Professional, joyful, seamless

Wow! We are SO happy we worked with The Day of Coordinator team (special shout out to Caroline Aren who made our day perfect!)

We plan events for a living (so we're also quite picky...) but we knew when it came to the day of, we needed someone to play the role of team captain. Finding someone who can jump right in and take the reigns without trying to oversell you on a massive, unneccesary package was few and far between.

Right away, TDOC (and Caroline!) blew us away with their organization and professionalism. Caroline immediately made us feel comfortable, met us where we were and also thought of things that wouldn't have crossed our minds.

We felt fully supported leading up to the day, with a in-depth prep call and many touch points leading up. She jumped right in with all of our vendors, and connected the dots, and helped plan a perfect program. Not only did she show up with a binder of information to lead this run of show, but she also wielded a hand truck to ferry 6 cases of water across the Asbury Boardwalk to the beach for our ceremony, just as one example.

TDOC provided an invaluable, flexible, and personal service and we can't imagine our day without them. We even made sure to recommend them to our venue, so that future weddings could use them too! 11/10!

We couldn't have done it without DOC, Audra, and Jaleesa!

We are so glad we chose the Day of Company to help us plan and run our wedding day! From the beginning, Audra provided incredibly helpful guidance, thoughtful templates, and practical advice that made us feel so much more organized and prepared leading up to the wedding. As people who wanted to stay on top of details without feeling overwhelmed, we really appreciated how structured, efficient, and approachable the entire process felt.

On the wedding day itself, Jaleesa was absolutely instrumental in making everything run smoothly. She handled setup, fixed boutonnieres, kept the timeline moving, made sure we actually ate and drank water throughout the night, and much more. Multiple guests and family members commented afterward on how professional, proactive, and effective she was throughout the event. It was such a relief knowing someone so capable was handling all the behind-the-scenes logistics so we could fully enjoy the day. They were total pros from start to finish, and we would absolutely recommend The Day Of Company to anyone planning their wedding!

Caroline Aren is amazing!

The Day Of Company helped us to truly enjoy our wedding day. Our coordinator Caroline Aren helped us organize everything in the months leading up to the wedding, and made sure every detail was taken care of. We felt stress free knowing that Caroline was keeping us and our vendors to a timeline so that we were able to do everything we wanted on our day. A type A Person's Dream!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Caroline Aren at The Day Of Company. From the moment she stepped in a few months before our wedding, she brought an incredible level of organization, clarity, and calm. I’m very type-A, and Caroline somehow managed to both match my need for structure and take a huge weight off my shoulders. She made me feel completely confident and prepared, without ever making me feel like I had to manage everything myself.

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was on top of every detail — anticipating questions before I asked them, keeping vendors aligned, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. On the wedding day, she was truly extraordinary. She kept everything running smoothly and on schedule, but always in the kindest, most gentle way. We felt so cared for, supported, and looked after the entire day.

Caroline has a special talent for being everywhere you need her without ever being intrusive. She noticed things before we did, solved problems before they became problems, and made it possible for us to relax and be fully present. Perfect micro wedding planning

Caroline and Angela from The Day of Company were amazing. With only two or three planning zoom calls, Caroline provided a comprehensive but easy to understand spreadsheet, and they were able to coordinate with all our vendors on our behalf. On the actual day of, Angela was super helpful and helped everything go smoothly for us. She was especially great with ad hoc requests we had for unexpected things that came up.

Caroline A. was excellent!

Caroline was friendly, enthusiastic, and organized through the entire process.

She provided a clear outline for our wedding day from the start, and asked thoughtful questions over a six month period in a way that allowed her to perfectly curate the day to our needs. Because she took that time, the process was never overwhelming, and nothing was left unfinished.

The day of, Caroline was on-time, quick to solve any issues (including a bridesmaid with a wardrobe malfunction and a stubborn bustle), and orchestrated everything perfectly, including installing a wide variety of decorations. Over the course of the night, she checked in regularly (but never obtrusively) on both of us - always making sure we had a drink and that everything was proceeding as we hoped. At the end of the night, she took everything down carefully and made sure it was all organized in our room.

Through the entire day, we were able to relax and enjoy our friends and family without thinking about managing anything. We highly recommend the Day Of Company!

We couldn't have done it without Laura & The DOC!

We are so grateful for everything Laura did to make our wedding day run so smoothly. From start to finish, she was such a calming and reassuring presence, and her professionalism and care made all the difference.
She handled every detail with such grace—including adjusting our first look and cake-cutting timelines so seamlessly that everything stayed perfectly on track without ever feeling rushed. Thanks to her, we were able to do everything we wanted and truly enjoy the day!

I also really appreciated her help with my dress and outfit change — something I was only thinking of as a back-up plan, but she took care of everything so effortlessly. Her calm, positive energy kept us grounded and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was under control.

We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple looking for someone kind, organized, and incredibly capable!

They took all our worries off our minds!

We had such a great experience with The Day Of company and Audra as command central and Enny as our day of coordinator! We booked the company a couple of years out from our wedding and Audra was responsive in communications and questions we had leading up to the event, then when it became time to get into the nitty gritty, Audra and Enny easily took over and made the event go so smoothly that we had no worries or questions on the actual day. Enny was such a pro when we had a guest arrive with an unexpected plus one that we didn't have to worry for a second in finding them a seat. We SO appreciate their work, positive attitude and efficiency to make our wedding day everything we wanted it to be.

Professional

Caroline exceeded all of our expectations. As a couple that had a fairly elaborate DIY decoration setup and a lot of moving parts for the ceremony and reception, Caroline managed everything perfectly and always came prepared with things we didn't even know we would need. Her significant experience and preparation was evident. My wife and I really don't know what we would have done without her expertise and assistance.

