Our experience with Alson Jewelers, from beginning to end, was wonderful. My fiance visited the store multiple times to talk with employees about what he had in mind and his price point; they were extremely helpful and created a beautiful engagement ring for me.
We worked with Anthony to pick out our wedding bands, and he was very patient as I sent multiple emails about photos and prices, working with a specific budget in mind. I would highly recommend planning to attend Alson's Wedding Band Weekend event if possible--they invite multiple vendor representatives who bring tons of ring options, as well as special pricing discounts and giveaway opportunities. There are many customization options available, too.
Anthony was incredibly helpful and even gave his advice about my wedding band when I asked for it; and when I emailed him later that day to ask him to add engraving inside my fiance's ring (as a surprise), he got back to me right away, sent font options, and got the order added in immediately.
Both rings arrived exactly as we ordered them, in beautiful condition. We are so thankful for our experience, and would highly recommend Alson Jewelers to anyone!
