COLONIAL CHARM, FAMILY RUN.
Coolidge Family Farm is a retired Maine farm situated on eleven country acres that was renovated to host long wedding weekends! You'll be treated like family from your intial tour through your wedding day as we aim to provide a truly personable experience and an affordable venue for your family and guests to gather and celebrate your LOVE.
We are far from being a 'blanket' venue meaning that we offer you a TON for your hard earned dollar. Our venue price of $6,000 includes the following:
-Colonial Farmhouse (Bride's House) that sleeps 10 with eat-in kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, bar room, bridal suite for getting ready, laundry room, two porches, and WIFI.
-40'x50' Charming Barn complete with built-in bar, gentlemen's loft, AND barn board tables and a vintage mix of chairs. Also comes heated for late fall and winter weddings!
-Real exterior bathrooms (heated for cooler weather).
-Ceremony Sanctuary nestled in a private and wooded opening with white birch Arbor and white wedding benches.
-Two side lawns with Fire Pit (and wood for Friday's fire), repurposed hay-conveyor bar, horseshoes, and cornhole.
-Partial Planning Service which includes working with you from DAY 1 right through your day for whatever your needs are including referrals, recommendations, cost saving tips, contract review, itinerary preparation, design assistance, planning meeting, rehearsal coordination, and up to 12 hours of coordination on your wedding day (valued at $6,000 by itself)!
-Parking in a parking lot across the street from the Venue.

-Gambrel style home next door (Groom's House) complete with televisions!
-Honeymoon Cottage with Queen bed, full bathroom, robes, sitting area, and coffee.
-Two Parent Cottages with Queen beds and full bathrooms.
-Maine Mixologist Bar Service which allows YOU to supply your own alcohol (saving you bunches)!
-Notary in Maine notary service.
-Nearby newly-restored Chapel (Coolidge Chapel, Gray, ME).
-Wedding Rentals and Props such as china, furniture, carpets, vases, lanterns, signage, etc.

Magical &Intimate Maine Wedding Venue
The barn itself is truly magical and intimate. There is bar space and adequate setup space for a DJ and other vendors. We had lawn games and a bonfire, and there are onsite restrooms for guests which is amazing! Misty has plenty of gorgeous antique chairs and tables that are included in the rental price. She also offers stunning chinaware/place settings for an incredible price. Misty's day-of-coordination service goes unmatched, and her passion and commitment makes you feel so at home. Coolidge was the first and only venue we toured after we were engaged, and we left knowing it would be a place we would hold in our hearts for the rest of our lives. We did not think twice booking this special venue and Misty's services!
