I probably tried on over 100 dresses and was super anxious walking in this shop because I was over dress shopping. By the time it was Tatiana's second pull, I found 'the one'. I kept thinking I'd never have that feeling of finding 'the one', but this dress was perfect! The dresses in that shop are gorgeous and a high quality. Nothing like what I had been trying on before. Tatiana is a great tailor as well, she made my dress fit perfectly. I lost a bunch of weight and went from a size 12- size 4 and it looked like it was made just for me. I've already recommended this bridal shop to everyone I know and if I ever need a evening gown, I know where I'm going. -

Long review incoming because I care so much about this establishment! If I could give Valentino's more than 5 stars, I would. My experience with Valentino's was perfect in every way. Shopping for my wedding dress was not easy for me - I went to 8 shops including this one. While shopping, I felt like I was seeing a lot of the same dresses, and that nothing was really hitting the mark of what I was looking for. Valentino's blew everywhere else out of the water in terms of unique offerings and customer service. The owner, Tatiana, is often also acting as the consultant, the tailor, the expert...some might be nervous about this and wonder how she does it. I still wonder how she can juggle it all and still come up with incredible results every time. Don't let it deter you from shopping here. She opened up early to accommodate our shopping needs; she gave us great pricing when buying the veil with the dress; she is truly so kind and caring. I am plus size as well (I was shopping around a 26-28 in bridal sizing) and I always felt comfortable and beautiful in her store. To her, the bride's comfort and confidence is paramount. My dress was supposed to come from Ukraine and I ordered it right before the conflict there began. I called and asked if I should buy a different dress - she assured me it would come. And it did! When everything did come in, she made me custom sleeves from scratch using matching fabric and lace that she ordered along with the dress. The dress size was spot on from her measurements and I required no real alterations on the dress because she picked the size perfectly. She also did a custom bustle for me that showcased the lace on my train more prominently, and we added a lot of lace on the bottom of the dress as well so she was very smart about what lace she used in which places. On the day of my final fitting, another bride was trying on her dress and told us that Tatiana had taken this dress that she had purchased off the rack from a size 14 to a zero. Just incredible work that she is doing and she is busting her butt doing it. The cherry on top...she did my mom's dress alterations too because we loved her and her work so much. I want to give her her flowers because she deserves the world! I will always recommend her to any bride or any person who needs alterations done whether their garment is from her shop or not. Just keep in mind that she is doing a lot of work with very little help and trust and patience are key. She WILL make sure your garment is ready on time and in flawless condition, no matter what! -

I will recommend Valentino’s to every bride looking for a unique dress and a personalized experience. Tatyana is simply incredible. I knew I wanted a mermaid-type silhouette with “a little bit of everything” - beading, lace, sparkle. Only Valentino’s had the dress that delivered all of these things without me having to compromise my vision. Tatyana was patient, helpful, and provided her honest feedback. She made me and my mom feel welcomed. I never felt pressured to buy or make a decision. She also did an amazing job adding custom beaded lace straps to my dress - doing this and a few other alterations to my dress in a just a few weeks. I had my dress in hand, ready to wear the week before my wedding. Tatyana truly cares about making sure her brides look perfect on their wedding day. Knowing my dress was with someone who cared as much about it as I did was a weight off my shoulders. Go see Tatyana at Valentino’s; you won’t be disappointed! -

I would highly recommend this vendor! Tatyana (shop owner and seamstress) is absolutely wonderful. Despite a stressful work schedule and a lot of clients, she always helped me to feel that I was her top priority. She helped me to find the perfect dress in minutes based on what I told her I liked, and knew exactly what style of dress would look best on me. She has amazing communication skills and response times over both phone and email, and is an extremely trustworthy person.
Tatyana also went above and beyond by scheduling an emergency dress alteration appointment with me only 1 week before my wedding day. Her alterations are gorgeous. I would 100% recommend this dress shop to anyone who is looking for a positive wedding dress shopping experience! -

Can’t recommend enough
I had such and amazing experience from trying on dresses to alterations. I drove an hour to get there. I found my perfect dress with the help of Tatyana. She was with me the whole process. She made me feel so excited and special each time I came in. She did an incredible job with my alterations. She really listened to everything I wanted. Tatyana has the best selection of dresses you won’t find anywhere else. Go see her! -

Tatyana will make your dreams come true or die trying! She worked tirelessly with me to ensure my dress exceeded my and her own expectations. I had a dress style in mind, and when she didn’t have it in store, she worked with me to create something similar, and it exceeded my expectations 1000x over. Made my dream dress come to life!
Tatyana was so determined to help me find my dream dress after I had already bought a dress I wasn’t happy about. You get wonderful one-on -one help with her and you are not just another dress to her. She is thoughtful and kind and extremely knowledgeable in her business. She has an eye for what you want and can alter dresses to make a dress exactly what you want. You won’t see duplicate dresses here either since she holds European designers! You can also purchase great shape wear and jewelry here too! I am so grateful to have found Valentino’s! -