Excellent Experience with DOC Liz

Audra was great to work with & put my mind at ease during the planning process. We met once before being assigned with my DOC and she was quite thorough. There was one lapse of communication about ~5 weeks to a month before my wedding but I eventually connected and was paired with my DOC. I worked with Liz for my wedding and she was absolutely amazing. She handled all the details and I didn't have to worry about anything.

Caroline is the BEST

Caroline Aren was our day of coordinator and we seriously cannot find enough words to express how thankful we are to have worked with her. Our guests raved about how awesome she was, how she kept the whole day running despite all the unforeseen/last minute issues. She made the happiest day of our lives so special, seamless, and beautiful. I’d follow her to the ends of the earth. She’s so awesome and truly left such a bright impact on our lives. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her - worth every penny and more. It felt like she was an old friend. Absolutely Priceless – Caroline Was a Dream Come True

I truly don’t have enough words to express how incredible Caroline was as our wedding coordinator. From the moment we started working with her, she brought a sense of calm, confidence, and joy that we didn’t even know we needed. She asked thoughtful questions and raised important considerations in the lead-up to the wedding—things we never would have thought of ourselves.
Caroline went above and beyond by personally reaching out to every single one of our vendors ahead of time. She made sure she had a point of contact and verified all the details so that nothing slipped through the cracks. That level of preparation gave us so much peace of mind.
On the big day, Caroline was everything and more. She was calm, collected, and full of life. She seamlessly managed every detail while keeping the energy light and fun. She vibed effortlessly with our families (which was no small feat—our crew is chaotic), and somehow made everyone feel seen, heard, and cared for.
Things definitely went wrong behind the scenes—because that’s just how weddings go—but I, the bride, never heard a single thing about it. That’s the magic of Caroline. My husband and I had drinks in hand at all times, and every single moment we had planned happened on time, correctly, and seamlessly. It was like watching our vision come to life without lifting a finger.
We did not deserve her. She was truly priceless. If you’re lucky enough to have Caroline on your team, know that you’re in the best hands possible. We could not have asked for anything better.

Get to actually enjoy your day!

I'm a producer by trade and have a little problem with letting go of control! So I took it upon myself to plan my own wedding. We had spent many months finding vendors, securing an event space and fine-tuning all the little details! It was a rewarding but an exhaustive process. The one thing we knew for sure was that we did not want to be spending our wedding day making sure the day went as planned. Thats where Aurda and Shannon came in. Not only did they seamlessly integrate into our wedding planning, but they also caught all these things we had overlooked.

On the actual day they allowed us to just enjoy and be entirely present. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. There was never a cause for concern or a question too small to ask. They even coordinated a surprise with the Father of the Bride, which would have been ruined if we had do it ourselves! I can't stress enough how grateful we are to have been able to fully let go and embrace everything that is your wedding day. Many thanks to these wonderfully organized and responsive people!

Amazing Experience

I worked with The Day Of Company for my wedding at the Greenpoint Loft in Brooklyn, NY and had an amazing experience. The team worked with me leading up to the event by helping answer all my questions about vendors and drafting the perfect day of timeline. My coordinator on the day of the event went above and beyond to make sure the event went smoothly. She was everywhere from bustling my dress to directing our staff, and everywhere between. She was really able to anticipate all of our needs and handle the event without any direction. I would recommend them to any future brides!

A stress-free and seamless day!

We worked with Laura as a day of coordinator and couldn't reccomend her more. She was truly a delight to work with from the moment we were introduced via email to a final goodbye at our wedding - she made the day stress free for both myself and my husband. DOC Made Our Day Wayyy Less Stressful

Hiring the Day Of Company made our wedding planning so much less stressful than it could have been. Joanna worked with us starting a few months before our wedding and she was a fantastic resource to make sure that we were lining up everything that we would need for the day itself. She was also an extremely friendly and patient sounding board as we worked through various wedding planning decisions. On the day itself, Carleigh was our assigned coordinator but because Joanna was available she came out to help with the set up which was really reassuring. Carleigh was also fantastic and made sure the rest of the night ran seamlessly. We had an amazing wedding where neither of us were worried about any of the logistical details, and that was in large part because of Joanna and Carleigh.

What would we do without?!

We seriously don’t know how we would have pulled off our wedding without The Day Of! Even though our venue was pretty all-inclusive, our florals were a la carte and just got dropped off—our day-of coordinator took it from there, setting everything up exactly as we’d imagined. They were on top of every detail, from vendor communication to last-minute adjustments. At one point, we even had an issue with a guest who got too drunk, but they handled it so discreetly that no one noticed, keeping the good vibes going. The timeline they created was spot-on, keeping everything running smoothly. They were the ultimate thought partners, de-stressors, and problem solvers. If you want to fully enjoy your day without a single worry, you need The Day Of on your team!

Fall DIY Wedding 2024

We decided to plan a very DIY style wedding and made the decision about 8 months in advance to hire Day-Of to execute the vision. It was amazing to work with Joanna in our planning calls, as she ensured that we thought about every detail from all the materials we would need on-site to the flow of the entire day. I left each planning call with ideas on how to better organize our vision, so we could have the most beautiful day.

We absolutely had the most beautiful day and Carleigh was our on-site contact who worked with our friends and family to execute our vision. There were great touches throughout the day that Carleigh supported, such as bringing my husband and I to a private space after the ceremony to enjoy food and our signature cocktail while we had our witnesses sign the marriage license. She also ensured that all 170 of our guests flowed through our buffet line, which is a logistic that I hadn’t thought of. I appreciate that she worked through our friends and family to execute the vision, as it helped us stay present and we actually got to enjoy the wedding that we invested so much time planning over the past two years.

I am someone that plans events for living, so it was great to trust other professionals for an affordable price. Planning calls alone with Joanna are totally worth the investment, as they just keep you on track and ensure you troubleshoot as much as possible in advance. Best decision you can make for your wedding!

