We had the most picturesque wedding at Granite Ridge Estate! The barn is so gorgeous and doesn't need a whole lot of decoration to elevate its beauty. We absolutely loved that there were multiple houses on site that our friends and family could stay at. In addition to the barn and lodge, we also rented the cliff cabin, cloud cabin, and farmhouse. All spots were awesome and came equipped with pretty much everything you need to host a group. They even let me use their kitchen aid to make a cake. We had trouble connecting to the wifi in the cliff cabin and they were able to replace the router within a couple hours. There is a small salon area in the lodge which was perfect for hair and makeup. Leading up to the wedding, we were in communication with Gabe frequently, and he always answered any questions we had within an hour or two. Leaving our joyous weekend, there were a couple things that we think could be improved. There was a miscommunication between the venue and the shuttle drivers, and our guests at one hotel were not picked up. Luckily, some of our guests knew that the other hotel was missing and were able to tell the driver to pick them up as well, but our ceremony was delayed because of it. Locating the venue proved to be difficult for multiple of our vendors and guests. The address does not exist on apple maps, so we told our guests and vendors to use google maps. Even then, the maps still guided people to the old entrance to the venue that is blocked off. I'm not sure how to fix this problem, but it would be nice to feel confident that everyone who needs to can find the venue without calling the bride and groom. With that being said, we still had our perfect wedding and would choose Granite Ridge Estate over and over again!
