Words cannot express my gratitude for Kim, Alex and the rest of Noteworthy Events' team. Our wedding was something out of a movie and was absolutely PERFECT because of them. We came to them with an idea and they worked their magic and brought it to life better than we could've ever imagined - and in the midst of COVID!
Kim is top-notch and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made use feel as though she had everything 100% under control. She respected our input and added her special eye and incredible logistical expertise to the weekend. People say that at least one thing doesn't go according to plan on the day of your wedding and to just roll with it, however I cant think of a single thing that was different or went wrong. This team is patient, responsive, goal-oriented, professional, creative and willing to move mountains to make things happen. The day of was the best day of our lives. Everything and every moment was beyond memorable and flawlessly executed because of Noteworthy Events. -

Kim at Noteworthy Events was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I got married at The Westin in downtown Cleveland, and Kim made sure every detail was executed perfectly. We hired her for our wedding day coordination and management, and during the planning process, she supported us through the planning process and walked us through several tricky hurdles we had to navigate surrounding COVID, truly going out of her way to help us on multiple occasions.
On the wedding day itself, she was an absolute treasure. From setting out all of our details and making sure everything looked "just right," to bustling my dress after the ceremony, making sure that we were eating, carrying my touch-up lipstick so I could freshen up after eating, and coordinating with our vendors to ensure everything flowed smoothly, Kim did it all. Her calm demeanor and professionalism was so essential to having the entire day go smoothly. Our guests were raving about how seamlessly the day transitioned so easily from one event to the next, and were never left wondering what to do next. They were truly able to simply enjoy the experience, just as my husband and I were. Kim took the lead on every logistical detail so my family/my husband & I were completely stress-free, and we would not have had the beautiful wedding we did without her! -

Kim was exceptional! We could not have gotten through planning and replanting our wedding due to COVID without her. Working with Kim for 2 years was not only easy but also incredibly fun.
Kim was so easy to work with because of her kind demeanor and attention to detail. From the moment you meet her you will know you made the BEST choice. She was accommodating around when meeting times were, very professional and informative when meeting different vendors, and ALWAYS offered her advice when asked.
Kim worked well with all of the vendors my husband and I booked and seamlessly organized them to work well together on our big day. Kim left nothing for us to do on our big day! I felt so confident and at ease knowing she was in charge.
The night of our wedding she had helped pack up our flowers, organized our wedding cards and gifts, packed our cars and personal belongings up, and stayed late to ensure we had the time of our lives.
Kim was phenomenal. She is such a genuine person. My husband Josh and I would recommend her to anyone! -

Highly recommend hiring Noteworthy Events for your special event! Kim was so great to work with, extremely professional, knowledgeable and organized. We hired them to plan our wedding. Kim was on top of every detail! She worked with all of our vendors and built an itinerary for the day so that everyone was on the same page. On the day of, everything was taken care of and we were able to relax and enjoy the day! It was perfect! -

Wedding planner review
Kim and her staff are wonderful! Kim created a beautiful experience from start to finish for our oldest daughter in August 2019. We are using her for our youngest daughter's wedding now scheduled for July 2021. Originally scheduled for July 2020, it was scaled down because of the coronavirus pandemic. A family medical emergency prevented that event from occurring. Kim contacted all the vendors involved on short notice and made sure they were aware of the situation and secured them without incident for July 2021. Kim's meticulous attention to detail, her compassion regarding my husband's medical emergency and her ability to listen to her clients' vision and execute it flawlessly are some of the things that make Kim so special. Update: Kim came through with a magical and perfect wedding at the Cleveland Botanical Garden. Her attention to detail is phenomenal! A magical evening! -

I am a bit of a type A perfectionist, and my husband is an event planner for large scale experiential marketing events, so we had very high expectations when looking for an event planner. And let me tell you, Kim made planning our wedding an absolute breeze! She quickly got to know our personalities, wants and vision for our wedding and suggested the most perfect vendors that brought our dreams to reality!
Kim is attentive to detail, organized and always willing to hop on a call and share her expertise. Because of Kim and her rock star team on site, we were able to relax and enjoy our special day. All of our needs were taken care of, expectations exceeded and the evening was more than we could’ve ever asked for! We highly recommend Kim!! -

Experience Matters!
When we met Kim from Noteworthy Events we knew we needed her to be a part of our day. Her experience, taste, and ability to keep things on track, on time, and foresee any potential issues are the true mark of a spectacular wedding planner. While I did most of the planning, booking and “pre-work”, she helped me with the stuff I wasn’t as excited to handle, getting a timeline in order, and acted as a great liaison between vendors. She, and her assistant Maria, are the perfect balance of personalities on the day of. I am so happy we had them on our day. -

Great Wedding Planner!
Kim was absolutely amazing!! From vendor recommendations, design ideas and timelines- she is extremely knowledgable. I knew I was in good hands when every vendor I told I she was my planner had great things to say. It was so helpful having vendors that all had worked together before and had good relationships. Our wedding day was seamless. My husband and I did not have to worry about one thing. Instead, we just got to enjoy our day. Kim kept everything organized before the wedding and day of. She was there for the things I wanted a planner for and didn't have a "cookie cutter" way of how she helps plan/ organize your big day- which we loved! Our day was so special and I don't know how we would have done it without her and her assistant. -

