  Great custom work!

  My husband custom designed my engagement ring and both of our wedding rings. They were great to work with and made sure that everything was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!

  Randy was wonderful. He was very patient while we tried on many rings. He was very knowledgeable when we asked questions and helpful with shipping the rings to Texas. I couldn't be happier with our ring choices and choice of vendor.

  Wonderful selection. We picked my diamond from the vault then picked a band to set it in. They had great mens bands as well. The service is unbeatable and the experience is very intimate and personal. You have someone that is directly focused on what your wants and needs are and they stick with you through the whole design process and are very knowledgeable about the jewelry they have.

  Your store is very nice with a great atmosphere. Randy was great working with. He helped us pick out our wedding bands and my jewelry for my wedding dress. He is very honest and not pushy at all. I highly recommend him. He also help my husband design my engagement ring. He reallly listens to you. Thanks so much we will not go anywhere else for jewelry.

  James Free has provided impeccable service to my husband and I. We both have the most beautiful rings from them. My engagement ring and our wedding bands are all from James Free. I had trouble with the setting of my engagement ring last summer. The diamond was rattling a bit because it was loose in the setting a couple of times, and when I brought it in they determined that my setting was much too high for a princess cut diamond. They replaced the head for free and reset my diamond within a matter of days. I haven't had any trouble since then, and I actually like the look of the head much better than the old one! Our wedding bands are exactly what we ordered. All 3 of the rings are engraved, and they did a wonderful job with that too. For the wedding day, my engagement ring got throughly cleaned and the white gold on the band re-rodiumed so that it would sparkle just as much as my wedding band in the wedding pictures. Most jewelers charge you for the rodium, but James Free did it free of charge and even suggested it themselves.

  We had James Free re-size my wedding band that was gifted to us from my husbands grandma. He had my engagement ring also re-sized by James Free. They were professional and super nice! They had the rings re-sized faster than expected and they looked beautiful!

  I LOVE James Free Jewelers!!! My husband purchased the band of my engagement ring here. He stated he was nervous because he purchased the solitaire stone separately and wasn't sure how they would react. But after the first 5 seconds, he was reassured and had a great time there.
  
  I also went to purchase a dress watch for my husband as an ‘engagement gift’. We looked for about 15-20 minutes and they weren't rushing us to make a decision – I didn’t purchase a watch that day. Bryan, our sales associate, was never pushy. He listened to our preferences for each watch he displayed and was able to find the 'perfect' watch after showing us maybe 3 before.
  
  Several months after I purchased the watch, Bryan notified us of a sale on the wedding bands in which we were interested. Though Bryan wasn’t able to assist us on that occasion, we still received the same outstanding service as before. My husband decided on the design of 1 wedding band – and the sales consultant showed us another ring (identical down to the type of metal) that was significantly less expensive. All of their sale associates are knowledgeable and answered all questions. I would definitely recommend them!!!
  
  I went here before the wedding to polish my ring. Free of charge - no appointment needed (I was informed this is a regular practice!!!). The guy who helped us also noticed some sizing lines on my band and offered to polish them. Fantastic service.

  My mom recommended Marianne Woodburn at James Free Jewelers to my husband and I when we were looking for an engagement ring. What a difference this store makes! It is a FINE jeweler, not a cheap, run-of-the-mill, shady mall store. There was no pressure. It was just quality, professionalism, and customer service. When we first went, I found the ring of my dreams and Marianne "sent me away" so that her and my husband could talk in private. He ended up buying my ring RIGHT THERE, without me ever knowing it!! :) Such a fun secret. She even mailed it to my husband in Tennessee (where he was attending school) so he could propose at the Biltmore before Christmas. Since that first experience, we purchased our rings there and even my blue topaz David Yurman bridal jewelry. I will probably NEVER use another jeweler (even though we moved to CO!)... I trust them wholeheartedly and have gained a friend! Marianne and her husband even attended our wedding! Talk about trust and making connections... I would HIGHLY recommend using James Free if you are looking for a personalized, comfortable and QUALITY experience with FINE, QUALITY jewelry! Anna is also wonderful to work with!

  We got the help we needed for sizing and stuff and I felt like we could trust them. It was a little wierd to be buzzed in through the doors, but I guess security is a good thing. I didn't feel like we were treated like sheep, like at a mall store.
