We were very pleased with the letters created and provided by Nick (owner of the company). They are high quality, and beautiful for a number of occasions/parties! We used the letters pictured for our wedding reception to make “Mr & Mrs” and “Love”. One may assume I’m just biased toward my brother in law, but it was super convenient to find locally made decorations that were so high quality. I couldn’t have asked for better!

Shauna made our wedding day perfect! Everything went so smoothly because of her. She took our vision and brought it to life. It all turned out so much better than I could have imagined. She was always available to answer questions, kept everything on schedule, and made sure the entire day flowed smoothly. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding unforgettable.

We cannot say enough great things about working with Sarah Baarlaer as our month of coordinator! Prior the month of our wedding, Sarah went above and beyond to help answer questions I had around specific vendors and our timeline. During our wedding weekend, we had quite a few snafus- my veil ripped in half the morning of the wedding, our transportation called at midnight the night before our wedding saying we didn’t have a large enough bus for a bridal party of 19 people, and issues with our DJ. Sarah literally called multiple bridal stores to find the same veil (all without me knowing), got on the phone with the transportation company at midnight to confirm we had the appropriate vehicle, and helped get our DJ back on schedule/fix the acoustics. She was able to put out every fire and keep the day running smoothly without putting an ounce of stress on me. Her communication, professionalism, and friendly demeanor truly made our weekend perfect. To top it off, when we got back to our hotel room (not attached to the venue), Sarah brought our card box, venue items, AND put together boxes of cookies from our cookie table for us. It was truly the best surprise to come back to. Working with Heart 2 Heart Occassions and Sarah Baarlaer was worth every penny! Our wedding would not have been the same!!!

Her pricing was extremely reasonable. She was very personable and easy to work with. She gave her honest opinion to get you the best looking event. She does listen to what you want and works with you!

Jamie truly went above and beyond for our wedding! I literally cried when i walked into the hall as she was working! It was everything i had dreamed of and more! Everyone has commenting on the decorations and how they have never seen St.Mary’s hall in Marblehead, Ohio look like that! They couldn’t believe from the photos that it was the same place! All the little details i didn’t even think of, she was 10 steps ahead of me and thought of them all! Knowing i had Jamie taking care of the Hall made the wedding planning and especially the week of less stressful!

Absolutely beautiful centerpieces! I ordered half of my centerpieces through angel, and my decorator did the other half of my centerpieces made out of flowers. It came our better than I imagined! The centerpieces were huge which was exactly what I wanted. It was nerve wracking when we were getting close to the wedding because you're working with a company you haven't met and trusting you'll have centerpieces when you get to the venue. Also, I had emailed her and asked a question and she told me to refer to my contract and stated she'd get back to me the next day. However, she did not, I'm assuming she just forgot. She was easy to work with otherwise. I had a gatsby theme, and couldn't be happier with her work!

We could not have created the vision of our wedding without the help of Sharon and her team at Impressive Occasions! Despite living out of state, Sharon was able to help me every step of the way in determining what decor I would need for my reception venue. Her guidance and ideas were so incredibly helpful and she always went above and beyond in her communication, ensuring we had what we needed for the big day. She transformed and elevated our event space and her level of detail and design was top notch. I would highly recommend Sharon for all event decor!

Our wedding venue recommended Vincent lighting system with two other companies that could meet our needs. I’m very glad we went with Vincent lighting system. Communication was easy, questions answered promptly, a fair price, and a gorgeous outcome! The large white wedding tent looked beautiful with their Edison bulbs strung from the ceiling of the tent. They worked very well with the venue for delivery, installation, and pick up. I recommend this company. They made it painless for us and completed my daughter’s dream wedding aesthetic!
