OH Hello Event Planning is a wedding planning company located in Cleveland, Ohio. OH Hello Event Planning strives to allow the couple to enjoy their wedding day and assure them that every detail can and will be handled.

We offer both on-site coordination and full planning packages based on your needs.

The company is owned and operated by two close friends, Jessica and Amanda. Passionate about helping people see their vision come to fruition, Jessica and Amanda are there for every step of the process. Working closely with the couple, ideas and desires are discussed from the beginning. This allows the company to make the couple’s dream a reality, tackling the event from the first meeting. Whether the couple needs large or small amounts of planning advice and guidance, they offer a wide range of planning packages. By offering full or partial planning, wedding day coordination, design and styling assistance, printed materials, and decor services, OH Hello Event Planning can ensure that there is a package suited for every couple and event.

Go with OH Hello !!

We loved working with Jess L! She ensured all of our wedding visions came true and thought of details we didn't even know we had missed. The detailed timeline she created for our wedding day was helpful not only for us but also for all of our vendors. Jess and her assistant did an excellent job decorating our reception area with the decor we had brought. She was always quick to respond, kind, and fun to work with! We would highly recommend Oh Hello for your wedding coordination needs!

Exceptional Service

If you're questioning whether or not you need a month-of coordinator... DO IT! You will NOT be disappointed. We had the pleasure of working with Jessica and she truly made our day come to life. My husband originally said he didn't think we would need something like this, and the day after our wedding he said he couldn't imagine not having them!
Jessica spent so much time with us, helping to put together every last detail. From the itineraries, to the coordination of all of our vendors, and even being an ear for me to vent to, she was my lifeline the month of the wedding. She was so helpful in setting things up the day of (she even took a full car load of our things the night before), put our cake, gifts, and belongings back in our room so that we didn't need to worry about it... and all of the phone calls & texts we shared before the big day which helped me SO MUCH to feel calm and prepared. I'm so happy we went with OH Hello. They are a top notch business and I can't imagine not hiring them!
Again, if you're on the fence, I very highly recommend hiring them. It'll make your day that much more special knowing that someone 100% has your back

Best Decision You Can Make!

I hired Oh Hello Event Planning for my April 2023 wedding and I could not be happier that I did! I did the Month of Coordination package and had Jess L. as my coordinator. Jess was such a blessing for us! She created and executed our timeline, contacted all of our vendors ahead of time so that everyone was on the same page, made sure everything at the venue was complete before the ceremony began, and so much more! She took so much stress off of me and it truly allowed me to enjoy my entire wedding day. Oh Hello was the easiest and best money I had spent for our wedding! Thank you to the whole team for helping us with our special day!

Hire a Oh hello Event Planning your future self will say thank you

Booking Oh hello Event Planning , specifically Jessica as our wedding planner was the best decision and investment we made towards our wedding. From start to finish Jessica walked me through every detail that we needed to plan. She was extremely organized and was able to act quickly when last minute changes needed to be made. She had a very good vendor base to choose from and always provided her professional expertise when necessary. I could truly say because of Jessica I was able to fully enjoy my wedding day, living in the moment without worrying about the behind the scenes work. Thank you Jessica and team for all the hard work, you guys are lifesavers! My advice to any new bride is HIRE OH HELLO EVENT PLANNING. You will not regret it and you will be in good hands on your wedding day! Cheers!

Great experience

Alexa was AMAZING! She was easy to work with, responsive, and organized. I used her after my sister had such a great experience with her. She thought of every detail that had never even crossed my mind. My wedding day was stress free because I knew she would handle any hiccups that came our way. I would Definitely recommend Alexa to anyone.

Oh Hello was one of the best wedding decisions we made!

Oh Hello Event planning helped me navigate not only one, but two weddings! The pandemic forced my husband and I to change our big wedding plans last minute and have a 20 person wedding with a new venue, timetable, and new vendors while pushing our original plans back a year. Amanda jumped right into action and helped me contact all my vendors and organized all my new details! She completely handled the rehearsal, ceremony, and planning for our wedding which gave my husband and I so much relief on our special day! The next year Amanda set me up with Kaitlyn and helped with the second wedding as much as she could. Kaitlyn was just as amazing and truly put so much time into making sure our wedding day was completely how we envisioned it. I was so so lucky to have these two rockstars/ fair godmothers with me on my second wedding day! They truly took the stress off of me and my husband so we could enjoy both of our weddings. On our wedding days, they were always there to see what they could do to keep us cool, calm, and collected. We felt so supported and relieved to have them handle all of our details and any and all behind the scenes dealings. Hiring Oh Hello for my two weddings was one of my best wedding decisions! They are so supportive, they have amazing communication skills, and you can rely on them to make your day organized, relaxed, and all around perfect! I can't thank theses women enough!

Excellent Planning Assistance and Communication

We couldn’t have had our special day without Oh Hello! Amanda was incredible. She exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond at every step, while being professional and compassionate. She honored our wishes and helped us plan an intimate ceremony and reception that were true to us. The services she provided were outstanding given the price point. We would recommend Oh Hello in a heartbeat to anyone wanting to preserve their sanity while planning the perfect wedding day.
