Shauna was amazing! She planned my reception timeline and took care of decorating the reception venue as we only had a two hour window to do so (during which I was at my wedding ceremony). I prepared the decor items I had and gave Shauna a basic idea of what I had envisioned but told her to please adjust how she felt would look best. Shauna not only accomplished an amazing amount in just 2 hours but allowed me to have complete peace of mind that the reception decor would be taken care of. Beyond that she adjusted to last minute changes (including pulling a table the morning of due to last minute cancellations!) To say I was happy when I arrived at the reception would be an understatement, it looked beyond amazing and I was so thankful we hired Shauna to take care of it. -

Whitewater wedding decor was fantastic!! Shauna brought all of my visions for our special day to life. She took the weight off of my shoulders and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the day of. It is so nice that they set up and take down the decorations as well. Thank you so much for helping us have the best day ever! -

Shauna and her staff were amazing to work with from the beginning to the end! I originally inquired about decor rental with set up and break down and ended up with not only the decor rental but coordination as well. The services were worth every penny and Shauna was there for us every step of the way. There are many decor options available to satisfy every style you may want. There were many compliments from guest on how pretty the decor was! The professionalism and communication that we experienced shows the passion that Shauna and her team have for what they do. The day of the wedding was seamless- and if it wasn’t I would have no idea because it was handled without me having to know. We had a runaway flower girl and Shauna did not bat and eye and held her through the whole ceremony while still making sure everything was going to plan. We had many compliments from guests with how on top of it the team was! Do not think twice about selecting Whitewater Weddings and Events if you want an stress-free wedding day! -

Valuable services
Shauna was helpful from the very first contact till the end. We do not live in the Tristate area anymore so we did a video meeting. Shauna showed us everything and answered so many questions and concerns through the process.
The prep the day of the wedding had issues from other vendors. Yet Whitewater wedding decor made the wedding and reception look beautiful. We cannot thank them enough, wish I would have hired them to be the Day-of-coordinator.

If you are on the fence about using a wedding coordinator and a renting decor for your wedding, look no further! I would highly encourage you to reserve your date today. Whitewater Weddings & Events was suggested to my daughter and I by word of mouth and it was the best decision we made when planning her wedding. Book a consultation, visit the store, meet with Shauna to see all of the beautiful decor and talk through making your dream wedding a reality.
From the beginning communication was wonderful. Shauna is highly organized and even brought up questions/suggestions we didn't even think of when planning.
Shauna's presence at the rehearsal made the whole rehearsal move seamlessly. She communicated with our DJ to work out the timing for the entrance of the bridal party. As the mother of the bride it was wonderful to have someone to help with all of the details.
Shauna and her team brought my daughter's vision of the reception to life with all of her beautiful decor choices. Shauna was instrumental in keeping the flow of the reception going and communicating with all of the vendors. I can not say enough about how wonderful it was to just focus on my daughter's wedding and not have to focus on the small details in the moment.
If you want to remove some of the worry from wedding planning and execution of your vision on your wedding day, do not hesitate to hire Whitewater Wedding & Events. It will be the best money you spend! -

Everything went so perfectly thanks to Shauna’s help. I would have seriously been lost without her. She coordinated everything with our vendors and made sure the bridal party was all in place and ready to go. She oversaw the decor vendor to make sure everything was where it needed to be. I’d recommend her to everyone! -

Hiring Shauna was one of the best decisions that my fiancé and I made for our wedding. Not only did she blow my vision completely out of the water, but she was also just such a sweetheart to work with. From the very beginning, she was quick to respond to my emails, answered any questions I had throughout the planning process, and was truly just so kind. Her work on the wedding day itself was absolutely breathtaking and everything I could have hoped for. I will be recommending Shauna to everyone I know because she is the BEST!!! -

Greatest Decision made towards the wedding
Shauna was awesome ! We met with her prior to the wedding and talked about what we would like and our visions, she was very sweet, kind, & respectful. She took notes during this process, we also were able to look at her decor for us to use. She came to our 30 day out meeting (which was beyond great as she took notes and we were able to refer back to her during later times for little odds and ends like what size was that table again). She assisted with our rehearsal dinner, and the day of she made everything beautiful with her decor, the tables were decorated so beautiful as well as the venue. She kept us on our timeline, knew what was going on at all times and truly made our day go round. If you’re looking to truly enjoy your day and put trust into someone else for making sure all things behind the scenes run smoothly and beautifully. Shauna is your gal ! She is very organized, timely, and detailed oriented (as someone who is very type A this was very reassuring).
