From the moment we met Mandy, we knew we were in great hands. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely excited to help us create the wedding of our dreams. Our theme was 1920s Hollywood glam, and Mandy embraced it with enthusiasm and creativity.
She went above and beyond, finding bellhops and cigarette girls to greet our guests, which added the perfect vintage touch. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and her organization and attention to detail made the entire planning process feel effortless.
Mandy truly listens to what you want and offers insightful feedback to make sure your event reflects your unique vision. She took the stress off our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy every moment. We could have not asked for a better experience! -

If you would like to plan a wedding or any other event that will exceed every expectation you have ever had then you absolutely must hire Mandy Hamlin of 212º Event Planning!!
We were beyond grateful to have had Mandy Hamlin as our wedding planner — and even more grateful to call her a friend! Mandy is truly exceptional at what she does. From the moment planning began months in advance, she was on top of every detail, always checking in to make sure my daughter (the bride) and I had everything we needed.
She is incredibly efficient, calm under pressure, imaginative, and has a serious eye for beauty and design. Her work ethic is unmatched. She picked up the flowers herself, helped create stunning bouquets and floral arrangements, and brought a collection of candles, glass holders, and bud vases that made the tables look absolutely magical.
When little things went wrong, and they will, like a missing button on a groomsman’s jacket or boutonniere pins nowhere to be found — Mandy didn’t miss a beat. Sewing kit? She had it. Extra pins? Of course. She literally thinks of everything, so all we had to do was enjoy the day.
Thanks to Mandy, our wedding was not just organized — it was joyful, elegant, and truly unforgettable. It would not have happened without her. If you're considering hiring Mandy, do it. She’s a dream to work with and will make your event better than you can ever imagine!

Mandy did an AMAZING job. She was attentive, professional, and supportive through our wedding planning process. There is so much that goes into wedding planning, more than I realized, and Mandy had a way of anticipating needs and taking care of things before issues had a chance to even arise. She is very proactive. The actual wedding day went perfectly. Things were smooth and organized and where they needed to be and I am so grateful for Mandy in those moments. My kids and nanny were present for the day and as a mom I felt totally at ease and felt like a lot of my needs were anticipated and I was able to enjoy the day while also knowing that our nanny and my kids had everything they needed and were able to make a smooth exit without meltdowns. She was also quick to make real time changes on the day to execute our flexible rain plan. We said we were going to do everything inside because of the rain but at the last minute I asked if cocktail hour could be moved outside because it has warmed up. She worked FAST to make this happen. Thank you Mandy!! -

From my very first call with Mandy, I knew I was in the best hands. She provided an experience like no other—thorough, kind, and incredibly helpful. From day one, Mandy went above and beyond, and I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without her. Hiring her was hands-down the best decision I made throughout the entire wedding planning process.
Our wedding had more behind-the-scenes issues than I can even begin to explain, especially in the final two weeks leading up to the big day. But Mandy worked tirelessly—overtime, truly—to ensure that none of those issues ever reached our guests. She handled everything with such grace and professionalism, and somehow made what could have been a stressful disaster feel seamless and joyful.
Throughout the entire process, Mandy made me feel like I was her only bride. She responded to every email, text, and call within minutes, and always made me feel supported and heard.

Mandy was absolutely phenomenal as our wedding coordinator, and I cannot recommend her enough! From the very beginning of our wedding planning process, she made everything so easy and stress-free for me as a bride. Her incredible attention to detail ensured that nothing—absolutely nothing—was missed, and her ability to handle everything (and then some) allowed me to enjoy the planning process without feeling overwhelmed.
One of the most amazing aspects of working with Mandy was her quick and thorough communication. Any time I had a question or concern, she responded almost immediately with a solution or reassurance. When we encountered an issue with our photography company, I shared my concerns with Mandy, and without me even asking, she handled the situation flawlessly. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes with all of our vendors, which meant I could focus on enjoying the experience rather than managing logistics.
Our wedding party and parents, who worked closely with Mandy throughout the planning and on the big day, couldn’t stop singing her praises. They all loved her! Her calming and loving personality made everyone feel comfortable and confident, and she truly brought our dream wedding to life. I cannot recommend Mandy highly enough as a Day-of Coordinator! I was searching for someone to help with my daughter’s December 2024 wedding, and after reaching out to three wedding planners, Mandy stood out immediately with her prompt and friendly response. From our first conversation, she established a great rapport and put me at ease.
Since my daughter lives out of town, I was especially grateful for Mandy’s constant support and communication leading up to the big day. She was professional, timely, and handled every situation with grace and confidence. Her project management skills were nothing short of ninja-like!
Our venue was relatively new, having hosted only a handful of weddings, but Mandy’s expertise and connections made all the difference. She already had a strong relationship with the caterer and quickly built rapport with all our other vendors. Her ability to coordinate everything seamlessly was remarkable, and on the wedding day, everything went off without a hitch.
Mandy exceeded all our expectations, and we are so incredibly grateful for her dedication, poise, and attention to detail. If you’re considering a Day-of Coordinator, do yourself a favor and hire Mandy—you won’t regret it! -

