We worked with her for partial planning, and she went above and beyond to help with everything from finding vendors to creating a wedding day timeline and of course coordinating every last detail day-of. Choosing Roma as our full-service wedding planner was, hands down, the single most important decision we made for our wedding—no exaggeration!! From the very start, we were blown away by her ability to stay calm in every situation, even when dealing with temperamental vendors. It honestly felt like there was no scenario she hadn’t encountered before, which gave us so much comfort anytime we hit a bump in the road.

Roma is beyond organized—somehow, she remembered every tiny detail of our conversations, even when she didn’t write them down. She knew exactly what questions to ask during site walkthroughs with vendors and was always five steps ahead in making sure nothing got overlooked. And despite juggling other weddings, she always made us feel like we were her top priority. She was incredibly quick to respond, so generous with her time, and never once made us feel like we were just another event on her calendar.

And let me tell you—our wedding was NOT a simple one. We had a full weekend lineup: sangeet, two ceremonies, lunch, reception, and an after-party. Our venue was spread out and required us to pretty much rent everything. We had over 20 different vendors coming in throughout the weekend, and without Roma, it would have been absolute chaos. Instead, she kept everything seamlessly aligned.

A perfect example? On the wedding day, things were running behind schedule. Roma, in true CEO-of-the-wedding form, calmly and professionally held the guests a little longer in a waiting area, just so we could get some planned photos at the event site without guests in the background. Crisis averted!

Beyond logistics, Roma also has an incredible eye for design and event flow. She helped us make smart décor decisions, but what we loved most was that she never pushed her own agenda. Some experienced planners will steer you toward their preferred vendors or insist on a specific event flow, but Roma was always open to discussing any ideas we brought to the table. She reached out to vendors we found, was happy to workshop decisions with us as much as we needed (and trust me, we overthought everything), and spent countless hours on the phone with us leading up to the big weekend to make sure every last detail was locked in.

But the best part of working with Roma? How much fun we had! We constantly referred to her as the CEO of our wedding weekend, and we genuinely looked forward to every planning session. Now that it’s all over, we honestly miss our frequent conversations with her! When you’re spending this much time with someone, you need to enjoy working with them, and Roma is an absolute joy.

We feel SO lucky that we found Roma online and that she was available for our weekend. If you ever get the chance to work with her in any capacity, do not pass it up. She’ll help you pull off the most seamless wedding imaginable—and you’ll gain an amazing friend in the process!

I hired Roma as the Day of Coordinator for my wedding on 8/17/24. Roma took over the details of planning three weeks prior to the wedding. She is personable, professional, and easy to work with. Roma created the timeline for our wedding that included the ceremony, the reception, the transportation, and also incorporated the timeline created by the photographer. She reviewed every contract and met with every vendor to ensure that we were all on the same page and had the same timelines. Roma also coordinated with the venue Maitre'd, the DJ/MC and bridal attendant. The flow of the ceremony and the reception went smoothly. Roma also has great ideas and suggestions regarding decor. She made sure the photographer took all the pictures we discussed on our photo list. Roma is very hands-on and made sure the groom and I had everything we needed to have a memorable night. If any issues did arise, I wasn't aware, because Roma was on top of everything. She answered all the questions, took care of distributing the tip envelopes, and coordinated with the venue to store any items left over until we were able to pick them up. I would recommend Roma as a wedding planner or Day of Coordinator.

What can I say? Weddings by Roma was an absolute dream to work with. I reached out to Roma for wedding coordination services as well as to help us with event design/decoration for a pre-wedding event. Roma helped us put together an extremely detailed and thoughtful timeline for each event. She set up check-in calls with each of our vendors to go through the run of show and communicated with them independently to make sure they met our venue's insurance requirements. She tracked down my caterer when he was being unresponsive to me and even spotted issues in our wedding contracts (our caterer had the wrong venue address for example...) and fixed them before they became a problem. She is so pleasant and communicative and just makes you feel like you are going to have the best day ever - which you will if you work with her! She also has great relationships with other vendors (she and our DJ had worked together on many weddings before) and they all speak highly of her.

I would have sang Roma's praises from the rooftops just with her help communicating with our vendors and creating our timeline. But then the day of my wedding, my makeup artist called me at 6am saying she had to cancel and would only be sending her assistant. Obviously with our timeline the assistant wouldn't have been able to complete all of the bridal party's looks unless they started hours early (not feasible). So Roma found a local replacement makeup artist THAT MORNING to do my mom and sister's makeup, with no change to our timeline! I cannot express how much peace of mind Roma's swift action gave us all to move forward with the day as planned. My husband and I are such big fans of hers that we are considering naming our firstborn child after her.

Roma is a gem! We can’t thank her enough for all she did to make our wedding day perfect. It was a magical day because of her! Roma was recommended by a dear friend and it was the best and easiest decision we could’ve made. From the beginning, Roma listened to our vision, gave creative recommendations and very helpful advice. She was exactly what we were looking for and our personalities vibed which was tremendous for us personally. Her calm demeanor and witty sense of humor made the planning process so easy and was the saving grace in stressful moments. With one look, she could easily tell what I was thinking and we both understood each other like lifelong friends. It was wonderful always having her by our side; she came to all of our vendor meetings and even traveled through a horrendous storm! Throughout the planning process she was always reachable even with her busy schedule. She is very knowledgeable and very detail oriented, it really helped keep everything organized and on track with our timeline. Her eye for décor, knowledge of florals and floor planning gave us the ambiance we desired for our wedding and reflected our style and vision. Her knowledge of florals still amazes me! We were blown away when we saw everything put together and come to life. On the wedding day, she was always within earshot and made sure everything went off without a hitch. From start to finish, Roma and her team handled every little detail, from setup, to breakdown and everything in between. We were able to enjoy our wedding and spend time with our loved ones. It was perfect, more than what we could have imagined! Roma is graceful, knowledgeable, and professional, we highly recommend her. We had the wedding of our dreams and I completely attribute it to Roma's calming presence, attention to detail, and organization. She was so open to hearing our vision for the wedding and was steadfast in honoring that vision.

From the first communication I felt like I could trust Roma completely. Planning a lesbian wedding we were nervous picking our vendors that they would truly support an LGBTQ wedding and Roma made my wife and I feel so supported and respected.
