Penny was an absolute doll to work with! This place came highly recommended from my sister in law. I was in awe of Penny’s professionalism and attention to detail. She encouraged me to go outside my comfort zone in selecting a gown that would “wow the crowd.” I made my first appointment at Formality Bridal and said yes to the dress within in an hour. And you can’t beat their prices!

I paid for the VIB package and it was worth every penny. I got to try on 8 beautiful dresses and spend time with my loved ones. The owners were wonderful and made sure everyone was having a good time. They had a wide variety of styles and sizes for me to choose from but I knew which one I wanted from the beginning as I had been staring at it on there Instagram page for weeks before trying it on. My only advice is to bring people you trust and a pair of heals with you when you come to try dresses on!

I fell in love with a dress I saw online so I called and a wonderful lady answered. I believe her name was Penny. She had no available appointments any time soon and we new the dress I loved wouldn't last for long. So she came in early at 11:30 (store opens at 12) so I could try on the one dress. I fell in love with it and ended up buying it right then and there. It needs a few alterations but nothing major. And the dress was only 379$!
