Brad designed my engagement ring, after my now-husband went to him with a drawing. The ring is unbelievably beautiful and one-of-a-kind. When we went to him for my wedding band, he and his staff were very helpful in trying out different styles, and when we finally settled on one, he was able to customize it to fit my engagement ring.

This guy was extremely rude when confronted about a problem with a ring he had done for us, and to make matters worse, a friend who was also in the store but not standing with us told us later that as soon as my fiance' and I had walked outside, he and the woman that work there started making nasty remarks about us and laughing.. So Unprofessional, Never Again will I go back.. I also have a friend that had endless problems with repairs that she had him do... horrible all the way around..
