Lisha Navarro of The Elite Event Co by SLMG coordinated my wedding. I could not have asked for a more organized production, or a more seamless planning process. She covered all direction and went above and beyond for everyone involved. We highly recommend her services and will definitely be working with her for future events. Trustworthiness and dedication is priceless!!

I had serious anxiety having to plan a wedding cross country. Hiring Lisha and her team was the best decision I could have made. The process leading up to the wedding was straightforward and easy to follow. They give you a complete checklist (which my very Type A self was ecstatic about!) and keep you on track with the planning process. The couple months leading up to the wedding, Elite took care of EVERYTHING. I have to admit, I was a little bit weary because I am a total control freak and was slightly freaking out that I had little involvement with my vendors and such. But Lisha kept in constant contact with me and eased that worry. It was great to have her team working with me so I could worry about the little things like what I wanted to get for lunch day of. Fast forward to wedding day. They were literal rockstars. I worried about legitimately NOTHING on my wedding day. Lisha took care of the vendors and any mishaps that came up, while Kristy took care of the bridal party (I swear that girl could read my mind and knew what I needed before I could tell her what I needed). I honestly don't know if anything went wrong on our wedding day, because I truly did not have to deal with any issues that came up. I just got to enjoy the day with my bridesmaids and my husband. They took TONS of candid pictures day of - which my husband and I both actually took zero – so I am extremely thankful for that because now we get to see some great pictures well before we can get them from our photographer. They helped make sure my dress stayed clean from the grass before the ceremony, and even helped “toss” my veil to get a good picture for my photographer. TEEC truly brought my wedding vision to life. My only regret is not hiring them sooner in the process (I had already booked my venue, caterer, photographer and decorator before I found TEEC). I would 100000% hire them again without any reservation. -

The best wedding coordinator!!!
I cannot even begin to express how amazing Lisha is. She is worth every penny. She made sure every detail was handled. I had a Beauty and the Beast themed wedding and she took the time to fold all of the napkins for 150 guests into roses. She also handles stress and changes in plan incredibly well. I had a big backdrop that ended up having the wrong date on it. My mom and I were panicked, but she was so calm and helped up figure out a perfect solution! She covered the date up with roses and no one even noticed that wasn't how the backdrop originally came. She always worked out a schedule with us that helped our day run perfectly smoothly. At the rehearsal dinner, there was a part of the ceremony I didnt like and she immediately cut it out. She had mine and my fiances best interest in mind the entire time. She also coordinated with the other vendors. I would hire her over and over again. We couldn't have done it without her :) -

I highly recommend Lisha/The Elite Event Company! I hired her for my daughters wedding yesterday that entailed a lot of instructions for set up in a short amount of time on top of coordinating everything the entire night. She exceeded all expectations! She was there for me when I needed to vent, she resolved all my issues, reassured me and left me with peace of mind which is truly priceless when you are frazzled and stressed beyond belief! She helped things run smoothly by working with the caterer, event location staff, DJ to keep things moving when timing needed to be adjusted, she helped the photographer by positioning the wedding party, made sure my daughter (who adored her) had water during the whole photo shoot. Lisha saw and brought a piece of equipment that the photographer unknowing left behind at the last photo site to the next location saving the time crunch we were already on for photos. She creatively fixed a decorating issue that came up that wasn't predicted and made it beautifully better than it was even planned to be! She knew what everyone needed at all times and handled everything quickly, efficiently and remainded cheerful, genuinely enthusiastic, professional, warm & friendly. It was like working with a close friend. Everyone involved with the wedding really liked her and appreciated her help as well. She checked in with my daughter and her husband and me throughout the night to make sure we didn't need anything. She helped notify guests in another room about things they may not have heard. She and her assistant helped me load up the cars with tons of stuff I brought in for the wedding. I was able to enjoy my daughters wedding because she took care of everything! I woke up this morning a little sad because there were photos I forgot to take and my videographer cancelled. Lisha sent me amazing photos and mini videos she took throughout the night which actually made me cry tears of joy!! I would give her 110 stars if I could! I will forever be grateful for all she did for us on the most important day of my daughters life. You don't get a do over for once in a lifetime events like this and because of her and her assistant we only have beautiful memories of her wedding and reception and were able to relax and enjoy her wedding because we knew Lisha had it all under control! -

Lisha & her team are incredible to work with! We utilized TEEC as the day-of coordinator for our wedding. Lisha offered consistent and excellent communication, and always made herself available when we needed to discuss vendors, bounce ideas around, etc. Hiring TEEC allowed us and our families to be truly worry-free on our big day and allowed us to enjoy the moment rather than being bogged down by vendor communication & coordination throughout the wedding day. I would not hesitate to recommend The Elite Event Co to any of our friends or family for any future events! TEEC was a little bit more expensive than other day-of coordinators we explored, but her professionalism was more than worth the additional cost. We did not even receive a response to our initial inquiry from most of the lower-cost coordinators that we contacted. Lisha and TEEC are 10/10! -

