Wow! We are SO happy we worked with The Day of Coordinator team (special shout out to Caroline Aren who made our day perfect!)

We plan events for a living (so we're also quite picky...) but we knew when it came to the day of, we needed someone to play the role of team captain. Finding someone who can jump right in and take the reigns without trying to oversell you on a massive, unneccesary package was few and far between.

Right away, TDOC (and Caroline!) blew us away with their organization and professionalism. Caroline immediately made us feel comfortable, met us where we were and also thought of things that wouldn't have crossed our minds.

We felt fully supported leading up to the day, with a in-depth prep call and many touch points leading up. She jumped right in with all of our vendors, and connected the dots, and helped plan a perfect program. Not only did she show up with a binder of information to lead this run of show, but she also wielded a hand truck to ferry 6 cases of water across the Asbury Boardwalk to the beach for our ceremony, just as one example.

TDOC provided an invaluable, flexible, and personal service and we can't imagine our day without them. We even made sure to recommend them to our venue, so that future weddings could use them too! 11/10!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Caroline Aren at The Day Of Company. From the moment she stepped in a few months before our wedding, she brought an incredible level of organization, clarity, and calm. I’m very type-A, and Caroline somehow managed to both match my need for structure and take a huge weight off my shoulders. She made me feel completely confident and prepared, without ever making me feel like I had to manage everything myself.

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was on top of every detail — anticipating questions before I asked them, keeping vendors aligned, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. On the wedding day, she was truly extraordinary. She kept everything running smoothly and on schedule, but always in the kindest, most gentle way. We felt so cared for, supported, and looked after the entire day.

Caroline has a special talent for being everywhere you need her without ever being intrusive. She noticed things before we did, solved problems before they became problems, and made it possible for us to relax and be fully present. We are so grateful for her, and we genuinely can’t imagine our wedding day without her. If you’re considering working with her — do it. She is absolutely exceptional.

Caroline and Angela from The Day of Company were amazing. With only two or three planning zoom calls, Caroline provided a comprehensive but easy to understand spreadsheet, and they were able to coordinate with all our vendors on our behalf. On the actual day of, Angela was super helpful and helped everything go smoothly for us. She was especially great with ad hoc requests we had for unexpected things that came up.

Caroline was friendly, enthusiastic, and organized through the entire process.

She provided a clear outline for our wedding day from the start, and asked thoughtful questions over a six month period in a way that allowed her to perfectly curate the day to our needs. Because she took that time, the process was never overwhelming, and nothing was left unfinished.

The day of, Caroline was on-time, quick to solve any issues (including a bridesmaid with a wardrobe malfunction and a stubborn bustle), and orchestrated everything perfectly, including installing a wide variety of decorations. Over the course of the night, she checked in regularly (but never obtrusively) on both of us - always making sure we had a drink and that everything was proceeding as we hoped. At the end of the night, she took everything down carefully and made sure it was all organized in our room.

Through the entire day, we were able to relax and enjoy our friends and family without thinking about managing anything. We highly recommend the Day Of Company!

We are so grateful for everything Laura did to make our wedding day run so smoothly. From start to finish, she was such a calming and reassuring presence, and her professionalism and care made all the difference.

I also really appreciated her help with my dress and outfit change — something I was only thinking of as a back-up plan, but she took care of everything so effortlessly. We had such a great experience with The Day Of company and Audra as command central and Enny as our day of coordinator! We booked the company a couple of years out from our wedding and Audra was responsive in communications and questions we had leading up to the event, then when it became time to get into the nitty gritty, Audra and Enny easily took over and made the event go so smoothly that we had no worries or questions on the actual day. Enny was such a pro when we had a guest arrive with an unexpected plus one that we didn't have to worry for a second in finding them a seat. We SO appreciate their work, positive attitude and efficiency to make our wedding day everything we wanted it to be.

Caroline exceeded all of our expectations. As a couple that had a fairly elaborate DIY decoration setup and a lot of moving parts for the ceremony and reception, Caroline managed everything perfectly and always came prepared with things we didn't even know we would need. Her significant experience and preparation was evident. My wife and I really don't know what we would have done without her expertise and assistance.

Audra was great to work with & put my mind at ease during the planning process. We met once before being assigned with my DOC and she was quite thorough. There was one lapse of communication about ~5 weeks to a month before my wedding but I eventually connected and was paired with my DOC. I worked with Liz for my wedding and she was absolutely amazing. She handled all the details and I didn't have to worry about anything.

Caroline Aren was our day of coordinator and we seriously cannot find enough words to express how thankful we are to have worked with her. Our guests raved about how awesome she was, how she kept the whole day running despite all the unforeseen/last minute issues. She made the happiest day of our lives so special, seamless, and beautiful. I’d follow her to the ends of the earth. She’s so awesome and truly left such a bright impact on our lives. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her - worth every penny and more. It felt like she was an old friend. Considering that my husband and I are not planners, she made sure to fill in every gap and keep us on track.

I truly don’t have enough words to express how incredible Caroline was as our wedding coordinator. She asked thoughtful questions and raised important considerations in the lead-up to the wedding—things we never would have thought of ourselves.
Caroline went above and beyond by personally reaching out to every single one of our vendors ahead of time. She made sure she had a point of contact and verified all the details so that nothing slipped through the cracks. That level of preparation gave us so much peace of mind.
On the big day, Caroline was everything and more. She was calm, collected, and full of life. She seamlessly managed every detail while keeping the energy light and fun. She vibed effortlessly with our families (which was no small feat—our crew is chaotic), and somehow made everyone feel seen, heard, and cared for.
Things definitely went wrong behind the scenes—because that’s just how weddings go—but I, the bride, never heard a single thing about it. That’s the magic of Caroline. My husband and I had drinks in hand at all times, and every single moment we had planned happened on time, correctly, and seamlessly. It was like watching our vision come to life without lifting a finger.
We did not deserve her. She was truly priceless. If you’re lucky enough to have Caroline on your team, know that you’re in the best hands possible. We could not have asked for anything better.