We just used the Day of Company for our wedding and we couldn't be happier! Joanna was so friendly and responsive from the very first meeting. And she does so much more than just the day of! Our wedding was in September and we had our first big meeting with her in January. She made an outline/schedule for the wedding day and talked through each component to make sure there wasn't anything my partner or I were forgetting. We then had a meeting about a month before with both Joanna and our coordinator for the day of, Jaleesa. They were in contact with all of our vendors for planning the logistics the day of. Jaleesa was AMAZING on the day! She made things so easy so that my partner, myself, and all of our friends and family were able to sit back and relax under her guidance. It is clear that both Joanna and Jaleesa are experts at what they do and I couldn't imagine having done it without them! Truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding - I wish everyone could use them!

Amazing experience

We had the most amazing experience with the Day Of Company! From the initial planning call to the final call everything was so organized and they helped us plan everything for our day. The perfect coordination partner

My experience with 'The Day Of Company' was nothing short of exceptional. Joanna's planning and guidance leading up to the event were invaluable in ensuring everything ran smoothly. Her expertise in creating a detailed timeline and anticipating our needs was truly impressive.

Liz, our day-of coordinator, was an absolute delight. Her infectious energy and warm personality made her a joy to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Liz saved the day when my dress got dirty before the ceremony, performing magic to make it spotless again. She even jumped in to help wrangle my energetic nephews during our photoshoot, which had everyone laughing and grateful for her skillful handling.

Everything went perfectly on our big day!

Laura and Audra made sure our day went off without any problems! We really valued their help throughout the process and helped create a seamless timeline leading up to the event. Much more than just a day-of coordinator!

Joanna and the rest of the Day Of Company were incredibly friendly, capable, and easy to work with. Their professionalism made a very noticeable difference on our wedding day, helping things run smoothly and minimizing the work we had to do as a couple. Our day-of coordinator contracted covid on the eve of our wedding, but we were promptly assigned a new point of contact, Tori, who stepped in seamlessly and orchestrated everything flawlessly on our wedding day - it was very impressive! The best decision of our wedding (besides getting married)

We organized a very DIY wedding and the one piece of advice we received was to at the very least hire a day of coordinator. That proved to be absolutely correct, and it's impossible to imagine our wedding being as successful without the help of Audra and Carleigh.

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we had an initial call with Audra where she ran through our entire day in minute detail and brought up several essential questions we had never thought to consider, but that we were then able to start addressing. A second call, this time with our coordinator Carleigh, helped finalize the big day. Our services didn't end there, though, as Audra continued to help us work out final kinks by email in the days before our wedding and coordinated behind the scenes with several different vendors.

On the day of, Carleigh was a lifesaver. She was up for any small unexpected job, like picking up extra bags of ice or alcohol, in addition to coordinating all the vendors as they arrived one by one and helping us stick to our packed schedule of rehearsals, photos, ceremony, and partying. We knew that we could stop her at any moment with a question or request, and that removed so much of our stress.

We are extremely grateful to Audra and Carleigh and would recommend their services without hesitation. That they do all this at such a fair price is all the more incredible!

Look no further than The Day Of!

For our wedding, we didn't have a ceremony and only needed someone to coordinate a reception/party. All the other companies were not attentive to my unique needs and tried to overcharge me for what I viewed as a more straight-forward need. Thank goodness my friend referred me to The Day Of! Audra immediately understood what I needed and presented a very reasonable budget commensurate with the work I was requesting. We worked with Angela for our reception and she was an absolute delight. She thought of everything and brought the right level or professionalism, care, thoughtfulness, and rigor while still keeping things light and flexible and respecting our wishes. The day was completely stress-free due to her and I was able to be fully present and enjoy myself. Audra and Angela were extremely responsive throughout the time we worked together and were great at liaising with my venue and vendors. I would recommend The Day Of without hesitation!

A stress free wedding you get to enjoy!

We had a great experience working with Joanna and Caroline at The Day Of. The check-ins throughout the planning process were always well timed and exactly as thorough as we wanted and needed them to be at each juncture. Joanna was especially helpful in providing us a timeline months before our wedding to keep us on track with all of the little things that may otherwise have added up and led to last minute stress – instead, all was easy breezy. We cherished the tips from previous experiences at the Prospect Park Boathouse, too – there were plenty of things we never would have thought of, and Joanna was always several steps ahead of us in addressing them and/or flagging any concerns related to our plans.

Caroline was our point-person on the day, and I’m not sure she could have done a better job had she spent every moment of the year of planning with us! It was unbelievable to watch her work: From set-up, to coordinating vendors, to orchestrating the flow of the event, to running out a water or two when she could see that we needed it – the list goes on and on and on.

If you’re looking for a day of coordinator that will help reduce the stress of the planning process, and of its execution, look no further. To us, this was perhaps the single most important quality in a coordinator, and having been through it, I don’t think it can be taken for granted – this experience was stress free to the point of being FUN. We had concerns about turning things over to anyone that wasn’t ourselves – and those concerns proved completely unfounded.

At 2am after our wedding, when we realized that we’d left behind champagne glasses with special significance, we fired off a panicked email to Caroline. We expected to hear from her Monday, and instead we received a reply not two minutes later explaining exactly where they were and who they left the venue with. We hope this single above-and-beyond example – one of many – can help paint a picture of how easy Joanna, Caroline, and The Day Of will make your big day. A million thanks to them; we recommend them with our whole hearts.

Seamless and responsive day-of coordination

We paid for the 10 hour day-of coordinator which included some planning help. Audra and Rosalba were super responsive, helpful, and capable. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, Audra would quickly respond to every one of our emails with a thorough, accurate, and helpful email. She is very well networked in the NYC wedding scene, and has done this for a while, so she definitely knows everyone and knows the ropes, which was super helpful. For instance, we weren't sure how we wanted to lay out or tables and she sent us four previously used floorplans from our venue. On the day of, Rosalba took the reins and helped execute all our plans flawlessly. We would definitely recommend them very highly.

Fantastic, Kind and Professional!

