I can't speak highly enough of the team at Joseph Gann Jewelers. My husband worked with them to build my engagement ring. They spent hours working together until the ring was exactly what he wanted, and it was absolutely perfect. He had such a great experience with them that we came back to pick out our wedding bands. I designed my band based on an idea that I saw in a picture, but wanted to change a few things. Again, they spent a generous amount of time working with us to get a solid idea of what we wanted, including sending photos of mock-ups and getting samples of other rings for me to try on. When my ring was finished, it was better than I imagined. I absolutely love my engagement ring and my wedding band. They provided amazing, professional service and the production time was within reason. They were transparent about the entire process. We highly recommend them to everyone!

I definitely think most people should make their own wedding bands (especially with Kylie at Stonybrook Metal Arts and Sculpture School). It was a great process, really cool to learn new skills together, and the finished product is awesome!

My husband went to Piette to get my engagement ring and I am so happy he did! They are very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They helped him pick out the perfect ring for my style and personality. They also threw in a ring for our daughter so when he proposed it was to both of us and we each got a ring! During the time before the wedding Piette offered free cleanings and education on how to take care of the rings. Then when it was time for the wedding they provided the same fantastic service. We really had no clue what we were doing but the Piette family gently guided us throughout the process. They assisted us in finding the rings that exactly represents our true everlasting love for one another. We plan on going back to get the matching earrings and necklace! I highly recommend going to Piette for any type of jewelry! They truly care about their customers. Thank you Piette family! ❤️

My experience With Kay in the Auburn Mall, started in 2009. Mike and I knew we wanted to get engaged and he wanted me to check out rings so I found a stunning Leo band that I would wear as a wedding band, I told him I did not need an engagement ring. Jeannie has been at Kay for as long as I can remember (very knowledgeable). Jeannie selected an engagement ring that would work with the Leo band without the Leo Price! Mike surprised me with the ring. We just got married 8.1.14 and to make a long story short, My rings look fabulous together and I have gotten many compliments. Mike's band is from Kays and LOTS of gifts throughout the last 5 years have been purchased from Jeannie! Catherine in Framingham was an amazing consultant to work with. She made the process fun and simple, as it should be. I had some not-so-great experiences at other jewelers that weekend, but Descenza took all that stress away! She worked with us from out of state to choose a beautiful diamond and setting. We can't wait to return for our wedding bands!

My fiance and I worked with Tim for both my engagement ring and our wedding bands. He was very helpful, mindful of our budget, and super friendly. They have a beautiful selection of rings, many of which they create on site. I love my ring and I periodically stop in for a free steam cleaning :).

We were considering a Celtic design for our wedding bands, and were to referred to Celtic Revival by my now-sister in law who had bought bands from Joe. We liked what we saw online so we booked an appointment. My fiancé and I had traveled through Ireland together a few years back when a new couple and are both of Irish heritage, so we had much to talk about with Joe. Joe is an amazing storyteller and much of what we discussed spurred us to research further and weave the folklore into our wedding ceremony. I haven't even started to discuss the beautiful rings we bought from Joe (this is much like how our appointment went). Joe showed us a lovely array of beautiful rings and described to us how they are crafted. We went for matching wedding bands and couldn't be happier!
