We work with each client to bring their vision to life. You will receive a personalized design plan that we will execute for you on your big day. All brides deserve a day with no stress so we deliver, set up and take down your full decor package. Save time, money and stress with Whitewater Weddings and Events.

Services Offered

Whitewater Weddings & Events LLC will build a package that best suits your vision. Your package will include floral-decorated arches, welcome signs, centerpieces, and candle holders as well as everything needed to complete the extra tables. Your package includes a card box, cake stand, dessert displays and a variety of other options to complete your design. On your big day, we will take care of delivery, setup, and cleanup of their rentals to make for a seamless, stress-free experience. Day-of coordination packages are also available, giving you and your spouse the freedom to enjoy your day to the fullest. The team will be present at the venue to ensure everything goes according to plan. We serve venues throughout Cincinnati, Southeast Indiana and Northern Kentucky.

A Dream Come True

Shauna made our wedding day perfect! Everything went so smoothly because of her. She took our vision and brought it to life. It all turned out so much better than I could have imagined. She was always available to answer questions, kept everything on schedule, and made sure the entire day flowed smoothly. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding unforgettable.

Amazing! 🩷

I cannot express how thankful I am I chose Shauna and her team to help out on our wedding day. She made the venue flawless and perfection depiction of what I visioned with the attention to detail she uses. I knew I didn’t have enough time to DIY all my decorations, so I reached out to Shauna. Throughout the whole process, she was quick to respond and answer any questions when needed. She is open to listening to suggestions and building off of what ideas you have in mind. I was thankful to have met her when my sister got married in October of 23 and knew I needed to reach out to her for our wedding in February of 25. I highly recommend Shauna’s services, she will not disappoint!

Best Wedding Planner Ever!

We are so grateful for Shauna. When we began the process of planning our wedding we had no idea where to start. Shauna gave us a lot of great options to choose from and she helped us throughout the entire process, literally from start to finish. Not only is she immensely kind, she was excited for us and with us. Shauna understood our vision, had all the decorations from ceremony to reception and managed everything with so much ease we really didn't have to do much besides show up and enjoy the experience, which is exactly what we wanted. Shauna definitely knows her stuff and we recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding and kind professional who will make your special day unforgettable and easy. We got so many compliments, and truly it was Shauna and her expertise that made our dream a reality. Thank you Shauna!

Wedding timeline / decor setup

Shauna was amazing! She planned my reception timeline and took care of decorating the reception venue as we only had a two hour window to do so (during which I was at my wedding ceremony). I prepared the decor items I had and gave Shauna a basic idea of what I had envisioned but told her to please adjust how she felt would look best. Shauna not only accomplished an amazing amount in just 2 hours but allowed me to have complete peace of mind that the reception decor would be taken care of. Beyond that she adjusted to last minute changes (including pulling a table the morning of due to last minute cancellations!) To say I was happy when I arrived at the reception would be an understatement, it looked beyond amazing and I was so thankful we hired Shauna to take care of it.

A weight was lifted off my shoulders!

Whitewater wedding decor was fantastic!! Shauna brought all of my visions for our special day to life. She took the weight off of my shoulders and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the day of. It is so nice that they set up and take down the decorations as well. Thank you so much for helping us have the best day ever!

Don’t think twice, just book!

Shauna and her staff were amazing to work with from the beginning to the end! I originally inquired about decor rental with set up and break down and ended up with not only the decor rental but coordination as well. The services were worth every penny and Shauna was there for us every step of the way. There are many decor options available to satisfy every style you may want. There were many compliments from guest on how pretty the decor was! The professionalism and communication that we experienced shows the passion that Shauna and her team have for what they do. The day of the wedding was seamless- and if it wasn’t I would have no idea because it was handled without me having to know. We had a runaway flower girl and Shauna did not bat and eye and held her through the whole ceremony while still making sure everything was going to plan. We had many compliments from guests with how on top of it the team was! Do not think twice about selecting Whitewater Weddings and Events if you want an stress-free wedding day!

Valuable services

Shauna was helpful from the very first contact till the end. We do not live in the Tristate area anymore so we did a video meeting. Shauna showed us everything and answered so many questions and concerns through the process.
The prep the day of the wedding had issues from other vendors. Yet Whitewater wedding decor made the wedding and reception look beautiful. We cannot thank them enough, wish I would have hired them to be the Day-of-coordinator.