We had our wedding at the New York Botanical Garden - Stone Mill on June 22 and used Day Of because they were a preferred vendor of the venue. We completely lucked out because they were absolutely the best possible fit for us.

Audra coordinated our early interactions and Jaleesa was with us on the day. They both had a firm handle on our needs and requests which they executed calmly and thoroughly. There were specific timings for our processional, and a surprise band later in the night and Jaleesa pulled both off flawlessly.

I am a producer when I'm not a bride, so timeliness and smooth efficiency were of the utmost importance to me - and Jaleesa pulled it all off without breaking a sweat. Highly recommend!

Work with Audra, seriously.

Choosing to work with Audra was one of the best decisions that we could possibly have made for our wedding. Because of Audra, we enjoyed our own wedding instead of running it. Audra is truly inspiring: she owns this business and still works weddings, and all you need to do is say words and she makes sure that whatever it is will happen exactly as you said it, no matter how many times and how many people are talking to her. She seamlessly blended into our wedding and kept the whole affair running like a well-oiled machine. She is professional, respectful - of us as well as other wedding staff, organized, and completely non-judgmental. Her commitment to quality was evident from the start, and she warmly treated us like family. No matter how many questions we had, she was so patient and generous with her time in answering them all. 10/10 Service- Dream Coordinators!

From our initial consultation, I knew I could trust and rely on Audra and her team to execute my wedding day seamlessly. Leading up to the wedding day, Audra was incredibly responsive. She answered any little question that popped into my head, gave expert guidance, vendor recommendations and helped to ensure that our wedding day met our unique vision. In the month leading up, it was a huge relief to have Audra take the reins on vendor communication and timeline creation. She had suggestions that we never would have thought of, and that proved to be perfect for our day. On the day itself, Caroline was a total pro. When hair/makeup ( vendor not recommended by The Day of Company) arrived late, Caroline quickly worked to connect with the other vendors and update the timeline so that we were still able to capture our entire shot list and attend cocktail hour. She did this all without me even asking! She was able to anticipate our every need- everything from food allergies to a change of shoes. I cannot recommend Audra, Caroline and The Day Of Company enough- they are the best decision we made for our wedding day!

Perfect Day!

The team at Day Of was sooo helpful in the weeks before the wedding. Any silly detail they thought to help. I did not have to worry about one thing the day of the wedding which was such a relief. They organized the squad, made sure the grooms shirt was ironed. They helped me change into my after party dress and even helped pass out party glasses on the dance floor! Great experience!

Amazing from start to finish !

Carleigh was amazing - from the moment she arrived to the moment she left. All my girls loved her. So grateful to have had her with us that day. She steamed dresses, held a cup of water for me to drink during photos, cleaned grass stains off my dress you name it she was on it.

Also- during the planning process they helped so much. We had an initial call to go over details which they were able to recommend vendors and then a call six months out and a final meeting a few weeks before. Highly recommend this company. They were great!!!

Working with Audra from the Day Of Company made our wedding ceremony truly wonderful. From our initial call where Audra recommended florists (we ended up going with April Floral) and photographers (we ended up going with Konrad Brattke), to the planning call, to the day of, and all the emails in between, we felt like Audra took an enormous burden off our shoulders with respect to planning and executing our vision. On the day of the ceremony, Ellie from the Day Of Company was our day of coordinator and was great and very professional. She made sure all of our issues were addressed by the venue. It was super helpful having her there and knowledgeable about the space especially since she was just at the venue the week prior for another wedding. Highly recommend!!

We are so glad that we hired The Day Of Company to coordinate our wedding! Their services were excellent and well worth the very reasonable rate. From the beginning, Audra was so helpful in developing our timeline, talking us through the day, and making recommendations. Letting TDOC take over in the days leading up to the wedding helped us relax knowing our vendors were in good hands. Caroline was our coordinator on the day of and she was fantastic! We were so grateful to her for ensuring that everything ran smoothly, from the main-event timing to the small details, and even unexpected things that came up (for instance, we had to move our dancefloor inside due to weather and she adjusted our uplights to the new area perfectly)! Caroline was kind and professional and checked in with us throughout the evening to keep things moving along in a way that never felt like an interruption, allowing us to truly enjoy our celebration without having to worry about anything. Joanna and Angela made wedding planning a walk in the park!

My wife and I cannot begin to say enough about the ease and joy of working with the Day Of Company. From the moment we met with Joanna we could tell she was the planner for us, with her consistent responsiveness, flexibility and most of all her skill for organizing something we had started to worry couldn't be organized. Joanna worked with us every step of the way to accommodate everything we wanted out of our big day, and to work around every unforeseen wrinkle. Seeing as it was our first time putting together anything like a wedding, her foresight and experience were truly invaluable to us. By the time our big day was approaching, she had broken our whole event down into a neat, easy to read timeline that allowed us to go into our wedding day with a sense of confidence and ease that I could not have imagined prior was possible.

I also want to give a huge thank you to our day-of coordinator, Angela, who was a true champion for us on our wedding day! She made the whole experience utterly smooth so we could focus on celebrating our love, eating and dancing with our friends and family. From moving people to where they needed to be for photos, to keeping multiple vendors in touch with one another and on schedule behind the scenes, there was no task too big (or too small) for Angela to handle, and no part of the ceremony or the reception that didn't feel incredibly smooth. Angela and Joanna both were willing to go the extra mile, whether by orchestrating email threads between multiple vendors or sticking around to help our guests out by taking their photos on request. We could not have asked for a better experience, either in the planning and lead-up to the wedding or on the day itself, and we owe so much of that to the diligence and care of Joanna and Angela!

So helpful and professional!

