They have some nice jewelry but pricey. I caught a good sale & a ring I loved. It took about a month to get it back completely wrong, another month to get it back with a diamond missing, which I had to point out & they are just a pain to work with. Now when I go in regularly to get it cleaned & checked for loose diamonds I feel like I'm bothering them. I never threw a fit because I loved the ring so much & wanted it to get done & be right but they really are slow & I experienced alot of grief with them. I really like the manager & sales people, I think the mistakes were made by the jewelry maker but it really looked bad. I would defend them, but everyone who knows where I got my ring says they will never deal with them, but my ring is BEAUTIFUL. Probly just one of those things.
