The most delicious food I’ve ever had. This caterer came highly recommended from the community and they did not disappoint! We were able to enjoy the Black Stallion not once but twice as we also enjoyed rehearsal dinner there and both nights food, drinks and service was exceptional!! Thank you Sal!

The Black Stallion catered our wedding in June 2016 at The Hayloft on the Arch. I always dreamt of the perfect wedding day, as do all brides, and Sal and his staff definitely made my dream day come true! My husband and I did not have to worry about one thing as the staff did an exceptional job throughout the night. Starting with cocktail hour right down to dessert. Our guests were raving about the food and continued service throughout the night. Sal and his staff truly went above and beyond and I will never forget what an amazing reception we had!! The Black Stallion catered our wedding on October 1, 2016 at Wolf Oak Acres. We chose to do a family style dinner where we had chicken francaise, pork Wellington, lobster Mac n cheese, red roasted potatoes, and a mixed vegetable medley. The food was phenomenal!! Throughout the night, our guests kept coming up to us and raving about the food (especially that lobster Mac n cheese!) Sal and his staff provided excellent service, the food was hot and beautifully presented, and they came around to the tables multiple times to see if guests wanted more. They also provided the bar.
