Impeccable Service

My husband found my ring at the Ashcroft & Oak in Mentor Ohio. He was so impressed with their service we wont go anywhere else for jewelry.

The associate my fiancé and I worked with to choose our wedding bands was great. She was very pleasant, and allowed us to look at several rings. The process was quick and enjoyable, and the rings we purchased are beautiful!

The first ring we saw was the one we fell in love with! We were still not sure, so we left.
A week and hundreds of rings and diamonds later, we were at a different Ashcroft & Oak location when we called to see if the ring was still there, and it was.
We went back the next day and bought the ring. We worked with the manager and she was exceptional!!
