Working with Mandy Hamlin of 212 Planning was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Mandy truly does it all!! Mandy created a complete, down-to-the-minute timeline for our entire wedding weekend, all centered around our preferences and vision. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she never misses a beat! She assisted with phone calls and meetings with all our vendors, and she kept everyone seamlessly connected and updated behind the scenes. She respectfully advocated for me and my preferences when I was hesitant to speak up. She was always sending updates, timeline revisions, or "To Do Lists" & reminders to help my husband and I stay on track with wedding planing! She went above and beyond our expectations including helping my mother-in-law with coordinating our cookie table — from gathering cookies from family members to setting up the entire dessert display. Throughout the entire process, Mandy was reliable, punctual, professional, respectful, and kind. Our wedding day was genuinely one of the best days of our lives, and Mandy is a huge reason why. She brought our vision to life and we could not have done it without her!! When things came up, Mandy adapted and handled everything so my husband and I could enjoy our big day stress-free! She made sure my husband and I always had everything we needed before we even realized we needed it - including refills of our signature cocktail throughout the night! I cannot recommend Mandy and 212 Planning enough. She is exceptional at what she does, and we are endlessly grateful for the role she played in making our day so perfect.

My husband hired Sterling after he saw the amount of work planning a wedding was and what we had done on our own wasn't cutting it. They were incredible at coming in and taking the reigns to bring it all together. I was shocked at how much we missed. When you think you have it all together, think again! Such a great attitude, thoughtful, and communicates every step of the way. I felt like I knew what was going on when she stepped in and where we were in our budget, etc. Couldn't have done it without them!

Working with Kirkbrides was the best decision we could have made when beginning our wedding planning journey. As soon as we got engaged, my mother-in-law said, “We need to call Vicki.” And I truly cannot imagine what our experience would have been like had we not had Vicki Hlousek as our planner. Vicki was our champion, confidante, friend and guide throughout the entire process, and she worked diligently to create an absolutely beautiful wedding weekend that was perfect for us. Not only beautiful in the design and details, but also in the sense that we were able to be present and soak in all of the sentimental moments of our wedding, knowing that Vicki and the Kirkbrides team were on the ball. The prospect of planning a wedding is intimating, but Vicki had an incredibly organized approach, walking us through each step and ensuring we were always on schedule. From logistics and coordinating with vendors to recommending stunning design ideas, Vicki always had a way of fighting for our vision and offering wonderful suggestions whenever we needed to switch gears. The wedding planning process was enjoyable and less stressful simply because we had Vicki by our side. And when we actually got to our wedding day - WOW! Seeing our reception venue come to life was such a special moment of the day. It was everything we pictured and so much more. This woman makes dreams happen! Vicki and the entire Kirkbrides team were thorough, thoughtful, incredibly professional and adaptable to any and all minor mishaps that a wedding day brings! From running back to our ceremony venue to pick up bedazzled shoes that were left behind for the reception, to fixing a button on the groom’s jacket minutes before the ceremony. My husband and I and both of our families felt so taken care of by Vicki and the entire team. We are still getting raving reviews from our guests about how heartfelt and fairytale-esque our wedding was, and that is such a testament to all of the hard work behind the scenes of the Kirkbrides team! We genuinely miss our daily calls with Vicki, but we are so excited for future couples to get to work with her and experience the magic of Kirkbrides.

I found Sonya through The Knot and wow what a lucky find! I opted for her month-of coordination service. Sonya was extremely organized, professional and easy/enjoyable to work with. I know the day would have felt a lot less seamless without her help. Worth every penny!

We had a wonderful experience working with Jason to plan our wedding. He worked hard to make sure that it was everything that we wanted it to be. He had lots of good ideas and more importantly, he supported our ideas so that we had a unique event that was truly ours. He was respectful of our budget and our decisions. Jason supported us through the big decisions, such as choosing a venue and hiring a DJ, down to the smallest detail. He took care of so many of the day-of logistics so we could focus on enjoying the day with each other and with our friends and family who were there to celebrate with us. Planning a wedding or big event can feel overwhelming, but Jason's experience and expertise made it feel so much more manageable. It was a special day that we'll never forget.

Lorin was wonderful as our day of coordinator! She was constantly communicating with me and helped ease my nerves way before the day of our wedding! She is super helpful with ALL THINGS weddings! She provided me with timelines, vendor recommendations, and more. I don’t know if our day would have happened without her! It was perfect!! We cannot thank Lorin enough for all of her hard work, attentiveness, and flexibility! If you’re in need of a wedding planner look not further that Events by Lu!!!!

Nicole Lewis was absolutely amazing throughout our entire wedding process. We hired Nicole to be our day of coordinator only, but she was more than willing to provide advice throughout the entire planning process. She made sure to check in with us when it got closer to our wedding date to ensure that we had everything prepared and that she was up to speed on the plans. Nicole ran out rehearsal the day before our wedding and took control right away to make sure everyone knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing. On the wedding day she arrived to our venue early and set up all our decorations along with organizing the wedding party flawlessly. We had zero hiccups the entire day and Nicole was a major part in that. We would highly recommend Nicole to anyone who wants a fantastic stress free wedding day!

Sydney was an absolute pleasure to work with as she always seemed to have answers to every question we had and even the ones we didn’t. We were extremely stressed about making everything perfect and as soon as Sydney hopped on board if felt like a huge weight was taken off our back. With all that being said I can’t recommend thank Sydney or Everlasting Bond enough for making our wedding day and the time leading up to it more perfect!
