From the moment we met Mandy, we knew we were in great hands. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely excited to help us create the wedding of our dreams. Our theme was 1920s Hollywood glam, and Mandy embraced it with enthusiasm and creativity.

She went above and beyond, finding bellhops and cigarette girls to greet our guests, which added the perfect vintage touch. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and her organization and attention to detail made the entire planning process feel effortless.

I was trying to avoid hiring a day-of-coordinator because I thought I couldn’t afford it. My only regret is that I didn’t hire Mandy sooner as a full on planner because she was INCREDIBLE. The price I paid for everything she did-I would have paid double, honestly. I was like 4 weeks out and getting overwhelmed with all the loose ends that needed tied, she responded to my inquiry very quickly, and I was at ease after our first phone call. By the time I got everything over to her we had like 3 weeks left, and she pulled EVERYTHING together in less than 3 weeks. She even sent me stuff to help me change my name. She was available anytime I had a question via text or phone call. Day of- she showed up even before the venue coordinator and went right to work. The venue I got married in scheduled a dance competition in their other ballroom and dancers were camping ALL OVER my wedding venue the day of my wedding. She handled it so well, there was not one dancer visible in my venue from start to finish. I was about to pay hundreds for a seating chart to be made-she saved the day with this too, and a million other things. Every candle was perfectly in place, napkins beautifully folded, chairs perfectly positioned, I could go on and on. The point is, hire this woman. I was a bride who was EXHAUSTED working full time, trying to stay in shape, plan a big wedding, and manage family/social life. Hire this company, I promise you will be so happy you did!

Working with Mandy Hamlin of 212 Planning was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Mandy truly does it all!! Mandy created a complete, down-to-the-minute timeline for our entire wedding weekend, all centered around our preferences and vision. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she never misses a beat! She assisted with phone calls and meetings with all our vendors, and she kept everyone seamlessly connected and updated behind the scenes. She respectfully advocated for me and my preferences when I was hesitant to speak up. She was always sending updates, timeline revisions, or "To Do Lists" & reminders to help my husband and I stay on track with wedding planing! She went above and beyond our expectations including helping my mother-in-law with coordinating our cookie table — from gathering cookies from family members to setting up the entire dessert display. Throughout the entire process, Mandy was reliable, punctual, professional, respectful, and kind.

Our wedding day was genuinely one of the best days of our lives, and Mandy is a huge reason why. She brought our vision to life and we could not have done it without her!! When things came up, Mandy adapted and handled everything so my husband and I could enjoy our big day stress-free! She made sure my husband and I always had everything we needed before we even realized we needed it - including refills of our signature cocktail throughout the night!

I cannot recommend Mandy and 212 Planning enough. She is exceptional at what she does, and we are endlessly grateful for the role she played in making our day so perfect.

Mandy did an AMAZING job. She was attentive, professional, and supportive through our wedding planning process. There is so much that goes into wedding planning, more than I realized, and Mandy had a way of anticipating needs and taking care of things before issues had a chance to even arise. She is very proactive. The actual wedding day went perfectly. Things were smooth and organized and where they needed to be and I am so grateful for Mandy in those moments. My kids and nanny were present for the day and as a mom I felt totally at ease and felt like a lot of my needs were anticipated and I was able to enjoy the day while also knowing that our nanny and my kids had everything they needed and were able to make a smooth exit without meltdowns. She was also quick to make real time changes on the day to execute our flexible rain plan. We said we were going to do everything inside because of the rain but at the last minute I asked if cocktail hour could be moved outside because it has warmed up. She worked FAST to make this happen.