I used The Day of Company to help me with my daughters bridal shower . I worked with Audra and Sen Yu . We zoomed and worked out a complete, detailed timeline of the event . They gave me lots of advice and helped me go into the very stressful day calm and at ease . Sen Yu arrived prepared and ready to help with anything that needed to be done . She kept me on track with all the games , speeches etc and of course help me set up and pack up. She dealt with the venue and was there to help me all day . They exceeded my expectations and I will hire them for my other daughters bridal shower in March 2024. Professional, reliable and lovely to deal with !

Amazing Experience

I loved working with Audra and our day-of coordinator, Shannon! Audra helped ensure that my wedding planning went smoothly, always keeping track of all the small little details. At first, I just wanted someone to help me set up my venue but I realized that The Day-Of Company provides so much more than that. Audra and Shannon ensured all my needs were met. They were incredibly attentive to me. Shannon was an incredible coordinator. She made sure that my vision was fully executed and she always checked in on me and my husband throughout our wedding. The Best!!

Working with Joanna and Caroline from the Day of Company for our wedding was the best!! We really felt that they went above and beyond "day of coordination." Every meeting we had with Joanna leading up to our wedding was well organized and professional, and we felt like we were in such good hands. Joanna thought of so many details and kept note of everything we said, and also had such a calming effect when we were stressed and overwhelmed. She was always quick to respond to us when we had questions and communicated with all of our other vendors. Caroline was our day-of coordinator, and she did an amazing job managing our families as they set up custom decorations, making sure we were staying with our timeline, checking in on us throughout the night, and even helping me deal with a ceremony injury! She also was so helpful when it came to figuring out how to pack everything up at the end of the night (we brought in a LOT of stuff!). We can't recommend them enough and are so so glad we got to work with them!!!

100% worth it

I am so happy we chose the Day of Company as our day of coordinator. For the few months leading up to the wedding, we worked closely with Joanna to figure out all the details for the day of. She was so easy to work with, communicative, professional, and flexible. Wedding planning was stressful, but having Joanna made it a lot easier. She helped us finalize every little detail and helped us visualize the day from beginning to end. She handled any issues we had with our venue by communicating with them directly, which was really appreciated.

On the day of the wedding, Erica was our day of coordinator. Our day went better than we could've imagined and we really have Erica and Joanna to thank for that. Erica was always there to make sure we were on time, grab things for us as we are super forgetful, and offered solutions anytime there was an issue. We could not have done it without her. We're lucky to have worked with them and would 100% recommend them to anyone!

The Day Of Company was perfect for me!

The Day Of Company came as a recommendation through my venue and did not disappoint! Joanna was amazing from initial contact all the way through the wedding day. I was only looking for guidance and coordination to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything on or before the day of and she completely exceeded my expectations! Joanna is knowledgable, flexible, and friendly. She was also extremely responsive with any and all questions I had throughout the process. Erika was my coordinator on the day of and was so helpful, I truly did not have to worry about anything. I'd highly recommend them if you are looking for assistance with wedding planning/coordination but don't feel you need a full wedding planner.

Exceptional Wedding Coordinators

We are so happy we used The Day Of for our wedding. Audra and Angela were tremendous help. Audra was organized and filled with recommendations. We used most of the suggestions she provided (hotels, restaurants, vendors, ceremony structure, setup, etc). Working with her made the wedding experience less stressful. Audra was there for support and I could focus on other things. Angela was great help on the wedding day. She filled our Guest book with wonderful pictures and memories. Everything I didn’t know I needed

I personally was not so familiar with how to run a wedding so Audra and Carleigh were complete experts and professionals. Boob tape? They have it. Unhinged guest? They’re handling it. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing and Carleigh just felt like an extremely helpful guest by the end of the wedding since I got to know her so well and her personality is awesome. I felt like a Queen! And seriously I thought I would need Xanax but not with Carleigh around to help!

Above and beyond in every way!

Joanna and Caroline from The Day of Company were the best team imaginable! Our venue required that we have a day of planner and that is how we found Joanna. Thank goodness they did because it made such a big difference! She was helpful throughout the entire process, answering any questions that came up, and preparing us for details we might have missed. She coordinated with our other vendors which relieved a lot of stress the week of the wedding.

Caroline was our coordinator the day of the wedding and she was excellent! She checked in a few hours before we were due at the wedding venue and from that point on I didn't have to worry about a thing. She took care of all of the pieces that had to come together to make the day special and she did it flawlessly. My husband and I had some DIY components and she made sure everything was set up the way we envisioned. During the event she kept it all running smoothly (even a tricky bustling situation) and made sure we had a lovely experience from the beginning to end. Hiring them was the best decision we could have made. Many, many thanks to Joanna and Caroline! We couldn't have done it without them!

The best coordinator!

I literally could not have planned my wedding without them! Joanna was so on top of everything leading up to the day, and Angela (our coordinator) was so amazing and helpful. I trusted her completely and she made everything happen on the day of! She solved issues before they were even brought to my attention and was so creative in her problem solving. I truly can’t say enough about them! I plan events for a living and I truly believe every bride needs a day of coordinator like Joanna.

Amazing!!!

Audra and Laura were both so helpful. They really made the big day and days leading up so easy. I was able to actually relax!! Jaleesa is amazing!

We had a fantastic experience with The Day Of Company. I am a planner by nature and I thought I had everything covered but I just wanted someone to handle things on the day-of since I was going to be busy with the whole getting married thing. However Audra and Jaleesa exceeded my expectations in every way! They were helpful from the first phone call, full of tips, suggestions, and good questions that helped me with the planning stage. Jaleesa personally came to our apartment to pick up the ridiculous number of decorations, drive them to the venue herself, and even ironed our outfits! She is worth her weight in gold and I cannot recommend this company enough.

The most outstanding experience!!

Working with Joanna over the past three years was the most fabulous and wonderful experience. She is just an amazing person and the most consummate professional. As a party organizer she is beyond compare and as a caring and supportive person - sticking with me through thick and thin through the pandemic and so many rescheduled weddings - there are truly no words. Before and during the wedding she checked every box and made sure we had a seamless and amazing wedding. I totally credit her incredible ' management style and tremendous attention to detail. Made wedding planning so much easier, and delightful to work with!