Above and beyond!! Lisha and her team brought my wedding visions to life! I was extremely anxious during the entire process, and having to reschedule due to COVID meant Lisha had to deal with me for nearly 2 years as I went through roller coaster after roller coaster of emotions and changes. I know I drove her crazy, and I am not the easiest person to deal with but she was extremely professional and patient with me through the entire planning process. As the wedding day approached, I was extremely nervous with everything that could go wrong, but by the end of the night, even if things did go wrong, I have no idea. Lisha and her team took care of every single thing, and my wedding was everything I dreamed it to be. -

Amazing! Lisha & her team went above & beyond my expectations! Throughout the whole process she made herself available for me to vent to, get ideas from & most of all keep me on track. She kept the craziness organized & asked questions about things I never even thought about that ended up making my wedding day that much more memorable. Her professionalism & attention to detail made my day run smoothly. I never had to worry about calling, emailing or making appointments, she took care of everything! I even said to myself the morning of the wedding, “why am I not stressed? I feel like I should be more stressed “. I was not bothered by last minute issues which allowed me to simply be in the moment & just enjoy my big day. My
family & I were able to walk out of my reception not having to worry about cleaning & packing our stuff up. Even after the wedding she still helped me tie up some loose ends. I HIGHLY recommended Lisha and her team, I literally couldn’t have done it without them! -

Hiring Lisha was the best planning decision I made for my wedding. If you’re contemplating spending the money for a coordinator, hiring Lisha is money well spent! She was professional and so helpful. She truly made my big day less stressful and helped me be able to enjoy it. She dealt with everything and made me, my mom, and my bridal party feel at ease. A year ago I got engaged to the most amazing man. We spent weeks after the engagement talking about what we both wanted for our wedding; originally having the plan to do a very small destination wedding this quickly changed when we talked about how much fun it would be to do a Harry Potter inspired reception. We realized how many people in our lives that we loved and wanted to be a part of it so our small wedding turned into 118 people. My now husband, was still worried about my anxiety and stress and wanted to make sure I enjoyed the ENTIRE process that is when he introduced me to Lisha. Lisha became a quick friend. He was close friends with her in school and knew she would be perfect to help us enjoy the upcoming steps towards our marriage. He was right. Lisha came to almost every appointment we had involving the wedding. This was extremely helpful for me as I don’t do well with making quick decisions nor did I know a lot about weddings so knowing I could look at her at any moment and she would take the reigns for me took off a lot of pressure. She was always quick to ask what we needed and what she could do. Being someone who likes to take it all on…She was really good at slowing me down and reminding me that that is what she is there for. It was the little things with Lisha that I really loved. She showed up with Bellini’s during my dress shopping, she stepped in to adjust the dresses I was trying on so I could get the full experience, she showed up with a newborn in her arm to be there for my final fitting, and so much more. If you are looking for someone to really do everything they can to make you day special I would highly recommend Lisha. -

Stary wedding
Lisha navarro is a top notch wedding planner. She was able to take my budget and run with . She turned my wedding into a starry wonder land. All of my family couldnt praise enough how beautiful it was. I am very lucky to have had her guide us into a beautiful marriage. She took all of our wants and wishes and made them come true. I have already recommend her to a friend and will always tell soon to be brides to work with her.. As she is the best ypu can ask for. She can take literally any budget and create a beautiful wedding for you. Thank you Lisha. With all our love.

I absolutely recommend Mrs Navarro (The Elite Event Co by SLMG)!!!
She was personable, and understanding. Very sensitive to the fact that we were operating on a very small budget. My husband and I met MANY snags along the way personally, but she encouraged this frazzled bride the entire way!
As a new Bride, though you've probably witnessed MANY weddings there's nothing like trying to figure out where to start on your own 😒. Mrs Navarro had suggestions to fit our every need 😊. She's very connected, LOVES WHAT SHE DOES (which is VERY IMPORTANT to me), and Loves her Brides.
Please do book your next event with her, you WON'T be disappointed!

Use Lisha with The Elite Event Co. She is amazing!! She made our wedding day a dream come true!! The whole day was stress free and we could really enjoy every moment!! Everything from picking up our breakfast, transporting bridal parties belongings from place to place, decorating and putting final touches day of on venue decor all the way to the clean up was handled flawlessly! We were able to leave our venue with our guest at the end of our perfect day and not worry about a thing! -
