Where do I even begin? Karyn is the BEST wedding planner, she is truly a professional and an absolute dream to work with. Our wedding really came to life due to all of Karyn’s vision, hard work and dedication. At first, my husband and I were very hesitant to hire a wedding planner thinking we could plan a 300+ guest wedding in under 6 months ourselves. After signing the contract with our venue, the Director of Sales contacted Karyn to personally contact me for planning services as the Director of Sales knew I was considering one. Karyn was not in the least aggressive or pushy for me to hire her. If anything, Karyn was informative and very knowledgeable with our venue as she plans and coordinates numerous weddings and events there. After over an hour with Karyn, we clicked with her right away! We were very comfortable with her discussing ideas, budget and timeline. We wanted to hire her immediately. From the very beginning, Karyn guided us in the right direction with menu, flowers, photographer, band, lighting, hair and makeup, decor you name it! She was the mastermind behind our AMAZING dual language wedding invitations that are frame worthy! There was never a time Karyn did not make herself available on the phone or email. There were many components to our wedding (traditional Chinese tea ceremony in the morning followed by a traditional American ceremony in the evening). Every hour was accounted for but Karyn planned everything accordingly and made our day perfect and stress free. She made sure the Bride & Groom came first where we could actually enjoy the day and have fun at our wedding. She listened to what our needs were and made it all work! It has been months after our wedding and our family and friends still can not stop talking about how absolutely beautiful and elegant the wedding was. We highly recommend Karyn Michael Events! Karyn, thank you so much and we are honored that you were our wedding planner. You are truly truly the best!!

Cher LaRocca and her assistant Lisa were fantastic from beginning to end! Took all the stress away from doing the entire process and planning myself. Towards the end as it got closer to my wedding, she was there to ease the tension. They arranged our centerpieces, flowers, kept in touch with everyone at the wedding to make sure everything was running smoothly and that's the just the beginning. They go above and beyond to make sure everything goes off without a hitch and even with the minor flaw we had at our reception, they fixed it immediately! Highly highly recommend Cher. If you are on Long Island and need a planner, this is the group to use!

We can’t recommend Darah and Bring on the Brides enough! There was a huge accident that caused an unexpected amount of traffic on our way from the church to our venue. By the time we arrived at Bourne Mansion, Darah had already contacted our vendors and got them to all agree to push back the reception an hour so we could have enough time to take pictures and enjoy the cocktail hour. When planning your wedding, you hope everything goes perfectly but this is exactly why we hired a day of coordinator! She literally saved the day! Darah also helped us with the design of our wedding and bring our vision to life! Thank you, Darah and BOB!