Working with The Day Of made wedding planning 10x easier. There is so much we didn't know of for making a schedule and little details of the day, and Audra made it so that we didn't even need to think of anything - everything was covered. They coordinate with every vendor to make sure everyone is on the same page and day of Angela was just the BEST! The Day of Company played an instrumental role in ensuring our wedding day was an absolute success! From the initial consultation to the final moments of the wedding day, their services surpassed our expectations. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving skills made our special day run seamlessly.

Audra was an absolute delight. She patiently listened to our vision and assisted us in creating a detailed timeline. We were DIYing a lot of our wedding and she helped to make sure we were being reasonable with our plans. Her willingness to answer our numerous questions and provide valuable guidance was greatly appreciated.

On the day of our wedding, Carleigh, our assigned day-of coordinator, took charge of executing our vision flawlessly. Amazing Day Of Coordination

During the wedding planning process, we were going back and forth about needing a day of coordinator; however, as our wedding day vision evolved, we decided we definitely needed one to help set up the reception venue during our ceremony. We initially thought that this was all we needed help with; however Audra and Carleigh did SO much more! Audra was super helpful and super responsive from the beginning. We had two hour long calls at various stages leading up to the day of, where we we in depth on timeline and detail of the wedding day. Audra thought of everything, even booking time into our day of timeline for events/details that I didn't even think about. Audra then assigned Carleigh as our day of coordinator. Carleigh arrived the morning of to my parents house with a smile on her face and was nothing but incredibly helpful the entire day. She came prepared with everything (including a steamer and sewing kit, which we needed when my groom lost a button during the ceremony.) She packed all our decor into her car and brought it to the venue, where she proceeded to set up all our centerpieces, sweetheart table, and cocktail hour at the venue. Carleigh went above and beyond bringing our vision to life, even adding extra decor to other areas of the venue that I didn't even think of. Everything looked amazing and we kept getting compliments on all our details. She then packed everything up at the end of the night and met us at the hotel to put it in our car. Carleigh was by our side throughout the night making sure we had drinks, food, and everything we needed. She truly did everything behind the scenes to make the day perfect and I cannot thank her and Audra enough!

LOVED Day of Company and highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience working with Joanna and the Day of Company for our wedding and we highly recommend selecting her company for all your party planning needs! We booked mostly all of the vendors ourselves but Joanna filled in the necessary gaps seamlessly. She created a phenomenal timeline and was incredibly communicative and organized. She also helped us find a bakery for our cake, which was very helpful. We plan to work with Joanna and her team for future events and encourage you to do the same!

Top notch coordinators!

We hired The Day Of to help us with logistics at our Brooklyn wedding. Audra was very responsive leading up to the day, and she checked in periodically to remind us to follow up with vendors, among other things. She made sure all the details were completely nailed down before the wedding day. We had to do a last minute ceremony change because of the bad weather forecast, and they rolled with it! Jaleesa was our coordinator for the actual day, and she showed up right on time and knew exactly what to do. My husband and I literally had zero worries the whole day because Jaleesa was there taking care of everything. Early in the wedding planning process, I thought we'd be able to manage everything ourselves, but in the end we are so glad we hired The Day Of because it allowed us to have a great time at our own wedding! I highly recommend this service!!

From my first phone call with Audra, I knew that this service would be worth it. The spreadsheet and timeline were so helpful, and Audra was so responsive through my planning - even several months out. Shannon was my day or coordinator, and I can't say enough good things. She was such a calming presence and handled every little thing that came up behind the scenes while keeping me informed of what was going on. She was also so sweet and friendly and just amazing. I've already referred The Day of Company to several friends - it's just really the best thing you can do for yourself if you want to have a call and stress free wedding day.

A Perfect Day Made Even MORE Perfect by The Day Of!

I cannot stress enough how WONDERFUL and crucial The Day Of was to our wedding! They were communicative, resourceful, and truly kind! We shifted our needs slightly a week out, and they were more than accommodating to anything that we requested. Audra and Carissa were monumental in making the day run smoothly, and I truly cannot thank them enough!

Not only were they helpful to us on the day, but they constantly provided vendor suggestions and answered questions we had leading up to our wedding day. The timeline that we created together was crucial for our final months of planning, and without it I would truly be lost!

Organized, friendly, and supportive

Working with The Day Of Company made our wedding and reception and stress-free. We had to move our event at the last minute because of COVID, and they deftly helped us walk through all the changes that needed to be made. Audra was incredibly organized and thorough, making sure we had all our moving pieces in places and that our all our vendors were ready to go on our big day. When the day of the event finally arrived, Carissa was a total rockstar. She kept everyone, including the Mother of the Bride, calm and collected and made sure everyone and everything was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. We never had to think about any of the logistics and Carissa pulled everything off beautifully! We cannot recommend The Day Of Company enough!

So worth it, highly recommend!!!

We had the most wonderful wedding day and are so grateful to the Day of Company for making sure that it went so smoothly and perfectly! Our main point of contact was Audra and she was super helpful and easy to work with from the start! During the two planning meetings, she created a detailed plan for the day based on our preferences, asked about important details we wouldn't even have thought of, and truly made us feel that we were in good hands for our big day. The week before the wedding, she touched base with all our vendors which was such a relief. Our Day-of-Coordinator Carissa was so well-prepared and efficient, and had such a positive attitude. She went above and beyond in handling ALL tasks, big and small, from steaming my veil, fixing my hair accessory, making sure we stayed hydrated during the photo shoot, communicating with all the vendors throughout the day, to helping us navigate a last-minute change of our first look location, just to name a few! Working with the Day of Company was a real pleasure and easily one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning, we highly recommend their services!

Life Savers !!!

