  The best meal I’ve ever had!

  I can’t even begin to explain how absolutely amazing, not only our food was, but the entire experience working with A Moveable Feast. From the responsiveness to the tasting, to the quality, to the wait staff, everything Beyond exceeded anything I could have hoped for on our wedding day. The wait staff truly made us feel like royalty on our big day. Our guests kept repeating over and over and over again how delicious the meal was; something you rarely hear at weddings. Patrick and his entire team truly made our wedding day even more special and I can say with as much certainty as our vows, that I will ALWAYS recommend A Moveable Feast to anyone as a first choice caterer!

  Amazing experience working with Patrick and his wonderful staff!

  So happy and impressed with A Movable Feast by O'Connors! We just had our wedding catered by them and everything was amazing! Patrick and his entire staff went above and beyond and made us feel so special all day and night. We are so thankful that we chose O'Connors and reccomend them to everyone!!

  Great Wedding Caterer!

  We hired A Moveable Feast by O'Connor's for our wedding caterer. We chose a BBQ Buffet and our guests absolutely loved the food! People were telling us all night it was the best wedding food they'd had. The staff was also incredibly attentive during the reception. They helped my parents set up beforehand (even normal décor that wasn't food related), they made the bride and groom feel extra special by plating our food first before opening up the buffet and continuously refilling our drinks all night, and they accommodated every last minute request we had with a smile on their face. When we needed an extra table, they brought one out and set it up. When we realized we didn't have a knife and plates for the cake, they covered it. They even helped us bring presents and leftover food to our car afterward! Highly recommend them, but only if you are in favor of top-notch food and customer service!

  Patrick was absolutely wonderful to work with. Patrick was very quick to respond and help us with any questions that we had. We decided to have stations at our wedding and the food was delicious. I cannot express how much I loved the food. Even weeks after our wedding, guests are still complementing us on the menu and how delicious it was. Not only was the food amazing, but the staff was beyond perfect. The staff treated us like royalty. Many of my guests commented on how wonderful and friendly the staff were. We are so happy that we decided to use Patrick and cannot thank him or the staff enough for making our day perfect. If you choose a moveable feast to caterer your event, you will not be disappointed!

  I was the maid of honor at my sister's wedding this summer and I can't say enough good things about A Moveable Feast. The food was fantastic, but what really set them apart was their service. They were so attentive to all of the guests and were extremely responsive to all of the requests we made, even ones that were non-typical for a caterer. In addition, they were some of the friendliest people I've ever worked with. They really wanted to make the day special.

  We highly recommend A Moveable Feast! We had our wedding at MKJ Barn and this vendor was highly recommended to us by the owner of the barn. They were very flexible with us as we don't currently live around where we got married. The food was DELICIOUS and the staff was so professional and accommodating! We ended up doing a buffet for our wedding and the staff got everyone up in line in an orderly fashion and got everyone feed so quick! We also had a late night menu which was amazing, very good idea! In addition, we had food allergies that they were very accommodating with (gluten-free, vegetarian, and a nut allergies).
  
  We got so many compliments on the food at our wedding! Highly recommend!!

  On September 9, 2017 we had A Moveable Feast by O'Connors cater our son's wedding at the View in Old Forge NY. Not only was the food perfectly prepared and delicious, the staff was also extremely professional and attentive to us and our guests and every detail! The catering and service far surpassed our expectations and helped make the wedding a huge success.

  Patrick was wonderful to work with, and went out of his way to make sure his team arrived at our difficult to find Adirondack location on time! He accommodated all menu requests that we had, and the food was delicious and loved by all our guests. The staff he sent were professional and friendly, and always willing to answer questions and help when needed to do extra tasks. Highly recommended!

  Wow! Patrick and his team are simply the best around. From the incredible hors d'oeuvres, to stations, and snack everything was to die for. Everyone couldn't stop commenting on how fantastic the food was and we all ate way too much! His staff treated me like a queen, getting anything I wanted and making sure my glass never went empty. He was so attentive and professional, I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

  Our family has used Patrick O'Conners catering for a number of events and he never fails to amaze us. He gave us delicious samples it was so hard to choose. Everybody raved about our food long after the wedding and we would never go with anyone else. His staff is very friendly and put plenty of smiles on my guests faces. We will go back to him again and again.

  We used A Moveable Feast for our wedding and had the best experience from meeting with the owner (Patrick) all the way to the event. The service we received was outstanding and the employees are definitely held to high expectations which they definitely can deliver! My wife and I had an outdoor reception at my aunt and uncles house. Before A Moveable Feast got there it just looked like a plain white tent with 165 tables and chairs, however after they set up, it was by far one of the best set ups I had ever seen!!!
  
  The staff was polite, respectful and courteous and truly catered to the Bride and Grooms EVERY NEED!
  
