Wedding Jewelers in Cincinnati

I should have made my fiance write this review, but I'll do it anyway. He looked all over Cincinnati to find the right jeweler in order to purchase my engagement ring. He chose Rogers Jewelers because of how professional and helpful they were to him, educating him about diamonds, and really taking the time to get to know him and hear about me in order to help him find the perfect ring. After gave me my ring he took me to the store so that I could meet the salesperson who helped her and I gave her a huge hug. Unfortunately when my ring was sized I found a chip on the corner of my diamond. But we took it in and it was handled immediately, sensitively, and professionally. They ordered diamonds comparable to the one I had for me to choose from and let me to continue to wear my ring until I had the new one to take home. Since she knew my size, they ordered the diamonds and already had the rings available in my size so that when I picked it, I could just take it home with me. My new ring is slightly bigger and more clear than my previous one as an upgrade for my inconvenience. It's gorgeous. We also purchased our wedding bands there which was also a wonderful experience. They were wonderful to deal with and I would and have recommended them to others.

My Fiance and I absolutely love Montgomery Jewelers! My fiance said Dave was so helpful in ordering exactly what he wanted. He was price friendly and didn't try to persuade him to buy the most expensive thing he had like other jewelers did. My fiance felt no pressure and Dave made it a great experience. He already helped us pick out our perfect wedding bands!

Mr. Steberl really took the time to listen to what we wanted in wedding jewelry, and he helped us figure out exactly what our options were that fit what we wanted. The quality is truly excellent even though we had to work within a budget. Also, everyone in the shop knows us now, and we can stop in any time to have our rings cleaned. I have lost weight since the wedding, so I will be going back to him to have my rings adjusted down in size. I completely trust Benchworks in every way.

After getting engaged, my fiancé said he loved the idea of using some of my mother's (family) heirloom diamonds to create our wedding rings. I agreed, but was extremely nervous about being able to find the right designer to not only understand our vision but make that vision come to life. Chelsea turned out to be that kind of a designer. She listened, asked questions throughout the entire process, and ultimately created a wedding ring which blew our minds and exceeded our expectations.

J Peck to the rescue! This is the only way to describe my experience with Mandy and J Peck. My husband and I were slackers and a month before the wedding, I called to see if we could get bands. At first I was an easy bride, then I told J that I wanted something custom made for my band. He laughed when I told him my wedding date and said he could make it happen. He did! My ring is absolutely perfect and exactly what I had in mind. J and Mandy went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect ring on my wedding day. I kept offering to were a stand in ring for the wedding day, but they were determined to not let this happen. I can't thank them enough!

Go to the Tri-County Mall location versus Kenwood. The Tri-County Mall Hannoush has great customer service. They took time to help my fiance pick out my engagement ring, were honest with him on pricing, and have been excellent for helping us pick out wedding bands.

Krombholz was fantastic to work with. They have an excellent eye for detail and always cleaned my ring whenever we went in for a consultation.

Scott and his team were fantastic. I had a family diamond I wanted in a Whitehouse Brothers setting. They sent a list of the styles that would be best for the size and shape of the diamond and helped me select a beautiful setting. They made it easy to send the diamond to them and they set it for us. I thought I knew what size ring I needed, but I was wrong. They were wonderful and made it easy to send back so they could size it for me and I had it back on my finger quickly. Its been over 2 years and my ring still looks as beautiful as it did on day one.
