The Season Events proved invaluable to our family as our daughter planned her perfect wedding. We did not worry about the planning process or the wedding day because we were confident in the harmonious work of the staff. Nicole, the wedding planner, is professional, kind and detail - oriented. We never felt rushed during our consultation, scheduled meetings, or spur of the moment phone calls. She is an absolute joy to work with and a top-tier coordinator. The delicious food prepared by the team is incredible - the guests raved about it! The staff, who work the event, is welcoming, pleasant and efficient. The Season Events professionalism allowed us to take in and enjoy the moment!

Tracy Slack is fabulous! Atlanta was a destination wedding for us, so we needed someone who would help us with everything. She has the best connections and recommendations, from flowers to hair and make up to airfare to tailors. She rented a van for us, to transport our guests to and from our events, which included a baseball game, a day at the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola and of course, the wedding itself at the Zoo Atlanta. Floral decorator Chuck Milne did an amazing job with the centerpieces and bouquets and decor of the Chinese Plaza. Tracy stayed at our hotel so she was able to do last minute things for us as well; this was very convenient when taking our guests shopping. Her home office was used as my storage unit, as I was sending her boxes and boxes of stuff for the wedding. It was a family affair, as her daughter got involved for a bit when Tracy was sick, and her husband was the sound technician, driver and all-around helper (and more, I'm sure); Tracy's friend's husband was the officiant. Tracy also handled the dispute of a parking ticket (while getting our marriage license, no less) for us. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator.

Vivid Details, Anna, was so much more than I ever expected. I wasn't the girl who planned her wedding as a child, so going into the wedding planning stage was daunting to say the least. Anna made sure I was comfortable and never overwhelmed. She knew what she talking about and always had options for me to look at. I knew we were going to need a planner with a backbone, who wasn't afraid of confrontation and getting in the weeds. Anna was the perfect person for the job. She was respectful at all times but also knew when pushback was needed on either my/my mothers ideas or with a vendor to make sure my wedding was perfect. Anna went above and beyond to help my wedding be the best day of my life. She worked overtime and was always willing to meet us randomly throughout the week to talk about the small things. On my wedding day, she was perfect at making sure everyone was where they needed to be on time. She made the experience feel extremely personal, like I was the only client she was working with. She even got her husband to get me a redbull during my reception because I told her I was getting tired! I truly believe my wedding wouldn't have been perfect with anyone else. If you're looking for a wedding planner, or even a day of coordinator, I highly recommend Vivid Details.
