This boutique is the perfect place for brides to find their perfect dress and feel so comfortable while doing it! As a plus sized bride I was terrified I wouldn't find a dress but when I went to The Flawless Bride not only did I find my perfect dress but I never once felt like I was plus sized while doing it! I was able to feel like every other bride just trying on beautiful dresses, never once did I feel self conscious or like I didn't have enough options! After I purchased my dress they when allowed me to borrow their sample dress to take to my grandmother over an hour away who was going into hospice so she could see me in the dress before she passed...and for that my family and I will be forever grateful! Anyone wanting to not only look like royalty but feel like it too should definitely check out The Flawless Bride!

I don't know where to start with this review.... If you are a plus size bride, this should be the first stop on your journey of trying to find your dress. The staff here is an absolute joy to work with. They are true there to help you feel comfortable in these dresses. They really want you to find the dress of your dreams. This was my only stop in trying to find my dress, I picked 5 dresses, tried them all on, and the last one i tried actually ended up being the one. I am happy that I started and ended my search here. My dress came in the time frame to be expected, and where super easy in the whole process. I am just sad that I don't have a reason to go back to this store. Thank you to Ellen and Kasey! Ellen was absolutely amazing to work with. Her attention to detail and amazing customer service put me at ease. I am a plus size bride and I was able to put on every dress in the shop with no issues. It was a dream come true.

Katie the consultant was such a pleasure to work with. She made trying in dresses stress free and has a great eye for style and shape.

She enjoys her work; I felt important to her and throughout th e entire process she remained cheerful and helpful.

The store itself has great selection and is so cute. I felt like a real bride for the first time.

I went and tried on dresses here. However I didn’t buy my dress there I had a great experience. Kasey was super nice and helpful.

I was so excited to go here and be able to try on dresses. The shop itself is nice and I appreciate that you essentially have the shop to yourself. I didn’t mind paying the $25 appt fee because I get it. However, I was overall disappointed with my visit. The selection was fine but not great for the silhouette I was looking for (mermaid). And the consultant was nice but unhelpful. She didn’t help straighten the dress, adjust the train etc when showing to my family. She literally stood on the wall and said nothing. I was super bothered by it at the time, though my family was. But now that I’ve gone to more stores, it was a subpar experience. She also refused to take my measurements in the event I decided to go with one of dresses I liked there, which would’ve taken ten minutes max. Normally wouldn’t be a big deal, except I had made it clear that my wedding was in Ohio, but I do not live in Ohio. I didn’t want to have to travel back just to me measured. Nice place to try plus size dresses, but I wouldn’t buy from them.
