Mandie was the videographer at my wedding in April 2023. Being in the wedding industry myself, it was very important to me that we had a videographer at our wedding, but I had a certain style and vision in my head of what I wanted - which was proving hard to find. Mandie checked all of the boxes, and more. She is extremely easy to work with and helps your wedding day run so smoothly. She is so kind, so organized, and makes you feel like a friend. We got our video preview back a few days after our wedding, and it was SO fun to relive our wedding day while we were on our honeymoon. Once we got our final video back, it brought us right back to the moment and how we were feeling on the wedding day, the tears, the joy, the laughter. I keep telling my husband that we need to get married again, just so we can have Mandie document our day again. I promise, you won't regret hiring Mandie and her team!

We could not have dreamt of a better photographer for our wedding than Mandie. I instantly fell in love with her art when I found her on Instagram. My now husband and I met her for a beer when we were in northern MI about 9 months prior to our wedding and she was so laid back we felt as if we were catching up with an old friend. We had always planned on having an intimate wedding (even pre-COVID) and not only was Mandie up for shooting our small event, she was excited about it. Leading up to our wedding, Mandie kept in close contact with us to get an idea of what we wanted which resulted in her being super organized and able to capture all the photos we were hoping for in a timely and efficient manner. My husband and I both commented on the fact that even though we barely noticed Mandie was there during the ceremony, she somehow managed to capture our exact feelings in that moment perfectly. Mandie documented our wedding day with the most beautiful, timeless, and elegant pictures we could have ever imagined. We got sneak peaks of our photos within 24 hours of our wedding and we got our entire gallery back in about a week!! Talk about prompt. And for all Mandie did for us, she was able to do it at an incredibly affordable price. I would recommend Mandie to anyone and everyone. She is professional, a true artist, and an all-around good human.

Mandie is a true gem! She was incredibly flexible and accommodating when our large wedding was downsized AND rescheduled to our home on a different day due to COVID-19. She is incredibly professional and organized, but is also extremely warm and kind. I'm so glad she was able to capture our special day even if it did end up changing at the last minute! What I was looking for in a wedding photographer was someone that not only took beautiful pictures, but someone that could do both - photography and videography in one. After LOTS of research, I found Mandie’s website and it was like I found gold. After being brought to tears watching the highlight videos of other couples, I knew Mandie was the one I’d been looking for.

The Process: Mandie absolutely blew me away every step of the entire process. First, she takes time to get to know your story. She makes sure you are knowledgeable and prepared for your big day by sending a professional wedding guide that she created herself. This helped us understand all our options, which was so crucial in determining whether or not to have a first look. She literally thinks of EVERYTHING and is so knowledgeable. She was also so flexible in accommodating any changes we made due to the craziness of 2020.

The Day Of: Mandie is the person you want with you on your big day. From her many years of experience, she knows exactly what looks good and how to get those perfect shots. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. You can tell she truly loves what she does - being a witness to and capturing your love. She’s also the sweetest person ever.

The Proof: I knew our photos would turn out absolutely breathtaking, as Mandie had given us a sneak peak of our pics and video less than 2 days after the wedding. The pictures were exactly what I had wanted - they had that bright, airy, etherial feel that I’d so hoped for. But you guys, the highlight video, OMG!! If you are debating whether or not to do videography too, find something else to cut from your budget because this video will be the best thing from your wedding. Mandie has a true gift in capturing the most perfect moments from your wedding day and artistically composing them in a way that not only captures the day, but your entire love story (which she knows all about because she took the time to get to know you in the beginning). Our wedding video is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen and we will cherish it, and our amazing pictures, forever.
