I chose the Diamond Guild based on the recommendation of a friend, and I'm really glad that I did. Their service was great; Doug, Leslie, and everyone else there were always very friendly and very accommodating. I was able to customize my wife's Martin Flyer engagement ring, and it looked spectacular when I surprised my fiancee and slipped it on her finger. We also bought our wedding rings there; even I receive compliments on my wedding band! I would recommend them to anyone in Boston seeking a jeweler.

I could not have been happier with the Diamond Guild in Legacy Place Dedham, MA. They were professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about your needs and budget. They never once tried to push my husband and I into rings that were out of our budget. In fact when we found a ring that my husband like, but it was way out of our budget they showed us a very similar one that was half the cost. I never once felt like I was being pressured to buy a ring that wasn't right for us. I have not only recommended them to many of my friends I have returned on a number of occasions to purchase gifts for family and friends.

After we were engaged and the venue was booked the first thing we accomplished was buying our wedding bands. They were perfect and sat in the safe for safekeeping for about 7.5 months before we were like, oh, let's get these engraved! with 2 weeks to go, we headed back to the Diamond Guild with fingers crossed. Not only were they able to engrave our rings in less than 2 weeks, they were able to engrave my itty bitty band. Another plus is that whenever you stop in, they clean your rings for you! They were great to work with!

Doug and Carolyn took such good care of us at Diamond Guild. We picked out a cushion cut diamond and they custom designed the setting and my wedding band. I am so happy with them. We comparison shopped online and in Boston and the price was a little less and the quality was better.

What an amazing experience. We just left the store and we were blown away by the service. Doug the manager is great and so is Carolyn the owner. The price was great on my wedding band and my fiancée. They cuatom designed my ring and it still was very reasonable. They had a great selection. I would recommend them to anyone getting engageged, married or just buying some bling :)

The Diamond Guild helped my husband pick out the right engagement ring for me. Doug was a huge help! When they were having a sale on bands they called us to schedule an appointment and we weren't able to (schedules). One evening we stopped by on a whim and Doug was there. He not only helped us right away but helped me find the perfect band to compliment my engagement ring. My husband was having a hard time and Doug helped him without ever being pushy or impatient. Just as we were about to buy my band and come back for his, when the two of them found a beautiful band that my husband just knew was it. We bought the rings then and there and for 20% off each one! My only negative was when I brought my engagement ring in to be cleaned before the wedding. The woman who helped me did not leave me feeling very reassured that the ring would be back with plenty of time. Also when I paid they printed out the wrong receipt. Not just a different sale, but a totally different person's sale. However, they not only had my ring back in time but it looked beautiful!
