Anytime something stressful came up (such as getting a custom ring size or selecting a stone) he was always kind, professional, and friendly to us. We learned so much from him and value his honesty. Steve Remias at Farah's (Tuttle) is the most helpful associate and an absolute pleasure to work with!! I wasn't there when my groom bought my engagement ring, but they became so close that Steve was on the list of people we called after we got engaged! I walked in one afternoon to get my engagement ring cleaned (still hadn't met the infamous Steve), and Steve recognized my diamond ring immediately and asked if I was Mary, Clay's fiance. He obviously pays close attention to detail and is incredibly personable, friendly, and helpful. Shopping for our wedding bands was an absolute blast -- it was at aTacori Trunk Show and he worked within our budget and was able to find us two beautiful rings. He will be our jeweler from here on out, and we can't say enough great things about him & Farah's!!!

I will admit, Farah's was not my first choice and was not where I bought my first ring. I thought I found "The Ring" so I bought it from another store. We were walking around the mall a few days later and she saw this Tacori ring in Farah’s, and absolutely loved it. I was luckily able to return the other ring and I went back to strike a deal with Farah's a few days later.
They were very honest, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they didn't try to "sell" me on something I didn't want. They turned out to be the most pleasant jewelers I’ve ever talked to. I felt very comfortable dealing with them. We were able to find a gorgeous stone for the ring that worked within my budget. Once my ring was ready, the jeweler sent me a really nice picture of it and we made arrangements for me to pick it up.
The ring was perfect. It turned out that I got a better stone and ring for a better price than that first ring I bought. I was so happy with my purchase and I knew my lady was going to flip out when I proposed with this ring. The people at Farah's were some of the best sales people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They even gave me some great ideas about the actual proposal.
I feel like I've gained friends at Farah's since that first day of going into their store. I have since then purchased the wedding bands, a pair of diamond rings for an anniversary gift, and a Movado watch. Sometimes I just stop in to say hi to the people I've worked with over there.

Christen at Farah Jewelers was great to work with! We stopped into Farah to look at rings a couple of times before becoming engaged, and the customer service was great! We didn't feel like we were being "pushed" to make a purchase. She listened to our "wants" and was mindful of what we wanted and planned to spend on our rings. She helped us pick out a couple of engagement rings that I really liked, and then when it came time for my husband to go back along and purchase my ring she helped him to pick the one that was "ME". I was truly blown away when he got down on one knee and I saw my engagement ring for the first time! He got me the most beautiful colorless diamond at a great price! We went back to Farah to purchase 2 matching wedding bands for me and also my husband's wedding band. We take our rings back annually for an inspection and cleaning and have always been happy with the customer service we receive.

We got my husband's wedding band from Farah's & they were very helpful. Since he wanted a tungsten carbide ring that can't be resized, we had to make sure he ordered the perfect size. They did a great job of getting the ring in without any rush or hassle. But after our honeymoon, he was having issues with the fit of his ring. They took care of returning and reordering the ring and we only had to pay a small shipping fee. No vendor is perfect. What really counts is how they respond when something does go wrong-and Farah's did a great job of that.
