When my fiance and I were looking at rings, Richards was absolutely amazing! They were able to quickly order in a ring we had been eyeing online and were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when helping us pick the wedding bands to match! I am so happy with my engagement ring and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants reasonable prices, wonderful service (they treat you like family!), and amazing quality jewelry!

Sayegh is an actual jeweler, as opposed to a jewelry store, i.e. Kay. For the same price as stock rings, we were able to customize our jewelry, and we got deep discounts (part of the discounts were because my husband once worked with the owner's nephew). Whenever we have questions, they're always there to help. They're also related (literally) to Hannoush - so even though we've since moved away, we know we can always go to Hannoush and expect the same quality service.

We designed the engagement ring and wedding bands with Ted. Very pleased with the end result.

Beautiful custom jewelry! Laurie helped us pick out a beautiful stone, designed a gorgeous ring, and make the wedding band fit with the engagement ring. The set looks spectacular. She also designed the wedding band for my husband, which is uniquely hammered, but not frilly or feminine. The design process enhances the story of our rings. Wouldn't have it any other way!

As soon as we walked into Rebekah Brooks in Thorne's Marketplace, my fiance (now husband) and I knew we would be purchasing my engagement ring there. Rebekah's delicate, vintage-inspired designs were just what we had envisioned. Sara was very helpful with the design of my engagement ring, and, unlike at other jewelry stores in Northampton, she didn't even flinch when I said I wanted a blue stone instead of a diamond. Instead, she offered some suggestions that she thought would be lovely, and we settled on a design that I love and feels very me. When I returned to the store to look at bands, Rebekah herself was there and I was delighted to have her help me decide which band, width, profile, etc. would compliment my engagement ring. Now, my husband knows where to go to buy me gifts!
