They work hard to present a luxury atmosphere, which makes going there an experience. We were a little close to our date when we picked out our wedding rings but they assured us they would get them done in plenty of time. They look amazing and the service was great. What more could we have wanted?

Worthington Jewelers is by far the best Jeweler in Columbus! My fiancé and I have had nothing but the best experience while working with them. Their quality, pricing, and customer service will blow any competitor out of the water. Bob & Theresa truly make you feel like family! Don't go to a big brand jeweler where they don't have your best interest in mind. I promise you won't regret it!

I can’t say enough how awesome and welcoming Meyers Jewlers has been for my fiancé and I. No matter what time I walk in, even for a simple cleaning for my ring, I get a big welcome and a big smile to go with it from staff!

We had such a great experience at Farah Jewelers thanks to Ryan! He went above and beyond to help my husband design a ring that I would love and he took care of so many other details along the way. Anytime something stressful came up (such as getting a custom ring size or selecting a stone) he was always kind, professional, and friendly to us. We learned so much from him and value his honesty. We will continue to come back to Farah to check in with Ryan. We are happy to give our business to a place that knows the value of good customer service and empowers their employees to go above and beyond. We would follow him wherever he goes! We would not go anywhere else for fine jewelry again. Cornwell's is a family owned store and everyone there is so friendly and recognized us as soon as we walked in the door. They were willing to order in samples of rings so we could decide. I ended up asking them to make some modifications to the ring and the jeweler created a specially designed wedding ring to fit around my engagement ring (which we also bought there!). They were so excited for us and provided excellent and professional service every step of the way.

I am thrilled with my engagement ring and wedding band, both from Stafford's Diamonds. John Stafford was a dream to work with. My husband told him what he was looking for and John completely delivered. The customer experience was delightful, the selection of settings and stones is the best I have seen. I will always come back to Stafford's for all my jewelry!

I should have made my fiance write this review, but I'll do it anyway. He looked all over Cincinnati to find the right jeweler in order to purchase my engagement ring. He chose Rogers Jewelers because of how professional and helpful they were to him, educating him about diamonds, and really taking the time to get to know him and hear about me in order to help him find the perfect ring. After gave me my ring he took me to the store so that I could meet the salesperson who helped her and I gave her a huge hug. Unfortunately when my ring was sized I found a chip on the corner of my diamond. But we took it in and it was handled immediately, sensitively, and professionally. They ordered diamonds comparable to the one I had for me to choose from and let me to continue to wear my ring until I had the new one to take home. Since she knew my size, they ordered the diamonds and already had the rings available in my size so that when I picked it, I could just take it home with me. My new ring is slightly bigger and more clear than my previous one as an upgrade for my inconvenience. It's gorgeous. We also purchased our wedding bands there which was also a wonderful experience. They were wonderful to deal with and I would and have recommended them to others.
