I should have made my fiance write this review, but I'll do it anyway. He looked all over Cincinnati to find the right jeweler in order to purchase my engagement ring. He chose Rogers Jewelers because of how professional and helpful they were to him, educating him about diamonds, and really taking the time to get to know him and hear about me in order to help him find the perfect ring. After gave me my ring he took me to the store so that I could meet the salesperson who helped her and I gave her a huge hug. Unfortunately when my ring was sized I found a chip on the corner of my diamond. But we took it in and it was handled immediately, sensitively, and professionally. They ordered diamonds comparable to the one I had for me to choose from and let me to continue to wear my ring until I had the new one to take home. Since she knew my size, they ordered the diamonds and already had the rings available in my size so that when I picked it, I could just take it home with me. My new ring is slightly bigger and more clear than my previous one as an upgrade for my inconvenience. It's gorgeous. We also purchased our wedding bands there which was also a wonderful experience. They were wonderful to deal with and I would and have recommended them to others.

Rogers spent time with my fiancee to help him understand the different ring types and cuts. We alse selected our wedding bands from them and have been back for other jewelry. It was a great expereince.

Our rings are amazing. We appreciated help in understanding the rings, and stones we were purchasing. I felt like we needed to have help/education on the different types of diamond grades and we appreciated the help we recieved.
Our bands were a few days late comming back in, but whew they made it in time and that matters the

My husband had my engagement ring custom made so I had to have a wrap made for it. They were very helpful with this and it turned out beautifully. I get compliments all the time

We got my engagement ring and both wedding bands from Roger's. Service was great and fast! They were very patient with us when picking out our bands and guaranteed delivery before our wedding (which was less than a month away!). We purchased the service plans with our rings and were verbally told this would include soldering my rings together, but when we came back after the wedding - they tried to charge us! In good faith, they removed the charge, but did state moving forward we would have to pay for this service.

Had a few bumps because my ring is custom, but they really came through. The price was crazy, but wedding rings always are. Their warranty is great!

We bought a Hearts of Fire ring from them. After the wedding we took it in to have it cleaned and they added Rhodium to the white gold - it now has a yellowish tint!! AGH!!!!!

Band is losing the silver color applied even though we take it in for cleaning

I would stay away! I have had problems with my ring since day 1! We never received the authenticity paperwork when purchased, I had to ask several times before receiving it. Also, when they sent my ring away to be sized it came back with an uneven band! I later found out this is because it was polished down too much, I had to contact customer service who tried to tell me the warranty would not cover adding an extra shank- even though it was their fault! They also were very sketchy when I asked who the jeweler was that they were going through & they wouldn't disclose the name. Lastly, 6 of my diamond were loose at the 6 month inspection. A family jeweler informed me this can happen when they size down the ring, so again, their fault. I've had my ring "sent out" 3 times in the 6 months I've been engaged. Terrible quality and customer service.
