. Thank you so much for an incredible journey!

Josie and Michelle is a team to be reckon with. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is set beautifully. My now husband Roger and I have seen their work since my sisters wedding and baby shower. Everything comes out flawless. They take the headache of planning off your hands. They have an eye for beauty and how to make things look great. We were beyond stunned to see how well the wedding decor came out. They helped design and set up the wedding. I can’t wait to see the details of everything from our wedding photos. I highly recommend hiring them for any event you have; big or small! They have your back and they are like family to us. Made our wedding possible
Josie and Michelle helped us plan our wedding this summer and were amazing. We utilized them for months leading up to wedding as out venue had to have everything brought in and they connected us with incredible vendors. Their network of contacts and ability to match you with good fits is amazing. Couldn’t have done it without them.
