Wow! We are SO happy we worked with The Day of Coordinator team (special shout out to Caroline Aren who made our day perfect!)

We plan events for a living (so we're also quite picky...) but we knew when it came to the day of, we needed someone to play the role of team captain. Finding someone who can jump right in and take the reigns without trying to oversell you on a massive, unneccesary package was few and far between.

Right away, TDOC (and Caroline!) blew us away with their organization and professionalism. Caroline immediately made us feel comfortable, met us where we were and also thought of things that wouldn't have crossed our minds.

We felt fully supported leading up to the day, with a in-depth prep call and many touch points leading up. She jumped right in with all of our vendors, and connected the dots, and helped plan a perfect program. Not only did she show up with a binder of information to lead this run of show, but she also wielded a hand truck to ferry 6 cases of water across the Asbury Boardwalk to the beach for our ceremony, just as one example.

TDOC provided an invaluable, flexible, and personal service and we can't imagine our day without them. We even made sure to recommend them to our venue, so that future weddings could use them too! 11/10!

From the moment we booked The Day Of Company, Audra went above and beyond anything we expected from a "day-of" coordinator. She was so helpful throughout the entire year leading up to our wedding, always responsive to emails and happy to set up Zoom meetings whenever we needed them. She truly felt more like a full-service planner than a day-of coordinator.

The timeline she created was incredibly detailed, and thanks to her planning, we stayed on schedule throughout the entire day without ever feeling rushed. Our ceremony was at Trinity Church, our reception was at the Central Park Boathouse, and we had shuttle transportation between locations. Every transition was flawlessly executed, and everything was handled with such professionalism.

On the wedding day, Rosalie was absolutely amazing. She brought such positive energy and was a calming presence throughout the day. She was constantly checking on me, my family, and our wedding party, always offering to get us anything we needed. At one point while we were taking photos in Central Park, she even brought me a fan because it was so hot. It was such a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects the level of care their team provides.

Mags, our second coordinator, was incredible as well. She set up all of our décor, including several DIY projects, and brought my vision to life exactly as I had imagined. I didn't have to worry about a single detail because I knew everything was in great hands.

Even now, people are still telling us how organized, seamless, and well-planned our wedding was. That is entirely thanks to The Day Of Company and their amazing team.

If you're considering hiring them, do it. They are reasonably priced and worth every single penny. Their professionalism, organization, attention to detail, and genuine care made our wedding day completely stress-free, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We hired the Day of Company for a day of coordinator for our wedding and I cannot imagine how the day would have gone otherwise. There's so much we didn't even consider about the logistics and requirements for the wedding day to run smoothly, I'm so grateful we had the Day of Company to guide us through! Joanna was so helpful and communicative leading up to the wedding, answering all of our random last-minute questions, and the coordinator there on the day, Liz, was fantastic! My husband and I were so shocked at how well everything went - we stayed on schedule the entire day and literally nothing went wrong! Liz was a wonderful coordinator, staying completely on top of everything while making sure we were all calm and enjoying ourselves. She did a beautiful job setting up everything we'd brought to the venue as well! We're beyond happy with how our wedding day went, and that is in large part thanks to Joanna, Liz, and the Day of Company. You're in great hands with them!

The Day of Company is the best- they were recommended to us by our venue and we're so glad we booked with them. Audra and Rosalie are so detail-oriented and helped us feel so supported throughout the wedding planning process & on the big day. Their planning spreadsheet was a lifesaver to have all the little details in one place. We did not hire a full planner so we're so glad we had a reliable team (Audra and Rosalie) there to handle everything seamlessly.

Rosalie was our day-of coordinator and she was an absolute dream to work with. Her energy was so calm & confident, which is exactly what we needed with everything going on. She was so prepared with a kit of essentials and knew our timeline & logistics like the back of her hand. She knows when to take charge (like leading our rehearsal) and when to quietly handle things without us even knowing. She is a magician and made our big day as stress-free as possible!

