Working with Kirkbrides was the best decision we could have made when beginning our wedding planning journey. As soon as we got engaged, my mother-in-law said, “We need to call Vicki.” And I truly cannot imagine what our experience would have been like had we not had Vicki Hlousek as our planner. Vicki was our champion, confidante, friend and guide throughout the entire process, and she worked diligently to create an absolutely beautiful wedding weekend that was perfect for us. Not only beautiful in the design and details, but also in the sense that we were able to be present and soak in all of the sentimental moments of our wedding, knowing that Vicki and the Kirkbrides team were on the ball. The prospect of planning a wedding is intimating, but Vicki had an incredibly organized approach, walking us through each step and ensuring we were always on schedule. From logistics and coordinating with vendors to recommending stunning design ideas, Vicki always had a way of fighting for our vision and offering wonderful suggestions whenever we needed to switch gears. The wedding planning process was enjoyable and less stressful simply because we had Vicki by our side. And when we actually got to our wedding day - WOW! Seeing our reception venue come to life was such a special moment of the day. It was everything we pictured and so much more. This woman makes dreams happen! Vicki and the entire Kirkbrides team were thorough, thoughtful, incredibly professional and adaptable to any and all minor mishaps that a wedding day brings! From running back to our ceremony venue to pick up bedazzled shoes that were left behind for the reception, to fixing a button on the groom’s jacket minutes before the ceremony. My husband and I and both of our families felt so taken care of by Vicki and the entire team. We are still getting raving reviews from our guests about how heartfelt and fairytale-esque our wedding was, and that is such a testament to all of the hard work behind the scenes of the Kirkbrides team! We genuinely miss our daily calls with Vicki, but we are so excited for future couples to get to work with her and experience the magic of Kirkbrides.

My husband hired Sterling after he saw the amount of work planning a wedding was and what we had done on our own wasn't cutting it. They were incredible at coming in and taking the reigns to bring it all together. I was shocked at how much we missed. When you think you have it all together, think again! Such a great attitude, thoughtful, and communicates every step of the way. I felt like I knew what was going on when she stepped in and where we were in our budget, etc. Couldn't have done it without them!

Covesa is very professional, warm and friendly. She was able to bring my vision to life, just like we wanted it. She never over complicated a situation, and in the event that I may have become overwhelmed, she put me at ease.

We heard of Antonia through a friend who used her services 10 years ago after struggling to find an officiant who could work within our budget. Antonia was so kind and passionate about our wedding plans from the first meeting. She listened to our ideas and stories before making suggestions regarding the ceremony and all of her comments were thoughtful and added to the feeling of having a truly unique ceremony. Working with Laurian was amazing! She is very professional and kept me and hubby in check about getting vendor's booked 6 months prior to our wedding day. She went above and beyond and provided us with options and pricing for areas/vendors we were unsure about. She met with us constantly and was always available for us - even after the wedding was over. She was very laid back and was easy to get a long with. I would work with her again for any event! I would definetly suggest refine gatherings to cater your next event!!! The name says it all, they can transform the most bland and boring venues into masterpieces, they have a special talent in choosing textures and colors to make your event feel truly unique!!

I had my bridal shower at Ohio City Penthouse and I could not be happier! Julio and Ursula were attentive to guests and never let a glass go empty. I had guests coming up to me throughout the shower saying how beautiful the venue is and how wonderful the staff is. The food and desserts were amazing, and the decor was beautiful! They took my small idea for decor and made it look more beautiful than I could imagine. They were very accommodating, professional, and observant to what was needed. I am so happy we went with them and I cannot recommend them enough!

Booking Damara for month and day of coordination was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She’s a great communicator, really kind, and very professional as well. If there was an issue the day of the wedding, we heard nothing of it. She helped to take care of any last minute details, made sure we had some time to ourselves, and kept everyone on a schedule. We didn’t feel like she was following us around, but somehow she was always there when we needed something! She was very helpful leading up to the day as well, we had a few video calls and she was very responsive to emails/texts. Damara was invaluable to us and we appreciate all she did to give us the wedding day of our dreams!

We would definitely recommend Gina and her team for anyone planning a wedding in Cleveland, especially if you are from out of town! My (now) husband and I live in Miami, Florida and absolutely relied in Gina's recommendations throughout the whole process. With our jobs and COVID, we weren't able to come to Cleveland as much as we might have otherwise, but we trusted Gina's expertise, taste, and style, and that made the whole process go super smoothly. One of the highlights of our wedding planning journey was the design plan that Gina put together for us. We weren't sure what to expect or if we had given her enough material to work off of, but even her first draft plan was incredible and absolutely spot on. She included ideas and special touches we never considered that were immediately added to our plans, and we think made the wedding day extra memorable for all of our guests. Gina's team also made the design plan come to life even more beautifully than we could have imagined. We may be biased, but we think it was the most gorgeous wedding we have ever seen. Gina always had a short list of vendors for us to consider. We would give her a sense of budget, the style we were looking for, etc., and she would come back to us with a list of 2-4 options (after having already confirmed their availability for our date) and her frank feedback on each. We can't stress enough how much we appreciated her honest perspectives and recommendations every step of the way. The week of the wedding Gina and I were in constant communication, which was enormously helpful and reassuring. We did not have to worry about the timeline or logistics at ALL the week of the wedding, and every single vendor was where they needed to be when they needed to be there (at least as far as we know lol). Everything came together flawlessly and we could not have been happier. Even with some family/wedding parties members being a little bit unfocused, Gina ran an organized rehearsal and got everyone in perfect form for the wedding the following day (and made sure I walked out at the exact right second in the song I chose). If you are looking for a full service wedding planner and designer with great Cleveland resources/ties, Gina is definitely the way to go!

Stop Looking! This wedding planner here is the one. I want to start off by saying that I was trying to plan my wedding for about 18 months and I was having a really hard time. I finally decided to hire a wedding planner and I'm so glad I chose Lisa. I booked Lisa 9 months before my wedding. Immediately Lisa started to get me organized, she asked me question to to help me get a vision of what I was looking for. She answered quickly to my emails, anything question I had or if I needed help making a decision, she was there. She helped me build a budget. She helped me plan my wedding decor.She was in contact with my vendors, she kept detailed noted of everything. She set up meetings with me. She even came with me to recycled wedding event. Lisa is beyond amazing. Lisa also coordinated my wedding rehearsal. She put together the notes for my wedding rehearsal and kept in contact with my officiant. She did everything you can imagine. I feel like if you don't want to be a stress out bride and you want to enjoy the planning process then You need to book Lisa. I can't tell you how calm I was. She handled everything. My ceremony and reception were taking place in the same location. After my ceremony was over Lisa and her team decorated the venue while my guest went into a different room for cocktail hour. She also took care of all my ceremony decor. My centerpieces, cake table, candy table, Welcome table, cards and gift table and guest table were all set up so beautiful. My wedding was truly everything I wanted it to be! Thank you so much Lisa!