Phenomenal Wedding Planner who's experience, knowledge and passion shows!
Noteworthy Events - Kim Singerman and Maria Vitale, did a phenomenal job at our September wedding. I truly do not believe the day would have went as smooth and perfect as it did if it wasn't for them. Kim helped us the month before and the day of to ensure everything was in tip top shape. She pointed out things I would have never even thought of prior to the wedding, which really helped keep things running smoothly. Kim went above and beyond to make our special day that much more special. She was a sheer pleasure to work with who's experience, passion and true genuineness truly shows in her work. I would highly recommend working with Kim and her team, she just knows how to get the job done right! -

Hiring Kim for our wedding was the best choice we could have made and I don't think we could have done it without her! Over the last 10 months, Kim was there to answer questions about everything from menu options to kids in the bridal party. She came with me on venue walkthrus and was invaluable when we met with our florist to help me understand all of the costs and ways to save, and helped articulate what I envisioned into a complete theme.
The real wow moment came on our wedding day when she and her team transformed our ceremony site after a surprise rainstorm rolled into town. I was so worried about what we would do but then Kim arrived at my hotel with weather radar and a plan, and in that moment I knew I could simply hand the day over to her because I trusted her completely. Believe me when I tell you that our rain location was absolutely more stunning than our original garden plans - a month later I still have guests telling me how romantic and intimate our ceremony was and that's all due to Kim's ingenuity in working with the venue to create something completely unique and special. She added the thoughtful touch of keeping the wrought iron doors open facing the garden so the sound of rain was in the background and it was breathtaking.
I can't recommend Kim enough. Her experience, her taste and expertise were exactly what I needed in a wedding planner and I guarantee she'll make the wedding of your dreams come true. We love her! -

Kim Singerman was outstanding from start to finish! She was involved in vendor selection, color palette and decor design, and, most importantly making sure that the day of the wedding ran smoothly. Our daughter’s wedding was truly magical and Kim played a significant role in achieving that result. I would highly recommend her! We were so pleased that we are using her for daughter #2’s wedding in July 2020. -

My fiance and I currently live in Phoenix but both grew up in Cleveland so we knew that's where we wanted to get married. I was very nervous about doing most things from the other side of the country but Kim made planning a wedding 2000+ miles away feel easy. Kim was able to guide us through the whole process with amazing recommendations and advice no matter what questions we had. She knows EVERYONE and helped us select vendors that fit our needs, budget, and style. Everyone she recommended was fabulous and exactly what we were looking for. Kim is organized, professional, and so easy to work with. After a meeting, phone call, or FaceTime with Kim, any anxiety I had would disappear. She always made sure I was on track and because of Kim, I never had one "freak out moment" throughout the entire process. I also know she was a HUGE resource and comfort to my mom who took on a lot of the planning as she was in town. Kim's assistants Lauren and Lisa are also incredible. Lisa, your spread sheet made staying organized SO easy and helped me keep track of literally everything. The day of, I didn't have a worry in the world. Lauren and Kim knew what I needed before I even had a chance to ask. Kim helped us create the most perfect day. Kim, I don't think I will ever be able to thank you enough! -

Kim was so organize I instantly knew we would get along great! she was amazingly helpful and was always available to talk. When I needed a photographer last minute before my wedding she found me an amazing one. She dealt with all the vendors and had them all on a schedule and everything ran so smoothly because of her! If you are looking for a wedding planner/coordinator there is no doubt in my mind that she is THE BEST in the area. I thoroughly enjoyed my whole experience working with Kim

Cindy Sent on 08/21/2018Kim Singerman of noteworthy Events helped us plan the wedding of our dreams. She had terrific ideas, a wealth of experience with our venue and a vision she communicated clearly and sometimes gently when necessary. :-) Both my daughter and I agree Kim was A-1 from the initial phases of planning to the day of the wedding. Her fee was reasonable and we feel we got more than what we paid for. Not once did we worry that things would go awry. All of our timelines were met promptly and Kim was always there to remind us if we had forgotten anything. The day of the wedding when we met her staff, we had utmost confidence in them and they guaranteed that all went smoothly and that we all enjoyed ourselves, which we most certainly did. Kim was even there to make sandwiches for a hungry and very pregnant bridesmaid, just before leaving for the church. No task was too great or too small for Kim and her staff and we enjoyed a most lovely wedding at the Cleveland Museum of Art - a once in a lifetime event. Thank you, Kim.

Noteworthy Events was chosen to be the wedding planner for my daughter’s reception after reading the many complimentary reviews on line. Kim was unknown to me before hiring her for our daughter’s wedding reception, but the reviews proved to be quite accurate as to Kim’s ability to create a perfect event. Listening to our requests, she made sure we had exactly what we envisioned, and wasn’t afraid to tell us if vendors suggestions for upgrades weren’t necessary. Her knowledge of the wedding industry in the Cleveland area is insurmountable. Caterers, venue directors, florists, and photographers, all had the highest praise for Noteworthy Events based on their previous experiences working with Kim. “Courteous assertiveness” would best describe her successful management style when handling problems as they occurred. And it’s quite obvious, she’s greatly respected in her field, as vendors verbalized they enjoy working events with her company. I’ll definitely be hiring this wonderful event planner for our family’s next wedding or celebration.