I am so glad I chose The Day of Company for my wedding. It was worth every penny. Audra and Joanna were so helpful with everything I needed prior to the wedding day. And Angela was the cherry on top, she made sure the day ran smoothly from beginning to end. She also made sure to remind us to eat and checked in every once in awhile to see if I needed any water. She also made sure we had all the photos taken from our wedding list. She worked so well with all the vendors and came to me with any suggestions. Angela definitely knows what she is doing!!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Audra and Laura! Audra talked us through all the logistics leading up to our big day, which helped us visualize little details, cover things we hadn’t thought of, and feel at ease.

Laura helped make sure our wedding day went as smoothly as possible. Abby and I were able to enjoy the morning with our friends, get all the photo combinations we needed, attend our entire cocktail hour, eat our full dinner, and dance the night away with family and friends. We had such a great experience with Day Of Company! Really great team

Boy, oh boy - planning a wedding is a LOT of work. But when I looked into hiring a full-blown wedding planner, the pricing was a quarter of our entire budget. Nope! However, everyone recommended that I at least hire a day-of coordinator, and I'm so glad I did. In fact, I'm not sure what I would have done without Audra and her team...I would've had to recruit over a dozen family members to schlep things to the venue, set up placecards, monitor timing, etc! There is so much to do in terms of set-up and overall flow that they completely handled. Contrary to the name, we actually did our first call about 6 months out and then another call in the month leading up to the wedding. Even before the day-of, it was SO helpful to get the perspective of wedding professionals. After all, my parents, fiance, and I were doing our best but had never planned a wedding before! On the day-of, our day-of coordinator Laura and transportation coordinator Emily were all over everything. Multiple guests have told me how "present" I seemed on The Big Day and that is definitely thanks to Laura and Emily getting shit done! I will also say that the team had a good deal of experience at our venue (the Prospect Park Boathouse) and that was extra helpful. Working with the Day-Of Company was probably one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding!

Audra and her team were incredible! Our deep dive convo leading up to the wedding put my mind at ease about so many details I hadn't considered, and the coordinator, Erica, ensured I had a seamless day that was exactly what I envisioned. Hire Now, Thank Me Later!!

Joanna, Tori, and the entire Day Of Company really made my special day... EXTRA special.

Starting from our first meeting, they were professional, kind, and understanding. I had an orthodox Jewish wedding and was trying to find a planner that really knew the ins and outs of the ceremony we were having-- they knew EVEN MORE THAN ME.

I cannot even imagine what this process would be like had I not hired the Day Of. We had two meetings leading up to the wedding, where we went over every detail and every minute of my wedding. They brought up things that I would have never thought of.

At the wedding itself, Tori was my coordinator. Looking back, I still do not understand how it was possible for one person to be in so many places at once. I did not have to worry about ANYTHING. Bandaids- she had 20. Lipgloss- covered. Food- she brought me and my husband all of our favorites. She kept everyone calm and on time, and I cannot thank her enough. She was flexible, easy going, and the nicest individual!!

So please do yourself a favor--- use The Day Of for your next event!

Day of Coordination – to perfection!

Joanna is just amazing and she's the one to get if you want your special day to be perfect! We could not have made it without her.
She patiently listens and includes your wishes, she orchestrates your vendors and unforeseen challenges, she's instructing your wedding party on what to do and what comes next, she's setting up your decorations and, with the help of her lovely assistant Angela dismounts them in the night. While doing all this, Joanna and Angela always keep calm, very positive, and with a big smile on their faces!
With Joanna and Angela, we were able to fully enjoy our day! We are not sure we would have come close to that without them.
We were excited to have Joanna as our steady companion throughout the wedding and in the days and weeks before.

Amazing experience working with the best!

It was a pleasure working with Audra and Gabrielle for our wedding. From the time I first contacted Audra at the Day Of Company until the actually wedding day, it was nothing short of a relief having her on board. Audra helped with random questions throughout the process (anything from proper etiquette with invitations and guests to actually contacting and working directly with vendors). Audra also had super helpful checklists that helped me with the planning of the most minute details - things I would have forgotten about if not for our planning meetings.

Gabrielle was our day-of coordinator and again, I couldn't be more grateful having her there. Our wedding was less than "easy" or "normal" as we had a tent wedding on our 1-acre property that required a ton of running around, multiple different vendors and plenty of moving parts. Gabby worked tirelessly to make sure each detail was executed perfectly and it was such a blessing having her there to help make sure all the important aspects of our wedding went off without a hitch.

Don't Hesitate to Book!

As a super organized person with tons of event experience, I wondered if I would need a day of coordinator, especially because my venue had one. For anyone who's wondering the same, I'd say to stop wondering, and put your faith in Audra and her team! We could NOT imagine our wedding day without Audra and Jaleesa. While they're called the 'Day of' company, they started onboarding with me and my vendors over a month ahead of time. In the lead-up, they helped give super helpful advice and even helped smooth over a miscommunication with our band. On the day of, Jaleesa was incredible, and because of her I got to feel like a guest at my own wedding. She helped wrangle my fiancee and I, our bridal party, our families and all of our vendors. She was a wedding day ANGEL. Everyone told us ahead of the wedding "things will surely go wrong, but it's OK." But literally nothing went wrong, and for that I thank Audra and Jaleesa. In terms of venue coordinator vs. your own day-of coordinator - you really want to have someone on your side that advocates for you. Venue coordinators are really just there to protect the venue, and do little beyond that.

Working with Joanna and Carissa was the best thing we did! I could not have imagined my wedding day without them. Our wedding day couldn't have been more perfect!