  The food was OUTSTANDING! We decided to do a buffet style dinner and it was by far the best choice we ever made. We have been getting so many compliments on the food at our wedding it was unbelievable. The best thing was, it seemed like the food was cooked on site which meant no dry food that was cooked hours and hours before the event and then reheated right before dinner. The spread was amazing and honestly the best food I have ever had at a wedding to date.

  A Moveable Feast is absolutely incredible. We worked with Patrick who was extremely easy going, fun, honest, and willing to work with our budget. All of the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. We would hands down recommend this catering company to anyone for any event!

  I am so grateful to the entire crew at A Moveable Feast, they did a wonderful job at my daughter's wedding. Ordering was easy and they were very thorough in planning the entire event. Everyone raved about the food and the service was wonderful, friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

  We were very happy with A Moveable Feast. Choosing a venue, in the Hudson Valley, that required us to rent everything created a difficult task for us. All of the local catering companies didn't provide anything, meaning we would need to supply everything down to the salt and pepper shakers, butter dishes, sugar bowls, water pitcher, etc. It would had been a nearly impossible task, not to mention raising our budget immensely. Thankfully we contacted A Moveable Feast and were so happy to find out that they could provide everything, minus the tables and chairs. This was a huge weight off of our shoulders.
  
  My brother and sister-in-law used them for their wedding and were very pleased. I originally didn't contact them because I assumed the traveling fee would be ridiculous. Once I felt defeated by the local catering companies, I finally contacted A Movable Feast and was amazed to find out that they not only would travel the 2.5 hours, but also at a very reasonable extra fee. Do yourself a favor and don't waste the time with other caterers.
  
  They worked with me and accommodated nearly all of my wishes, including family style meal, cider and donut welcoming treats, and pie for desert! Melissa was so good at responding to all of my emails in a timely fashion and Patrick even came down to visit the site prior to the event to become familiar with it and hash out any discrepancies.
  
  The majority of our wedding took place outside. Unfortunately the day called for rain. With a lot of last minute decision making and coordinating everyone was able to pull it all together and make our wedding a dream come true. The rain actually added to the fall atmosphere and Pat and his team improvised better than I would had expected. On top of all of that, the food and service was great. They customized the menu exactly to our Fall and Italian taste! We highly recommend A Moveable Feast!

  I cannot write enough wonderful things about A Moveable Feast. Patrick and his team are incredible professionals who go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect on your wedding day. We had passed appetizers, open bar with wine/beer/signature cocktail (summer shandys!) and dessert/coffee served with A Moveable Feast. The appetizers were just delicious and it was very classy having them passed during cocktail hour. What my husband and I remember most from A Moveable Feast was how they made us feel on our wedding day. They went out of their way to always ensure we had anything we needed without even having to ask. I would, without hesitation, strongly recommend A Moveable Feast as a wedding caterer. Thank you guys so much!

We had passed appetizers, open bar with wine/beer/signature cocktail (summer shandys!) and dessert/coffee served with A Moveable Feast. The appetizers were just delicious and it was very classy having them passed during cocktail hour. What my husband and I remember most from A Moveable Feast was how they made us feel on our wedding day. They went out of their way to always ensure we had anything we needed without even having to ask. I would, without hesitation, strongly recommend A Moveable Feast as a wedding caterer. Thank you guys so much!

  An easy 5. Everything was amazing! Food, decor, and staff. Patrick O'Connor is great to work with. We had a large wedding in a barn and everyone commented on how delicious the food was. Extremely happy with everything he did for us!

  Patrick delivers! As promised the food at our wedding was so delicious. The presentation was incredible and the service was first class. We were nervous at first because of the distance from our venue to his facility but Patrick assured us it was no issue at all and he was absolutely right. We got so much more than we paid for. We couldn't have done it without him and his team. Thank you!!

  One of the most common compliments we received from our wedding was the food. Everyone said it was the best meal they ever had. Patrick, the owner, does a wonderful job with his staff. He was very accommodating - we had 5 course options (chicken, duck, beef, vegetarian and a kids' meal). He's great to work with and always has some good ideas on what can work. I highly recommend that you use the tasting he provides as a way to decide what food you will serve - we did ours almost a year before our wedding and had our menu set shortly afterwards.

We are self-described "foodies" and wanted our wedding menu to reflect both our commitment to local suppliers as well as interesting and delicious variations on traditional standard wedding fare. Patrick understood what we were looking for immediately and developed an amazing menu for us! He delivered elegant and upscale fare to our barn wedding!! He was able to create twists on some of our personal family traditions that were prepared beautifully! His small army of staff set up our tables, worked the bar and served the meal seamlessly. We had so many compliments on the food!! Would highly recommend for any event!
