We recently hired Lisha and her team for day of services for our wedding and I was completely blown away! I have no idea what I would have done without them! They set up everything and cleaned it all up/packed it up at the end of the night! They even went above and beyond by making sure my husband and I had drinks all night, helping my caterer who was short staffed with dinner, and even helped my handicap guests get around and into the bathroom! If you do one thing for yourself, hire Lisha and her team!!! Made my day 100% stress free and I actually got to ENJOY my day!

Lisha and her team was the absolute best investment I could have made for my wedding. I selected Lisha for day of coordination and from the very first conversation she made me feel confident and I knew I could trust Lisha with everything I planned. She was there to answer questions when needed while leading up to the big day. She took pictures throughout the day and some shots the photographer didn't even get. I had issues with said photographer just days before the wedding and she stepped in and handled every detail so I didn't have to stress about it. When it come to the day of it was like Lisha was in my head and seen how I pictured every detail and it was perfect! Lisha and her team were able to pivot with last minute changes and did it all with a smile. I would highly recommend Lisha and her team for any occasion.

Use Lisha with The Elite Event Co. She is amazing!! She made our wedding day a dream come true!! The whole day was stress free and we could really enjoy every moment!! Everything from picking up our breakfast, transporting bridal parties belongings from place to place, decorating and putting final touches day of on venue decor all the way to the clean up was handled flawlessly! We were able to leave our venue with our guest at the end of our perfect day and not worry about a thing!

I had serious anxiety having to plan a wedding cross country. Hiring Lisha and her team was the best decision I could have made. The process leading up to the wedding was straightforward and easy to follow. They give you a complete checklist (which my very Type A self was ecstatic about!) and keep you on track with the planning process. The couple months leading up to the wedding, Elite took care of EVERYTHING. I have to admit, I was a little bit weary because I am a total control freak and was slightly freaking out that I had little involvement with my vendors and such. But Lisha kept in constant contact with me and eased that worry. It was great to have her team working with me so I could worry about the little things like what I wanted to get for lunch day of. Fast forward to wedding day. They were literal rockstars. I worried about legitimately NOTHING on my wedding day. Lisha took care of the vendors and any mishaps that came up, while Kristy took care of the bridal party (I swear that girl could read my mind and knew what I needed before I could tell her what I needed). I honestly don't know if anything went wrong on our wedding day, because I truly did not have to deal with any issues that came up. I just got to enjoy the day with my bridesmaids and my husband. They took TONS of candid pictures day of - which my husband and I both actually took zero – so I am extremely thankful for that because now we get to see some great pictures well before we can get them from our photographer. They helped make sure my dress stayed clean from the grass before the ceremony, and even helped “toss” my veil to get a good picture for my photographer. TEEC truly brought my wedding vision to life. My only regret is not hiring them sooner in the process (I had already booked my venue, caterer, photographer and decorator before I found TEEC). I would 100000% hire them again without any reservation.

Lisha Navarro of The Elite Event Co by SLMG coordinated my wedding. I could not have asked for a more organized production, or a more seamless planning process. Lisha and her team went above and beyond since day 1!!! We had destination wedding in Cleveland and she and her whole team made our day so special and magical all while making it run like a well oiled machine!! Lisha and her team was worth every penny, let me tell you! She is very detailed oriented with everything she does. Lisha was also awesome at orchestrating our wedding rehearsal as well! She is definitely someone you need in your list of vendors, plus she gives AMAZING recommendations for other vendors as well! You definitely NEED her for your big day!!

I cannot even begin to express how amazing Lisha is. She is worth every penny. She made sure every detail was handled. I had a Beauty and the Beast themed wedding and she took the time to fold all of the napkins for 150 guests into roses. She also handles stress and changes in plan incredibly well. I had a big backdrop that ended up having the wrong date on it. My mom and I were panicked, but she was so calm and helped up figure out a perfect solution! She covered the date up with roses and no one even noticed that wasn't how the backdrop originally came. She always worked out a schedule with us that helped our day run perfectly smoothly. At the rehearsal dinner, there was a part of the ceremony I didnt like and she immediately cut it out. She had mine and my fiances best interest in mind the entire time. She also coordinated with the other vendors. I would hire her over and over again. We couldn't have done it without her :)

I highly recommend Lisha/The Elite Event Company! I hired her for my daughters wedding yesterday that entailed a lot of instructions for set up in a short amount of time on top of coordinating everything the entire night. She exceeded all expectations! She was there for me when I needed to vent, she resolved all my issues, reassured me and left me with peace of mind which is truly priceless when you are frazzled and stressed beyond belief! She helped things run smoothly by working with the caterer, event location staff, DJ to keep things moving when timing needed to be adjusted, she helped the photographer by positioning the wedding party, made sure my daughter (who adored her) had water during the whole photo shoot. Lisha saw and brought a piece of equipment that the photographer unknowing left behind at the last photo site to the next location saving the time crunch we were already on for photos. She creatively fixed a decorating issue that came up that wasn't predicted and made it beautifully better than it was even planned to be! She knew what everyone needed at all times and handled everything quickly, efficiently and remainded cheerful, genuinely enthusiastic, professional, warm & friendly. It was like working with a close friend. Everyone involved with the wedding really liked her and appreciated her help as well. She checked in with my daughter and her husband and me throughout the night to make sure we didn't need anything. She helped notify guests in another room about things they may not have heard. She and her assistant helped me load up the cars with tons of stuff I brought in for the wedding. I was able to enjoy my daughters wedding because she took care of everything! I woke up this morning a little sad because there were photos I forgot to take and my videographer cancelled. Lisha sent me amazing photos and mini videos she took throughout the night which actually made me cry tears of joy!! I would give her 110 stars if I could! I will forever be grateful for all she did for us on the most important day of my daughters life. You don't get a do over for once in a lifetime events like this and because of her and her assistant we only have beautiful memories of her wedding and reception and were able to relax and enjoy her wedding because we knew Lisha had it all under control!

Lisha has ALWAYS been a very sweet person since day 1. Her personality is overall amazing. When I was proposed to I knew off hand I could count on her to make my dream wedding magical. She was so helpful with meeting every bit of the required needs of a "typical bride". Throughout my planning Lisha was very helpful and understanding making sure things was done by the best of her and what I wanted. Her staff also went beyond to ensure that not only me and my husband needs was met but also my whole entire bridal party. Lisha and her team truly CARED and that was noticed by my guest. Lisha & her team are incredible to work with! We utilized TEEC as the day-of coordinator for our wedding. Lisha offered consistent and excellent communication, and always made herself available when we needed to discuss vendors, bounce ideas around, etc. Hiring TEEC allowed us and our families to be truly worry-free on our big day and allowed us to enjoy the moment rather than being bogged down by vendor communication & coordination throughout the wedding day. I would not hesitate to recommend The Elite Event Co to any of our friends or family for any future events! TEEC was a little bit more expensive than other day-of coordinators we explored, but her professionalism was more than worth the additional cost. We did not even receive a response to our initial inquiry from most of the lower-cost coordinators that we contacted. Lisha and TEEC are 10/10!
