  As a wedding photographer I work with videographers almost every weekend. Jon is by far the best one I've ever worked with. He covered the entire event with us from salon to reception. We made a plan at the start of the day and never once were we in each others way and were still both able to capture every detail of the day. I recommend him to all of my brides! His work is superb, he truly goes above and beyond.

  I could not recommend Jon enough for your wedding. His work is so amazing, and is such a friendly guy, and you wouldn't have even known he was there! We loved working with him for our July wedding. He delivered our digital film in a very timely manner, and then sent the rest of our DVDs in the most adorable/professional packaging a few months later. Book him! He is great!! THANK YOU JON!!!!!   Jon and his wife are an amazing team that work wonderfully together to produce amazing wedding videos. I knew from the moment that I got engaged I would want a wedding videographer but as the time got closer I worried about how much the video would affect our photos. No need to worry about that!!! Jon worked side by side with my photographer and allowed me to get an a amazing video alongside with amazing photos. He was also willing to listen to a few ides my husband had and they turned out being one of our favorite parts of the video. The quality of the video you get for the price cannot be beat. I would recommend Jon to anyone getting married in the Michigan area!

  First and foremost, it speaks loudly when people who attended your wedding ask for Jon's number and referral based on the service and product he provided. However, I will also add some additional comments. Jon and his wife were great to work with, super friendly, prompt and professional. Because of his work with his highlight video and how pleased we were we ended up ordering edited versions of our reception and ceremony. He suprised us by getting the video done earlier then originally expected! I am so happy we hired Jon, I wish we had another event coming up so we could hire him again.

  Photography and videography were two things I had no budget on for my wedding. I spent days researching videographers, without looking at prices, and there was no one that compared to Jon Carson. Once I allowed myself to look at cost I was excited to find that he was also one of the most affordable. Jon and his wife were so great to work with! He went above and beyond any expectations we had. He was by far my favorite vendor, so easy to work with, friendly, and flexible not to mention his work is unbelievable. He had all of our videos ready early and was always available to talk to or through email. I am honestly so grateful we found him. There were so many things I didnt remember about our crazy busy day and he captured all of it.

  Jon Carson is an amazing videographer. It’s just that simple. For all of those who are wondering even if they should hire a videographer, go for it! I promise you will not regret it if you have an opportunity for Jon and Becky to capture your day. Pictures from your wedding are wonderful, but the day will be a blur afterwards, and there is nothing like having a video to throw you right back into all of those wonderful moments.
  Jon did a perfect job of blending in with the background (a great thing if you don’t want a bright light in your face the whole day) and being able to capture all of the little details throughout the events. We didn’t interact with Jon and Becky a lot on the day of, but that meant we didn’t have to worry about what they were doing and could totally enjoy our day. They both were so laid-back and pleasant, even when faced with some tricky situations.
  Now onto the video. Between my husband, mother, matron of honor, and myself, I think we watched our video at least 20 times in the first few weeks. It is just that good, and I can’t tell you how many of our friends and family have raved about it, and how many friends of friends who didn’t even attend the wedding have teared up watching it. Our video is better than I could have ever imagined one to be, and it gives a beautiful and real glimpse into the day for so many of those who could not attend. Jon poured his heart and soul into making our video, it is quite evident, and we will be forever grateful. Thank you both.
  Jon’s 5-star reviews speak for themselves. But I’m adding another in case you’re not convinced yet that booking Jon and Becky will be one of the best investments you make in your wedding. You may have a beautiful wedding, but without an edited video to tell the story, you will soon forget all the feelings you had throughout the day that you’ll wish you could relive for years to come.

  I know what you're doing, ladies (and gentlemen!) you're reading these reviews to make sure he's the real deal. Let me tell you, I am so happy we went with Jon. We considered going with someone more expensive, but after we saw the work this guy does on weddings, we were sold.   My wife and I weren't sure that a Videographer would fit into our budget. After seeing some of Jon's work online, we couldn't imagine our wedding without it. Jon was amazingly accomodating and flexible with us. His "fly on the wall" approach to filming was admirable. We never felt like we had to be anyone but ourselves and most of the time really had to look for him in our surroundings. His wife was very sweet and his services were a highlight of our wedding memories. We'd highly recommend Jon Carson for your videography services.

However, honestly I can say this "I would have blown my budget, just to have Jon film my wedding". The highlight video he gave us has far exceeded my expectations!   Jon is amazing....... I found him through a couple search. I was looking for someone who can videotape our wedding on Friday and then have a 5-7 highlight film ready for Saturday by noon.   Oh my goodness, talk about an amazing videographer! Jon and his crew were so professional and came in and started working right away! They made me, as the bride, feel very comfortable and Jon talked to me like we were old friends.
  
  The quality of his footage was beyond expectation and so was the passion he put into his work. You can really tell he cares about what he does. He listened to everything we asked for and made the videos above and beyond what we expected. He adapted to our very out-of-the ordinary wedding style with ease! Truly a pleasure working with this man, I highly HIGHLY recommend him, you will be glad you went with Jon's company!!!

  After meeting with Becky and Jon the whole idea of putting a wedding together took off to another level. The guys there informed us of how important the role of the videographer really plays in not only planning but producing an awesome wedding. A professional is the most important piece to the whole wedding and reception.

  Jon and Becky did an exceptional job on our wedding video. It was everything we wanted and more. They are professional, reliable, creative and worth every penny.

  Another plus, Jon and his staff were invisible the entire time. We didn't even notice they were there, they fit right in. I would highly recommend them for any occasion!

  Timeless. We got married last year and still watch our wedding video. Our highlight film is the first thing we show people when they ask about our wedding. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE our photos, but I like being able to hear Ryan’s voice as it trembled when he said his vows to me.
  
  Jon and Becky showed up at the salon in the morning and seemed to fit right in with everyone. As for professionalism, I’d say it was very good. I mean we only spoke a few times before the wedding day and he was polite each time. I think he even called me “mam” at one point, which I don’t know how I feel about that – just sayin’
  
  We got our videos earlier than he originally told us, so that was a bonus. I really can’t think of one negative thing. Basically they came in, did their job(very well, I might add), and delivered as promised.

  When I was searching for videographers, I wasn't impressed with all the hype of the glitzy ball dj/videographer packages. They reminded me of action movies that were all special effects and no substance. Since I was planning to pull of a classically elegant wedding, I wanted a videographer that would capture the substance of the day in a timeless type of video (like all the classics). I was not disappointed. John and Becky brought an artistic touch to the final video all while capturing the memories of the day. They were a joy to work with and were highly professional.