Since day 1, The Day Of Company has gone above and beyond to ensure that our day went smoothly. I primarily worked with Audra in the early coordination and details for our wedding, and Angela was our day-of-coordinator. I was extremely impressed by the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail from both Audra and Angela. I appreciated the level of detail and planning that went into coordinating with all of my vendors and in ironing out the day of timeline. There was never a point leading up to the day where I felt like I was in the dark - they made sure that I and my vendors all knew exactly what to expect at any point. I also appreciated that they were very quick to respond, even to a minor question I had - I was never left hanging. On the day of, Angela was a rockstar in making sure we were on schedule and making sure the vendors had everything they needed. Many people at the wedding kept asking who she was, stating that she was amazing at keeping everything organized. Not only was she incredibly organized, but she also demonstrated that she could quickly adapt to unexpected events or tasks. Whether it's dealing with an accidental food stain on our clothes or trying to set up decorative items last minute or herd missing people for portraits, she was able to quickly identify who she needed to work with or what she needed to do to successfully complete the task. My vendors also spoke very highly of Angela and how great it was to work with her.

All in all, I can't recommend The Day Of Company enough. Everything went perfectly, and I was happy to have had such a stress-free and fun wedding.

Beyond amazing!!

I cannot recommend using The Day Of Company more for your wedding. Audra was our day of coordinator and from the start of our time working together was beyond helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. She and her assistant Tyler could not have done a more amazing job. They did everything we asked of them (+ so much more) and made the day absolutely perfect. She anticipated our every needs and made sure everything went smoothly (and wonderfully), the exact way we wanted it to be. She made sure that all of our family members and friends knew where and when to arrive and that we did not have to worry about a thing. She worked hand in hand with the the venue and all other vendors to ensure that not a single thing was missed. Must hire!

Getting a day of is a must and if you go with the Day of Company, you're not getting them for just the day of but for several months leading up to the wedding day.

We had our wedding at Dumbo Loft so basically had to hire every kind of vendor, including lighting. Audra was so helpful and organized every step of the way. She was also incredibly flexible and highly communicative. She set up meetings when I was ready to sit down and go over everything. Every time I sent an email to update some random piece of information or to ask for help with an issue, she would respond rather quickly. I sent her so many emails and she never made me feel like I was bothering her. All that communication was worth it and paid off because on the day of the wedding, my day of coordinator, Laura, was so prepared- she knew everything. Because of Laura and Audra, everything went so smoothly and the wedding was a total success!

I was able to focus on my hair and makeup while Laura managed everything. She took charge and had such a relaxed demeanor the whole way, even when I was stressing about my outfit or other aspects of the wedding. She was also just so kind - it was like having another friend at the wedding. So grateful to her!! Can't say enough good things about her. She had the perfect energy for both of us. Most importantly, because of Laura, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding.

Picking the Day Of Company was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made. Audra and Jess were so helpful during the whole process and Jess helped us so gracefully through all the curveballs that inevitably come up. They were our sounding board and brainstorming partner. I truly feel like our wedding went so well because of their help. We really appreciate all their hard work and would highly recommend!

Amazing Experience

We recently had a small (40 person) wedding in a restaurant coordinated with the help of Audra and Laura. We can't find a single negative thing to say - Audra did an amazing job preparing us ahead of the event, covering every base, asking all the questions we wouldn't think to ask. During the event itself, Laura was there for every possible contingency. She helped with everything, even our ridiculous asks, all with a bright smile and positive attitude. They made the day so easy for us, and even better, they made us feel like we were having an effortless event.
Always responsive, always available, always with a positive attitude. Our only wish was we could recommend them to others in a stronger way than this review.

The best!!

BIGGEST help on my wedding day!!

You absolutely MUST use this company. I hired them for Day-Of coordination and it was the best idea ever!!! Audra is so sweet and fun to work with, she made me feel better going over the wedding day logistics. My coordinator was Alyssa who made me feel like a princess!!! She took care of all of the details for me.

I was overwhelmed with photos and she made sure no one bothered me and I had an espresso martini with my maid of honor until I felt ready again. She bustled my dress and helped with stains when I spilled and dealt with all of the vendors so I could just enjoy the day. She even sewed on a button for my brother!

I can NOT recommend this company enough!!!

You Could Not Pick a Better Team to Work With for Your Wedding Than the Day Of Company

From the moment my husband and I began planning our wedding, I knew that hiring a Day of Coordinator would be a must. Not needing someone to be involved in day 1 of planning, but knowing that I absolutely did not want to worry about the final details or coordinating with vendors and my wedding reception owner on the actual day of, finding someone who I could trust to handle it all was of utomost priority. And find someone I did in Audra Jones and the Day Of Company. Audra was friendly, prepared and accomodating from our first email to our last Zoom call. She completely understood when we needed to postpone our wedding because of COVID-19. She was available to help in finalizing every last detail and knew just how many calls we'd need to go over the timeline in the months and weeks leading up to the big day. And Shannon, who was our actual Day Of Coordinator, was incredible. There really aren't enough words to describe how amazing she was. I could feel the anxiety lift from my body the minute she arrived at our hotel as we got ready the morning of the wedding. She had the ability of seeming to be in 20 places at once, and never once did she let any stress reach me. We held our ceremony in a small park across the way from our wedding venue, and all within the span of a few hours, she made sure our tables were set up (we had handled our own decor for them), set up all signage at the venue and at the ceremony location, oversaw the set up of chairs and a tent at the ceremony, took care of the handing out of tips to all vendors, made sure the busses with our guests left the hotel on time, and, not to mention, got my husband to the park so that we didn't have to worry about his transportation for the first look. And she did it all with a fantastic warm attitude and a great sense of humor. By the end of the day, Shannon felt like an old friend. I'd gladly work with her and Audra again, and hope to have a reason to in the future!

You will be glad to go with the Day Of Company for any of your wedding or other event needs. Anyone who does get the chance to book the Day Of Coordinator is a lucky person.

Amazing experience with The Day Of

The Day Of was a huge part of making my wedding day as amazing as it was! Ellie was calm, attentive and so helpful exactly what we needed from a bridal attendant. She helped my and my husband get ready and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. I cant thank The Day Of enough for being an important part of our special day.

Wonderful Wedding Coordination with the Day Of Company