Working with Caroline was amazing. She is so professional, prompt and detailed and just generally a kind human being. She helped us plan the entire timeline and coordination with the vendors as well as answering any of our questions. The entire day was so perfectly executed and she was somehow everywhere all at once anticipating everyone's needs before they even realized it. We were also at one point 30 minutes ahead of schedule which is unheard of on a wedding day. We heard from all of our guests that she was hands down the best coordinator they have ever seen at a wedding. We've been raving about her to everyone since our wedding and truly it could not have been as perfect as it was without her.

I can not recommend working with the Day of Company enough! We used the Day of Company for our day of wedding coordination in nyc. Caroline assisted us in so many ways leading up to our wedding and Rosalie was with us on our wedding day to ensure everything went to plan! I had so many of my vendors tell me how on top of everything Caroline was. They expressed that Caroline made their jobs so much easier by reaching out in such a timely manner and being so organized. She created a day of schedule that was flawless and helped our wedding day run so smoothly. She also thought of every single detail possible to check in with us on. Rose was such a calming, positive energy to have surrounding us on our wedding day. She genuinely put us at ease and made us feel so relaxed. She worked to follow the schedule, organize the details of our reception and ceremony, and coordinate with the venue and all of our vendors. We were able to sit back and relax and she guided us through the day so smoothly. They were doing things behind the scenes that I was not even aware of because they made it their duty to take as much stress and "to dos" off my list as possible. The Day of Company truly made our lives so much easier and was one of the best investments we made surrounding our wedding. I highly recommend working with them- they are a delight!

Caroline's planning process was extraordinary. Her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence going into the Big Day. The spreadsheet she built became our bible and security blanket. More than anything, her precision is what allowed us to actually let go, relax, and enjoy the wedding of our wildest imaginations.

Henry is the day-of coordinator of every couple's dreams. From start to finish he was steady, prepared, and unflappable. No matter how much chaos was swirling around him, he brought every single detail to life with grace and ease. He kept us calm when we needed it most and never once made us feel like we were asking too much. Because of him, we were free to be fully present and joyful on our wedding day, knowing everything was in the most capable hands.

What Caroline and Henry do is a true gift. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them and can't recommend them highly enough.

We’re the type of couple who probably wouldn’t have gone with a coordinator if it wasn’t required by our venue, but we are glad we did — and SO glad we chose Caroline at the Day Of Company.

Throughout the process, Caroline was thoughtful and helpful, always making us feel totally at ease. We did a number of calls leading up to the wedding and she was always accommodating and most importantly, super knowledgeable, both about wedding planning in general and our venue/vendors in particular. She helped us plan a realistic schedule that got us all the major things on our wedding wishlist.

When it came to the day of our wedding, she was an absolute machine! Caroline and her assistant made everything run perfectly — we didn’t find out until after that there were some real hiccups (e.g., some items accidentally delivered to the wrong church!) that she smoothed over expertly without us even knowing.

Both of our entire families kept raving about how great Caroline was — I think she was my mother in law’s favorite person at the whole wedding! At every moment, she was there helping us with whatever we needed, often before we even thought to ask. We had a few non traditional wrinkles, day of requests, and last minute adjustments and absolutely nothing fazed her or disrupted her calming energy. She truly made our special day so wonderful — cannot recommend Caroline and the Day Of team enough!

We hired The Day of Company to be our Day / Month of Coordinators for our wedding on 5/2/2026 at NYBG, and it was one of the best and easiest decisions we made.

Audra was so professional and responsive, starting to work with us more than three months ahead of our wedding and answering and any questions or concerns we had about the day. We are so lucky we were introduced to Jaleesa during the process - the timeline she put together for us was extremely detailed, thought out and incorporated the norms and preferences of the venue. Her and Audra continued to answer our questions leading up to the day, and were extremely flexible with any changes or additional incorporations we wanted to add to the venue or timeline.

On the day, I got several comments about how laid back I seemed as a bride - a main reason is because of the job Jaleesa and her team did. They were extremely professional and ran a tight ship on the day to make sure everything went flawlessly. If you are considering a day of coordinator, especially for a wedding at NYBG, I would highly recommend going with The Day Of!
