My now-husband and I walked into Toodie's a few weeks before our wedding to buy wedding bands, so pretty short notice, and the team was friendly, engaged, and answered all of our questions. They were especially helpful when my husband's ring was wrong! The vendor sent the right ring in the wrong size even though the correct style/size had been ordered - Toodie's ordered a new ring right away and had it in time for our special day.

My husband was so impressed with the service he received, we ended up going to back to purchase our wedding bands and mother of the groom gift here. We worked with both Andrew and Howard on two separate occasions to choose the perfect wedding bands. They were thoughtful, helpful, and answered all of our questions during the process. There were especially patient while I tried on several wedding bands before selecting the perfect one! Being a family business, the majority of the rings are made in store with the utmost care and precision. I have a 1920's engagement ring that had engraving on the sides. It is a 4.25 and the engraving wasn't all the way around originally. I expressed my wished and it wasn't an issue at all. I thought that I would have a hard time finding an engagement ring that would fit the style of my ring. Not only did we find the wedding band I loved, it was made in platinum and it was curved to fit the shape of my engagement ring. The engraving was transferred and matches perfectly.
My husband found his ring on the Toodies catalog that's online. It was forged to fit his size 7 ring finger and it came in a lot sooner then we had anticipated.

Adam is AMAZING! My engagement ring is very unique and I was flustered looking for the best options for wedding bands. I thought I had a fantastic design in mind and he carried it out to my exact specifications; however, when I saw the band I realized I didn't like it. He didn't have to take it back but he did and allowed me to choose from other bands (with his input and suggestions) that were better suited companions to my engagement ring. Amazing! I looked high and low for the perfect engagement ring for my future wife, couldn't find it anywhere besides online. Decided to check Toodie's after a friend recommended them to me and boy was I impressed. I went in and was warmly greeted by Adam who showed me what he had in stock and he had a few rings which were close. His response unlike the other jewelers I had been to was OK let me draw something up and then we can make a model and go from there. It was PERFECT! Months later when we went back to get engagement rings I knew we were not going anywhere but Toodie's, when we walked in Adam's brother started to help us and Adam while helping a customer excused himself for a brief second and told his brother that he was going to have to custom make a ring to match exactly what he had made before and went back to his customer while we waited. Almost 6 months later and he remembered the engagement ring he made for us. Later when we went back to pick up our rings Adam was out on vacation and we talked with Howie. He showed us our rigns and we asked for an engraving to which he did free of charges and then we mentioned we were going to Italy on our honeymoon. His wife overheard us and Howie and her told us all about their trip to Italy, we must have talked for half an hour.

We had a great experience with Toodie's. My engagement ring is beautiful. When we went in to pick out our wedding bands they were so helpful. We didn't feel pressured while we were shopping, which is a pet peeve of both me and my husband. They even engraved our wedding bands for free!
