Words cannot express my gratitude for Kim, Alex and the rest of Noteworthy Events' team. Our wedding was something out of a movie and was absolutely PERFECT because of them. We came to them with an idea and they worked their magic and brought it to life better than we could've ever imagined - and in the midst of COVID!
Kim is top-notch and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made use feel as though she had everything 100% under control. She respected our input and added her special eye and incredible logistical expertise to the weekend. People say that at least one thing doesn't go according to plan on the day of your wedding and to just roll with it, however I cant think of a single thing that was different or went wrong. This team is patient, responsive, goal-oriented, professional, creative and willing to move mountains to make things happen. The day of was the best day of our lives. Everything and every moment was beyond memorable and flawlessly executed because of Noteworthy Events.

It's safe to say that if we hadn't hired Kim and her team to help plan our wedding, it never would've happened! From the early stages of planning, Kim went above and beyond to make the entire process as easy as possible. Due to unique circumstances with my family, my parents weren't able to be as involved in the planning process as they would have been, and Kim stepped in and made sure that everything was taken care of, despite the difficulties taking place in our personal lives. I also live out of state, and Kim made sure to keep me in the loop about all details and meet with me every time I traveled back to the Cleveland area. Between check-in texts, words of encouragement, immaculate organization, and kindness, Kim really went above and beyond the call of duty. She had the perfect vendor recommendations to compliment my vision, and everyone she introduced me to was equally professional and talented.

When it came to the day of our wedding, Kim and her staff handled everything. I had a friend ask me the next day what went wrong or not as planned during the wedding, and I truly had no response because Kim and her team took care of everything so that I could completely live in the moment.

There are other planning groups out there, but none are as special as Kim, and I say that with complete confidence! She isn't just talented and professional, but extremely caring and kind. To me that's everything.

Kim and her team made my vision a reality! She understood the vibe/look I was going for, and executed it beyond perfection. Everything was seamless, and I couldn't have pictured our wedding weekend going any better. I truly couldn't imagine planning this without her, she made our dreams come true.

Kim at Noteworthy Events was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I got married at The Westin in downtown Cleveland, and Kim made sure every detail was executed perfectly. We hired her for our wedding day coordination and management, and during the planning process, she supported us through the planning process and walked us through several tricky hurdles we had to navigate surrounding COVID, truly going out of her way to help us on multiple occasions.

On the wedding day itself, she was an absolute treasure. From setting out all of our details and making sure everything looked "just right," to bustling my dress after the ceremony, making sure that we were eating, carrying my touch-up lipstick so I could freshen up after eating, and coordinating with our vendors to ensure everything flowed smoothly, Kim did it all. Her calm demeanor and professionalism was so essential to having the entire day go smoothly. Our guests were raving about how seamlessly the day transitioned so easily from one event to the next, and were never left wondering what to do next. They were truly able to simply enjoy the experience, just as my husband and I were. Kim took the lead on every logistical detail so my family/my husband & I were completely stress-free, and we would not have had the beautiful wedding we did without her!

We wouldn't have been able to pull off our wedding without Kim and Alex from Noteworthy Events. There were 23 days from our first meeting to our wedding day and we couldn't have been more thrilled with how everything turned out in these unprecedented times. Kim returned every call, email, and text so quickly and answered any questions we had openly and honestly. With such a short time frame we couldn't have done it without her. Our day was unlike many other traditional wedding days and it far exceeded our expectations. What a year! We hired Kim and her team June 2019 to help us
navigate and plan a June 2020 wedding. It came together very quickly and was going to be exactly what we had hoped for.
Beautiful venue, the perfect music , florist, photographer and videographer. Invitations we're designed and a deposit placed.
As we we're ready to go to print, Kim suggested we sit tight and see which way the wind was going to blow on Covid. As all guests had received a "save the date" she thought better to be a bit late than to spend $2,000, send them and need to then cancel. We took her advice and as state and local restrictions started being put in place, we were forced to cancel. Let's move it November, when everything should be fine, I thought. Kim said let's give it a shot and the entire event was planned and confirmed for November 2021 within 24 hours. Well, a couple of months back we had another big decision to make. Would November be safe for 160 guests traveling in from out of town? Could we dance, hang at the bar, hug, kiss and everything else you want to do with those close to you? We decided that no way would it be what we wanted and no reason to put all of our friends and family at risk traveling. Cancellation #2. Asked the kids what they wanted to do? They're getting married 2 weeks from tomorrow in our backyard....16 people. Not what we had hoped for, but Kim and Alex once again put together what will undoubtedly be a beautiful and very special day in all of our lives!