Living in Los Angeles and getting married in Ohio made it even more clear to me that we needed some help with coordinating things for our wedding. Elaine from Spice Catering gave me some suggestions for coordinators and Mandy was one of them. I reached out to Mandy and after an initial email she and I decided to jump on a call to go over what we needed for our backyard wedding. I wanted to be sure that on the day of my dad had the help he needed and that I also didn’t have to worry about anything extra. I also wasn’t exactly sure how much help I was going to need. After that call, I knew she was the one to help me get the job done. Mandy was excellent. She kept us on a timeline throughout the whole process, she was quick to edit any documents we shared after our calls and she was always available to answer our questions and get back to us in a timely manner. Not only was our wedding beyond what I could have expected, but so was Mandy’s personal attention, service and kindness. Our guests also said how lovely she was- attentive, on top of things, and more importantly was someone there doing a job but with ease. She helped our day go off without a hiccup and in Ohio on a June Sunday a lot of hiccups could happen. I couldn’t recommend her enough. You will not be disappointed. -

We used 212 Event Planning for our wedding in Nov. 2024 and it was an absolutely incredible experience! Mandy's ability to connect with us as clients, along with her organization and project management, were the main reasons we enjoyed our big day stress free. She went above and beyond countless times and many of our vendors mentioned that she was one of the best wedding planners they've ever worked with! Outside of generally knowing anything and everything about wedding planning, Mandy was always available and was there with us every single step of the way for our almost 2 year engagement. By the end of our journey, we felt like she was family.
If you're on the fence (like my husband was admittedly at 1st) on a wedding planner the answer is YES and the vendor is 212 event planning! We would give Mandy 10 stars if we could and wanted to thank her (and team again) for being a key part of the most special day of our lives! -

I cannot recommend Mandy enough. I was a type A bride all day and I interviewed several wedding coordinators. She was the only one who prioritized me and even started the conversation with a congratulations. She made sure to ask what my needs were and put my now husband and I first, with every interaction. Mandy sent us little texts when it was my bachelorette party day, bridal shower day, and wedding morning. It was the little things she did that kept reminding me that I made the best choice, hiring her.
She literally made our day amazing and we could have not done this without her. She was extremely professional and again, always put us and our needs first. Not only is she amazing at what she does but you can feel her compassion and kindness. We wanted to hire someone who didn't make us feel like another payment and really cared about us and our special day. That is Mandy. So, do yourself and favor and just hire her, I promise you you won't regret it for a second! -

Best wedding planner
Mandy is the best wedding planner we could’ve asked for. At every step of the process, she went above and beyond our expectations and made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We both had extremely busy periods of our lives throughout our planning process, and the only reason we were able to pull off the wedding is because of Mandy. She kept us on schedule, she diligently tracked and organized every milestone / payment, and she portioned out the wedding planning process to make it less daunting. She also helped us track our budget and worked with us to find vendors that fit our plan. Mandy was professional and kind throughout the process - she was punctual to every meeting, she was a joy to work with, and choosing her was the best decision we made in the entire wedding process.
On a personal level, my wife and I considered her a friend throughout the process, and we enjoyed all of our wedding planning events and calls. We will miss working with her regularly. We will be recommending her to all our friends, and hope all soon-to-be-weds have a Mandy to lean on throughout their wedding planning process. -

Mandy from 212 Events was absolutely amazing! I think she must actually be super human. She kept my fiancée and I calm, on track, and laughing throughout planning. She offered advice, options, and solutions with ease. I was shocked by how quickly she responded to questions, no matter how small. She would get back to me within hours, and more often, within minutes!
On our wedding day, she seamlessly guided us through our dream ceremony and reception! She dealt with our families with compassion, solved issues without blinking an eye, and checked on us constantly to make sure we had food, water, etc.
To say we couldn’t have had a wedding without Mandy would be an understatement! -

In the simplest of words, Mandy is simply amazing! There is no other way to describe our wedding experience other than perfect and it is all thanks to her. Mandy took the vision that I had and ran with it, far exceeding my expectations! Our wedding venue was picture perfect, Mandy's attention to detail was absolutely impeccable, truly capturing everything we were looking for both big and small. She was a great communicator, always willing to respond to a text or phone call; always willing to offer her advice/opinion and most important, was a constant calming spirit in moments of stress and panic. Not only is Mandy a true professional but an amazing soul as well; from day one you can tell that she doesn't just care about your wedding but about you as a couple, making the entire planning process so comfortable. On our wedding day I was completely stress free thanks to Mandy and her team, which is exactly the feeling that all brides deserve after the countless months of planning. She did a fantastic job communicating with our other vendors, not only the day of, but throughout the entire planning process. Mandy was so great to work with and was always following through with the small details and concerns. We hired Mandy for our wedding in June 2023 and I know the day would have been a disaster without her to ensure our venue was set up perfectly and that all of our vendors knew when and where to be. She went above and beyond during the event as well, always making sure my groom and I had what we needed (a fresh cold drink or boxed up dessert togo)! You cannot go wrong hiring Mandy to help with your wedding day! -

My experience with Mandy was absolute perfection! Originally, I thought I could handle planning my wedding without any help, but my mom actually hired her to help me out (since my mom knew I would be asking her to make all the calls to the vendors). I didn't even know all of what went into wedding planning, but let me tell you...it was more than I could have ever thought of!! Mandy was so thorough with everything and very easy to communicate with!! She made me feel like I was the only wedding she was planning (which is absolutely not the case, but I felt like I always had her undivided attention). I had multiple vendors at the wedding come up to me and say she was the easiest coordinator that they had worked with! My venue looked even better than I could have imagined, and I didn't have the stress that I know a lot of brides have on their wedding day!! I will continue to recommend Mandy to absolutely everyone...not just for weddings, but for all party planning! She is the sole reason I didn't have a mental breakdown about the wedding:)
