Wonderful selection. We picked my diamond from the vault then picked a band to set it in. They had great mens bands as well. The service is unbeatable and the experience is very intimate and personal. James Free has provided impeccable service to my husband and I. We both have the most beautiful rings from them. My engagement ring and our wedding bands are all from James Free. I had trouble with the setting of my engagement ring last summer. The diamond was rattling a bit because it was loose in the setting a couple of times, and when I brought it in they determined that my setting was much too high for a princess cut diamond. They replaced the head for free and reset my diamond within a matter of days. I haven't had any trouble since then, and I actually like the look of the head much better than the old one! Our wedding bands are exactly what we ordered. All 3 of the rings are engraved, and they did a wonderful job with that too. For the wedding day, my engagement ring got throughly cleaned and the white gold on the band re-rodiumed so that it would sparkle just as much as my wedding band in the wedding pictures. Most jewelers charge you for the rodium, but James Free did it free of charge and even suggested it themselves.