The best out of the best!
This is THE place to go for wedding dresses & getting literally anything you need alterations for. Tatiana was absolutely amazing. I have referred 7 people to her already - all (myself including) are so pleased with her & with her work...this woman has hands made out of gold, she's SO talented. I will never go anywhere else for anything. If I could give her 100 stars, I would. Don't even bother looking at other places - look no further as you found one of the best places in the country. -

I came across Valentino’s and it was the best thing that could have ever happened! Tatyana was my fairy godmother!!! I had tried on so many dresses and they just weren’t the one. I kind of accepted that I wouldn’t find a dress I loved and would just have to pick one. Tatyana listened to me for hours!! She made a plan to turn my dream into a reality and over the course of 2 years (thanks to Covid) she made my custom dress of my dreams a reality! I don’t even have words to describe how thankful I am for her! She was patient, hard working, so kind, and just the perfect person to work with. I got so many complements on my dress and it was everything I envisioned, thanks to Tatyana! -

Tatyana and her staff are incredible. At all the other places I shopped, I felt like I was being pressured to "Buy now! Buy now or this dress will disappear!" And I was so over it. By the time I got to Valentino's I was dejected and tired of shopping. Tatyana has a no-nonsense attitude but always delivered her thoughts with warmth and caring. She very quickly helped me figure out what I was looking for, then found it for me among her stock. Her dresses are unique and wonderful. Bonus--a couple of weeks later I called in a panic and she took the time to chat with me further. (I'm an indecisive person by nature and I was worried I'd said yes to the wrong dress. I hadn't!) My dress was beautiful and made me feel lovely on the day.

The Best Experience!
Tatyana made wedding dress shopping such an amazing experience. I asked her feedback as I tried on dresses and she walked me through pros and cons of each dress, rather than trying to sell me the most expensive dress, as was my experience in other bridal shops. Once I found one I loved, I hesitated and kept coming back to try additional dresses. She encouraged me to go with my gut and I’m so happy she did. My dress was amazing and was so me- right from the start. She was with us every step of the way, even as we had to postpone our 2020 wedding due to COVID. She really felt like family by the end of my dress buying/ alterations experience. Tatyana is good people, and the dresses she has in her shop are gorgeous, unique and just beautiful. She puts a lot of time, effort and thought into her shop and her collection and it shows. Can’t recommend her and Valentino’s enough. 🤍 -

Wonderful Service!
My mom and I went to Valentino's to look for a wedding dress for myself, and we were not disappointed! I explained what I was hoping the dress would incorporate, and what I didn't like, and Tatyana found it on the first try! It was perfect! She helped guide us through what veil and what jewelry would compliment the dress. She tailored the dress beautifully, and I felt like a princess on my wedding day! Would highly recommend Valentino's for finding a wedding dress! -

Tata ya a made dress buying as easy as it could be. My mother has I weren’t exactly on the same page with what I wanted but Tatyana worked with us to help me pick agorgojes dressed and was able to customize it to be perfect. Absolutely Incredible!
Incredible, incredible, incredible! I went to Valentino's with a wedding dress that I bought elsewhere and was fitted too small. With only a month before the wedding date, she managed to add in lace material, additions for comfort, alter the dress to fit correctly, and make it fit like a glove. She alleviated all of the worry about it not being completed in time and was genuine to work with. We even FaceTimed my mom, who lives in another state, to walk through the buttons on the back of the dress before the special day. I found exactly the dress I wanted at Valentino’s - it was the one and only location I shopped! Tatyana was absolutely wonderful through the entire process - helping pick my dress, the alterations and the special custom design work of adding lace sleeves to my dress! She carried unique designers, which is how I found her shop originally. I was able to find a private label design and have it tailored and perfect in just a few months -- during COVID! She worked with me every step of the way to make sure the dress was ready in time, and I felt like I was in good hands from day one! I had buyer regret after buying two different dresses. After telling Valentina how sad I was and wanted another dress she was able to take the two I already purchased and made it into one amazing beautiful dress! I have only amazing things to say about Tatiana. She helped me totally customize a dress that ended up being exactly what I was looking for. She was very honest throughout the whole customization process and did not try to "oversell" me on an unrealistic vision which I felt was the case at some bridal stores. I gave her my budget and with alterations and a custom made veil, she stayed exactly within it. She is extremely flexible and made herself available whenever I was visiting Cleveland from Chicago (where I live). I would recommend Valentino's to any bride looking for a wonderful experience!! -

Tatyana has a truly special and unique bridal shop. She took care of us from start to finish.
