I probably tried on over 100 dresses and was super anxious walking in this shop because I was over dress shopping. By the time it was Tatiana's second pull, I found 'the one'. I kept thinking I'd never have that feeling of finding 'the one', but this dress was perfect! The dresses in that shop are gorgeous and a high quality. Nothing like what I had been trying on before. Tatiana is a great tailor as well, she made my dress fit perfectly. I lost a bunch of weight and went from a size 12- size 4 and it looked like it was made just for me. I've already recommended this bridal shop to everyone I know and if I ever need a evening gown, I know where I'm going.

Long review incoming because I care so much about this establishment! If I could give Valentino's more than 5 stars, I would. My experience with Valentino's was perfect in every way. Shopping for my wedding dress was not easy for me - I went to 8 shops including this one. While shopping, I felt like I was seeing a lot of the same dresses, and that nothing was really hitting the mark of what I was looking for. Valentino's blew everywhere else out of the water in terms of unique offerings and customer service. The owner, Tatiana, is often also acting as the consultant, the tailor, the expert...some might be nervous about this and wonder how she does it. I still wonder how she can juggle it all and still come up with incredible results every time. Don't let it deter you from shopping here. She opened up early to accommodate our shopping needs; she gave us great pricing when buying the veil with the dress; she is truly so kind and caring. I am plus size as well (I was shopping around a 26-28 in bridal sizing) and I always felt comfortable and beautiful in her store. To her, the bride's comfort and confidence is paramount. My dress was supposed to come from Ukraine and I ordered it right before the conflict there began. I called and asked if I should buy a different dress - she assured me it would come. And it did! When everything did come in, she made me custom sleeves from scratch using matching fabric and lace that she ordered along with the dress. The dress size was spot on from her measurements and I required no real alterations on the dress because she picked the size perfectly. She also did a custom bustle for me that showcased the lace on my train more prominently, and we added a lot of lace on the bottom of the dress as well so she was very smart about what lace she used in which places. On the day of my final fitting, another bride was trying on her dress and told us that Tatiana had taken this dress that she had purchased off the rack from a size 14 to a zero. Just incredible work that she is doing and she is busting her butt doing it. The cherry on top...she did my mom's dress alterations too because we loved her and her work so much. I want to give her her flowers because she deserves the world! I will always recommend her to any bride or any person who needs alterations done whether their garment is from her shop or not. Just keep in mind that she is doing a lot of work with very little help and trust and patience are key. She WILL make sure your garment is ready on time and in flawless condition, no matter what!

I will recommend Valentino’s to every bride looking for a unique dress and a personalized experience. Tatyana is simply incredible. I knew I wanted a mermaid-type silhouette with “a little bit of everything” - beading, lace, sparkle. Only Valentino’s had the dress that delivered all of these things without me having to compromise my vision. Tatyana was patient, helpful, and provided her honest feedback. She made me and my mom feel welcomed. I never felt pressured to buy or make a decision. She also did an amazing job adding custom beaded lace straps to my dress - doing this and a few other alterations to my dress in a just a few weeks. I had my dress in hand, ready to wear the week before my wedding. Tatyana truly cares about making sure her brides look perfect on their wedding day. Knowing my dress was with someone who cared as much about it as I did was a weight off my shoulders. Go see Tatyana at Valentino’s; you won’t be disappointed!

I would highly recommend this vendor! Tatyana (shop owner and seamstress) is absolutely wonderful. Despite a stressful work schedule and a lot of clients, she always helped me to feel that I was her top priority. She helped me to find the perfect dress in minutes based on what I told her I liked, and knew exactly what style of dress would look best on me. She has amazing communication skills and response times over both phone and email, and is an extremely trustworthy person.

Tatyana also went above and beyond by scheduling an emergency dress alteration appointment with me only 1 week before my wedding day. Her alterations are gorgeous. I would 100% recommend this dress shop to anyone who is looking for a positive wedding dress shopping experience!
