Go to the Tri-County Mall location versus Kenwood. The Tri-County Mall Hannoush has great customer service. They took time to help my fiance pick out my engagement ring, were honest with him on pricing, and have been excellent for helping us pick out wedding bands.

They have some nice jewelry but pricey. I caught a good sale & a ring I loved. It took about a month to get it back completely wrong, another month to get it back with a diamond missing, which I had to point out & they are just a pain to work with. Now when I go in regularly to get it cleaned & checked for loose diamonds I feel like I'm bothering them. I never threw a fit because I loved the ring so much & wanted it to get done & be right but they really are slow & I experienced alot of grief with them. I really like the manager & sales people, I think the mistakes were made by the jewelry maker but it really looked bad. I would defend them, but everyone who knows where I got my ring says they will never deal with them, but my ring is BEAUTIFUL. Probly just one of those things.
