After getting engaged, my fiancé said he loved the idea of using some of my mother's (family) heirloom diamonds to create our wedding rings. I agreed, but was extremely nervous about being able to find the right designer to not only understand our vision but make that vision come to life. Chelsea turned out to be that kind of a designer. She listened, asked questions throughout the entire process, and ultimately created a wedding ring which blew our minds and exceeded our expectations.

I loved working with Chelsea to design my non-traditional wedding ring. I basically told her that I wanted a cluster ring in shades of blue and purple and she pulled together different stones for me to pick out and then designed a ring that is 100% unique. She’s super responsive and helpful throughout the designing process especially when you can’t quite put in to words what you mean. I highly recommend Chelsea to anyone looking for wedding jewelry.

I've known Chelsea for around five or six years, so I remember when she was really starting to grow Honey Designs. A few years ago, I went with a friend of mine, who was also a friend of Chelsea's, to her office at the time to play around with different designs and determine what look I might like for my future ring. Throughout the process, Chelsea provides her clients an education - the parts of the ring, different diamond shapes, etc. - so that when it comes to picking elements for your ring design, you feel like you really know what you're doing. The entire process from start to finish is unique to each client and so perfectly personalized. 

Not only that, but her knowledge of diamonds and the industry is vast. She's incredibly passionate about what she does and she takes the time to get to know her clients on a personal level so that from the first moment you meet her, you feel like you're working with a close friend or family member. Chelsea truly has her clients' best interests at heart. 

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Chelsea on a Colorado proposal. Not only did she immediately make me feel comfortable, but she also had everything PERFECTLY planned out and organized so there was zero question of what was going on with our day. I would 100/10 recommend Honey designs to anyone planning an proposal. Unique, and stunning jewelry, like for real...look at their work. It speaks for itself. Please go with Chelsea. She made everything incredibly effortless and took care of almost all of the back end stuff. I came to her with an idea and a center stone from my Fiance's mom; Chelsea was quickly able to show me 5-7 renders and ideas of what I could do. The ring finally came in (during the pandemic) and she personally met me to drop off the ring so I could see it and bring it up to show my family. When it came to planning the proposal, all I needed to do was pick the time and place, Chelsea helped with booking the photographer (who was amazing by the way) and it made everything about that day way less stressful. She does a wonderful job and in the event I have to go through a ring design or another proposal (fingers crossed that I don't) I would 100%, without a doubt, go with her again.

I had a rough idea in mind with how I wanted to use my heirloom diamond, and as soon as I met Chelsea she hit the ground running and had so many great designs that specifically took into account my heirloom diamond and enhanced it to be the center of attention. All of her added design characteristics for the ring revolved around the diamond which I really appreciated, and we narrowed down the proportions of the band, pear diamonds, and the head of the ring were carefully crafted to be exactly what I wanted.

She is also very personable and knowledgable, she added so much insight to this process!

Chelsea is awesome! Incredibly responsive and thorough... she clearly knows the industry and the ins and outs of stone selection & quality. She did a great job balancing getting some input from my fiancee but overall still keeping secrecy and surprise about the whole process. I had my grandmothers wedding ring, but wanted a unique band to pair with it. Nothing I found on Etsy or in jewelry stores gave me the look I wanted, so Chelsea created a completely custom band for me! I love the sentiment of my grandmothers ring, but the style wasn’t very “me”. Now with the band, it’s a perfect combination of old and new, vintage and glam. It’s absolutely perfect and I love wearing it everyday!

My fiance and I went to Chelsea after we were already engaged to help us create the custom engagement ring and wedding band that I was dreaming of. The other custom jewelers that I looked at allowed you to choose certain aspects, but the rings still looked very standard. I knew that I wanted a non-clear diamond stone and was very interested in a salt and pepper diamond. Additionally, I wanted the ring to embody a very specific aesthetic that is important to me culturally. Chelsea was so easy to work with and responded to all of our suggestions and changes. We took a while with the process so that we could find the perfect stone, and she was very patient with us. I think that the final product was worth the wait and was even better than what I pictured. I love the engagement ring, but am even more in love with the custom band. Even though we were already engaged, Chelsea helped my fiance stage a second engagement complete with champagne and a photographer. I couldn't recommend Honey Designs more!
