Long review incoming because I care so much about this establishment! If I could give Valentino's more than 5 stars, I would. My experience with Valentino's was perfect in every way. Shopping for my wedding dress was not easy for me - I went to 8 shops including this one. While shopping, I felt like I was seeing a lot of the same dresses, and that nothing was really hitting the mark of what I was looking for. Valentino's blew everywhere else out of the water in terms of unique offerings and customer service. The owner, Tatiana, is often also acting as the consultant, the tailor, the expert...some might be nervous about this and wonder how she does it. I still wonder how she can juggle it all and still come up with incredible results every time. Don't let it deter you from shopping here. She opened up early to accommodate our shopping needs; she gave us great pricing when buying the veil with the dress; she is truly so kind and caring. I am plus size as well (I was shopping around a 26-28 in bridal sizing) and I always felt comfortable and beautiful in her store. To her, the bride's comfort and confidence is paramount. My dress was supposed to come from Ukraine and I ordered it right before the conflict there began. I called and asked if I should buy a different dress - she assured me it would come. And it did! When everything did come in, she made me custom sleeves from scratch using matching fabric and lace that she ordered along with the dress. The dress size was spot on from her measurements and I required no real alterations on the dress because she picked the size perfectly. She also did a custom bustle for me that showcased the lace on my train more prominently, and we added a lot of lace on the bottom of the dress as well so she was very smart about what lace she used in which places. On the day of my final fitting, another bride was trying on her dress and told us that Tatiana had taken this dress that she had purchased off the rack from a size 14 to a zero. Just incredible work that she is doing and she is busting her butt doing it. The cherry on top...she did my mom's dress alterations too because we loved her and her work so much. I want to give her her flowers because she deserves the world! I will always recommend her to any bride or any person who needs alterations done whether their garment is from her shop or not. Just keep in mind that she is doing a lot of work with very little help and trust and patience are key. She WILL make sure your garment is ready on time and in flawless condition, no matter what!

I wanted to wear my grandmother and then mothers wedding dress (which was originally from the 1950s) but I needed to make some major adjustments. It was hard to find a store that specialized in vintage dresses and then I found Miranda's. Miranda and her team are truly the sweetest! Very responsive and helped address all my questions. Very professional and caring. They truly made every time I went to them so special. They helped me to make my dream dress a reality. She is absolutely the go to person for all things vintage wedding. I made the trip cross country multiple times and they were super accommodating to work with my restricted schedule. Pricing was also very reasonable I thought. I cried when I picked up my dress because I was going to miss her and her team so much. Thank you so much! Quality customer service like theirs is truly as rare as the vintage dresses they bring to new life.

KR Bridal and Tailoring did an absolutely perfect job with the alterations for my dress! I actually found my dress before my appointment at their bridal salon, though they had some truly gorgeous gowns online and in the store, but I had heard wonderful things about their tailoring and knew I wanted them to manage my alterations. I could not have been more happy about that decision. Kim knew exactly what needed to be done for my dress right away, it was such an efficient initial appointment, and I got my dress back at the perfect time before my wedding. It fit perfectly and was exactly how I wanted it to look. The bustle was also beautiful, simple, and functional! The whole thing looked spectacular and made me look and feel exactly how I wanted to on my wedding day. I am so happy with how my dress turned out and cannot thank the KR team enough for their wonderful work and their kindness!

I could not have had a better experience working with Laura at A Bride's Design! I was getting very discouraged trying to find a black-and-white wedding gown I liked, so I reached out to Laura to see if she could make a custom gown for me. She was SO KIND and SO PATIENT when I told her my ideas. Laura created the most amazing design that was EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL than what I envisioned! Not only that, the custom gown only took about four months for her to make, and when it was ready, it fit me like a glove and was of the HIGHEST quality. I fell absolutely IN LOVE with it (and so did the groom when he saw it), and I got nothing but the highest praise for it from my wedding guests. Not only that, the price was SO REASONABLE for a completely custom gown that I couldn't believe it. I can't thank and recommend Laura enough for lending her immense talent to make me look so beautiful on my big day!

Worked with Beth, had an amazing time, I gave her a description over text what I was looking for and she found the perfect dress for me! We altered it a little by adding an extra sparkle later and the cap sleeves and the hem for my 5’4” self. I could trust them with my dress and knew it would be taken good care of!

I absolutely LOVED my shoes from Marguerite! They were just what I was looking for, comfortable enough to dance in all night and SO cute/fun! She matched the vibe of my dress and the colors of my wedding perfectly. 10/10 recommend!

This was the second Bridal shop I visited. However the experience here blew the first shop out of the water. I can say I probably tired on at least 10-12 dresses before I settled on 2 possibilities. The girls at the shop gave no hint of being frustrated with my indecisiveness. They let me go home and then a few months later come back with my mom who lived out of state. On my second visit I tried on my 2 dresses for my mom and made my decision. My dress was amazing and I got compliments on it all day. The alterations process went amazing and even though I had a fitted dress, they made sure I was comfortable and could move during my day. It was an amazing experience at the shop and all the ladies there were great to work with!!

Cybele is an amazing seamstress! She pays close attention to every detail. My dress had a crazy bustle and she worked so hard to make it as perfect as can be! It was originally too long at the bottom and didn’t fit my shoulders very well. I can’t thank her enough for making the dress absolutely perfect for the day of my wedding!
